It’s clear that Joe Biden is showing signs of mental aging: his speech is garbled, his sentences diverge into asides without coherence, and his numbers and names are scrambled in laughable ways (“We have 120 million dead from COVID!” he informed Americans last month).
Biden, who was first elected to the Senate 48 years ago, has been known for decades for his verbal gaffes. Democrats usually exploit this flaw to explain away their presidential candidate’s confused speech, claiming his lackluster abilities are evidence of a life-long quirk rather than a sign of cognitive decline.
“It’s not a product of age; it’s just who he is,”

What I have noticed lately, he is declining fast. Soon, he will be questioning where he is. His wife is a cheap SOB to allow this to happen to someone very close. From what I see about this family, they would their soul for a few bucks.

biden had two aneurysms in his brain in 1988, on opposite sides, at different times. He said his neurosurgeon cautioned him after the second aneurysm and before surgery that Bidn might not come out of it.
medical people refer to brain deterioration like we are seeing in Biden as OBD - Organic Brain Disorder/Disease. He will only get worse with age, and as he nears the end of life, it will get really worse really quickly.
If we add to that problem, aphasia - difficulty with retrieving words from his brain, and dementia - caused by plaque build up in the brain, we are looking at a sad specimen.
biden's family, given the realities of his condition, should be searching for a good memory unit (alzheimer's) facility. Instead, they are running him for president.
shame on them, especially his adulterous wife.

Pick that black female VP candidate soon. Hang on right up to election time. Withdraw, then pull a switcheroo. Result: two full-blown Marxists on the ticket.

He may have spoken well in the past, but he was also constantly revising, reversing and plagiarizing when the going got tough. . Plus his financial dealings have been beyond questionable. Where is Hunter Biden, his father backing him to the hilt.........questions about Biden's very obvious mental stability are in many ways obscuring the raid questions about his integrity.

A Trump vs Biden debate would be a re-enactment of the Battle of Wounded Knee...

Where is Hunter Biden? If he loved his father, he would be working to relieve him from the clutches of the democrats! We understand that he is keeping a low profile, due to his Ukraine and China deals, but he should have some compassion for his father!

Seems to be a mental decline across the country, judging by the push for mob rule. Then again it seems to be leftist Democrat strongholds where thinking has gone off the rails.

So it took them 47 years to realize that Biden is not fit to warm a seat in Washington? Age on top of an already defective mind is not confidence inspiring in a candidate for POTUS. He is nothing but a placeholder unless he starts drooling or peeing on the podium.

I despise Joe Biden just for the fact that without the onset of dementia he is a low IQ, vindictive and mean person. All the misery heaped on him gives me pleasure. In the pass creepy Joe Biden was a vile man and running for President after 48 years is a clown act from this idiot.

Can anyone image Old Joe giving a 1-1/2 hour state of the union speech like Trump does? As the article says, he has stumbled in recent time to reach the 15 minute mark - and that's before a tiny audience.

If Biden's mental decline was a ski slope it would have a double diamond on it.

My fear is that all the talk of dementia is lowering the bar for his debate performance. If he manages to get through the debate without (1) drooling, (2) wetting his pants, or (3) falling over and manages to utter a few coherent sentences, he'll be declared the winner.

So their defense of this dufus is that this is nothing new, he's always been a dufus? Wow. That sure makes me want to vote for him./s

What's with all these people saying "why doesn't his family do something to protect him?" They can't. Without him, they have no jobs, and no money coming in under the table. He's "The Franchise" - they can't let him quit.
I'm enjoying this. I want to watch his descent into senility and madness in real time. He has it coming.

remarkable how, when George W. Bush got tongue-tied, the media pounced as if he were suffering from mental debility. But when Biden offers daily evidence of dementia. . . . >

He is much older than 78, physically and mentally. He looks, as someone noted, like a nonagenarian. And he has not only the slurred language and mixed up verbiage, but the hair-trigger irritability that are indicators of senile dementia.
