Kamala Harris does not want to be the president of the United States. She wants to be the queen of the post-constitutional remnants of what used to be the United States. On first reading, this might seem like a hysterical and overblown claim, but it’s actually quite easy to support. All one has to do is read the description of the president’s duties in Article II of the Constitution and compare it with anything and everything Harris has ever said she would do if she found herself occupying the post; the two simply do not match up. In fact, judging by her own words and deeds,

Typical National Review article that has to get a Trump slam into the piece. "Blah, blah, blah Harris. Trump is no good either."
Hillary also wanted to be coronated, not elected. It seems to be a common thread among dems who seem to believe that the "boss" can do whatever they want. This applies to the presidency and federal judges and other places where effectively there is a concentration of power in one person.
Most such bosses find themselves in trouble eventually.

I eschew screeds published in the Notional Refuse. The same information is available in reputable publications.

36 When they returned and told Jehu, he stated, “This fulfills the message from the Lord, which he spoke through his servant Elijah from Tishbe: ‘At the plot of land in Jezreel, dogs will eat Jezebel’s body. 37 Her remains will be scattered like dung on the plot of land in Jezreel, so that no one will be able to recognize her.’”

His argument seemed a bit over-long to me. However, I do agree with him: if Congress were acting as the Founders created, the President would be less powerful.
But then he slams Trump for acting powerful.
Goon.
Has it not occurred to him that PDJT has to act “imperial” to get anything done? That if we had a functional (ie moral and capable House and Senate), the President would not have to act as imperious?
And Hilditch neglects to acknowledge Trump’s reaction to the virus by pushing down to the governors (States’’ rights) for their decision making and responsibility.
Moron.

kamala sutra, or her Native American name, 'She Who Laughs Like Hyena,'was the daughter of a Jamaican father and an Indian mother. Kamala says her parents met at American civill rights protests, which means her parents had some understanding of the functions of government, which in turn means Kamala would have been exposed, mostly, to British, and Indian, parliamentary systems. Then when her parents divorced, she moved with mom to Canada, another parliamentary system of government.
Her views of government, then, are at minimum, a tad skewed.
i cannot recall a worse candidate for VP. every other proposed nominee, each basking in negritude, would have been a better choice than Kamala. Each of them, unlike Kamala, is an american at heart.

I'm kind of surprised this article was even posted here as it is not just a dig at Camel-la but a slap at Trump as well. The two are in no way even remotely the same in their governing approach or their way of thinking! The author is too cute by half.
The hidden agenda here is that Trump is also acting like a monarch and we need Congress to stop any POTUS ---- especially him. Um --- no --- we need the 3 branches to do what is best for the American people. Obama and a few others have pushed everything far Left and Trump is trying to pull the pendulum back --- so he gets accused of being too much like a king! Please.
Whole article is a waste of time.

Like nearly all of the black political figure in this country, she has shown the true nature of black America....angry...filled with hate.....lacking in class, dignity and brains.

Kamala Harris wants to be queen of the United States.
She slept her way to to the top with her legs up, with an old blind man in San Francisco.
The old man's wife divorced him.

FTA: "Only Congress can do that, and only we can save Congress."
Good luck with that, unless he means burn it down, eliminate the Muslim terrorist-enablers, Communist/Marxists and assorted traitors, then rebuild it. Maybe then.

This is odd. It marks the first time in probably 3+ years, morely likely 5, that I've commented on a "National Review" story.
It is nice to imagine that I...and somebody at National Review...can agree that Trump/Pence is better than Biden/Harris.
But I'm still not getting out of Garbutt.

I am also a woman of color, mostly pale, but I have those horrid brown age spots that I did NOT sign up for. So can I be a woman of color, too? They seem to be in the catbird seat nowadays.
