Sen. Mike Lee’s latest version of S.286 creates a novel “Green Card Lite” legal status to help Fortune 500 companies import many more Indian graduates into U.S. white collar jobs.“That’s a game changer from the original bill,” said a tweet from a top ranking immigration lawyer Greg Siskind. It gives people “most of the benefits of a green card,” said Siskind, who is working with hospital chains to expand the pipeline of foreign nurses and doctors into U.S. hospitals. Current law says migrants and foreign contract workers become Legal Permanent Residents of the United States once they get green cards and also become eligible to apply for citizenship

Can we build a HIGH fence around Utah and confine these lousy bums there?
And toss in Every Single Bum that supports this latest creative assault upon the nation. After the stocks and pillory.

somebody stick a cork in this idiot senator's personality. he is, by far, one of the most incompetent of the incompetent in that sewer in DC. enough said when we realize this idiot is from Utah. two complete fools from the same state. I thought only Massachusetts could accomplish that feat. wait minute!! its been done: markey (and possibly another kennedy) and warren.

Here is Sen. Scott’s statement on why he blocked the bill: Scott objected to Lee’s bill because it does not protect the inflow of Spanish-speaking migrants from Latin America into Florida.
Scott’s opposition is wimpy. He wants a more expansive sell out in an era of unprecedented unemployment. Where are the other GOP senators? They talk big, but sell out WTP behind the scenes.

Utah is not sending their best. Tell me why, with 11% unemployment in this country and no shortage of skilled labor, we need to import more employees?

Mormons heavily support their "missions" in Central and South America, where they believe Jesus Christ visited after His resurrection. They proselytize very actively for Hispanics to join their cult.

We have enough workers to fill most of the jobs in America, without importing more. Those college 'students' out and about, peacefully protesting, does highlife a need for more skilled people, though. After watching a few episodes of Waters World and Jay Walking questioning the products of our colleges, it doesn't appear that our colleges are producing the best and the brightest.

Excuse the second reply, please. Poster 9 is correct. Mormons, and Mormon politicians are generally open border advocates. Former Senator Hatch sponsored the original Dream Act. The original House version was sponsored by a Utah Mormon. Lee, Romney and Flake are all open border guys.

Another one bites the dust. I used to think Lee was the genuine article, it's impossible to think so after this and some of the other things he's done. Are there even 5 guys in the entire congress who stand with the people and the constitution? I doubt it.

I wonder why students that have undergone the great socialist education in America are not capable of doing American jobs. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce wants to arbitrage the cost of American jobs in America by importing cheap labor to do the jobs Americans would do, but only for market prices. And, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce fully endorses American employers ignoring U.S. employment law for foreign workers in America. There seem to be an unholy number of organizations not abiding by U.S. law in this country.

You got to always remember that immigration lawyers are the ultimate special interest group when it comes to obtaining visas for foreign workers, and their corporate employers. Outside of the US corporate employers, immigration lawyers make little or none of their money from Americans. All other immigration lawyer fees come from foreign sources. That’s why the immigration lawyers could care less about American workers as they go about locating US jobs for foreign lower cost workers. The bill is completely contrary to President Trump’s pledge to always put American workers first.

What is in it for Mike Lee? Gotta be something worthwhile to betray his countrymen.
How many blue-color tradesmen have been replaced by migrants who are not citizens of this country?
How many white-color professionals does Mike Lee want to replace with migrants who are not citizens of this country?
What's in it for him?

Washington should get out in the real community once and awhile. In my provider directory, I have exactly one primary care doctor who looks and sounds like me.
