President Donald Trump said during his speech before Mount Rushmore on Friday night that America’s schools continue to indoctrinate America’s children, and children are taught to “hate their own country.”Trump said during his speech on Friday that the left has become increasingly radical and influential within the many facets of American society. Trump said that he will “expose” the left’s dangerous radicalism and “cultural revolution.” “In our schools, our newsrooms, even our corporate boardrooms, there is a new far-left fascism that demands absolute allegiance,” Trump said.

This has been going on for last two generations at least. This is the first President to bluntly come out and say so. He is boing roundly denounced by the media for "digging deeper into the nation's divisions".

He's right. It starts with kindergarten right through college. After the education stretch, the media takes over.

This couldn't happen without the cooperation of teachers and administrators. Why don't they reject the anti-America messages in the classroom? Job security? Fear? Anti-America beliefs?
Whatever the reason, everyone in the education system should be screened. The objective of our education system must be codified to declare that education will be politically neutral, and will be truthful and factual. It will not be subject to political narratives.
People who are not American patriots must not be allowed to corrupt our children!

The seeds of Anti-Americanism were planted in the early 1960's by the hippies on campus during the Vietnam war. It took root when these hippies decided to remain on campus as graduate students, then became faculty members--moving up to become full professors and administrators. They poisoned the pride of our heritage and have indoctrinated our children and grandkids for well over a half-century. We must find a cure for this cultural cancer.

I graduated from a Big Ten college in the late 80's. I came from a small town where are high school teachers were Vietnam vets. They loved America and taught us well. So then I get to IU and I start hearing crap up and down from start to finish - hell I never knew that math and chemistry had to be editorialized by these lefties.
I remember an algebra Professor leading off with" Wow, Ronald Reagan sucks."
But rest assured my pals and I never fell for their BS.

Didn't start with Obumble. Or Clinton. Or in the 1960's. Good bit further and international in scope.
Look back to the early 1900's and Dewey, for example. One example of several.
Find and read the books of the late, lamented, Richard A. Mitchell who detailed the rot in the Schools of Education in American colleges and universities, what he called the teacher trying zones. Students are inculcated daily with this crap and required to mouth it back like a catechism, all in the service of "right attitudes" and "right thinking". Oh, and "making a difference".
And then they take charge of OUR kids, doing the same. It shows. Surprised?
By the way, generally speaking, the LOWEST average I.Q. on a college campus, students and faculty both, is and has been in the College of Education. And that shows also.
More money and cute electronics will not, can not, remedy this.

We were taught how our government worked in the 8th grade. we had two years of history in high school. World history and American history. I wish I would have kept the school books. I would teach my grandkids the truth. The media and the dems sure don't.

Why? All part of what we see today with riots and monuments destroyed.
Selections from Communist Goals, US Congressional Record, Appendix, pp. A34-A35 January 10, 1963
15. Capture one or both of the political parties in the United States.
17. Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for socialism and current Communist propaganda. Soften the curriculum. Get control of teachers' associations. Put the party line in textbooks.
19. Use student riots to foment public protests against programs or organizations which are under Communist attack.
20. Infiltrate the press. Get control of book-review assignments, editorial writing, policy-making positions.
21. Gain control of key positions in radio, TV, and motion pictures.
22. Continue discrediting American culture by degrading all forms of artistic expression. An American Communist cell was told to "eliminate all good sculpture from parks and buildings, substitute shapeless, awkward and meaningless forms."
30. Discredit the American Founding Fathers. Present them as selfish aristocrats who had no concern for the "common man."

The cowardly Leftist teachers have entrenched themselves in schools where they are in a power position and can abuse their authority without anyone watching. They don't have to discuss their ideas with adults who can argue the other side of the issue. Even when they promote "discussion" it is stilted and bent to the Left. It takes a strong young person to stand up to these teachers, especially in college where their future is on the line and parents have no say as to how things should be managed.

So, what in hell are you going to do about it Mr President ? We have a damn Dept of Education that had students practically eating seaweed during the Obama reign , perhaps they could do something constructive for once. Mandatory civics and American history shouldn't be a challenge , and purge these damn left wing "American history" authors. During the sixties mandatory high school curriculum concerning Communism vs Americanism was instituted across the nation per JFK. Department of Indoctrination is more like it !

How encouraging to hear PDJT publicly identify today's Left as Fascist. They are most definitely not Liberal nor are they Progressive and they are certainly not Democratic. Fascists will not permit opposing political or cultural viewpoints to be heard, much less debated. Fascists do not hesitate to use force to silence or intimidate their opponents. Fascists go for the jugular, so they respond to their opponents by boycotting them into bankruptcy, getting them fired, threatening their families, harassing them in restaurants, and physically assaulting them. Fascists seek to erase any historical record showing this country to be good, just, and compassionate so they can write their own version of Amerika.

Parent involvement in K12 education is even more important these days. Resist indoctrination. If rot is taught in college, withdraw financial support if it is believed. Don't put up with this sh*t. Your children's and grandchildren's lives are at stake.

The problem with "higher education" is that most of the "educators" are tenured and cannot be dismissed without major repercussions. They have free speech rights, unlike those they teach. If a student disagrees in class, he/she can expect to be publicly ridiculed in class and receive lower grades. Sad state of affairs.
