Tomorrow is Memorial Day, when we honor the sacrifice of the men and women who died for our country. (Snip) One thing has been consistently true, though: The elderly have been the most vulnerable to this disease. Reason would suggest, in that case, that instead of focusing enforcement attention on closing parks and beaches and arrests of lone surfers or churchgoers sitting in their closed window cars, attention should be paid to those institutions which house in close quarters the aged and infirm. Apparently, however, Democratic governors live in a post-rational world.

The "only" the blue states put out the crazy regulations to return the COVID-19 back into the nursing homes when hospital beds were available. This crazy. If I had a relative that died of like the elderly in those states of COVID 19, I would sue. I say sue each of the Governors personally.

I call it Reckless Endangerment- and Gov Witchmer started seeding covid after known facts on who is affected greatly by virus. In her case, I call it malicious intent to do great bodily harm-
She should be tried for manslaughter..

There is so much to be furious about in Clarice's article I don't know where to begin. Thanks for the article--I guess.

Our Governess Grinchin is at her vacation home about 15 miles from here. Heard yesterday that social media has been busy handing out directions to her lakeshore 'cottage'. Gonna be some hootin' and hollerin' from the lake as well as its shore.

This is the first article stating that the Massachusetts governor also sent COVID-1984 patients into nursing homes. Would like more confimation (though Clarice is impeccable, she didn't provide link).
Already know that the RINO Baker, the Lt. Guv Pay for Play Polito, and the state Senate Prez all took thousands in donations from nursing homes - hat tip Howie Carr. So I've been waiting for this to come out.
My personal suspicion is that some of the infections in them, when dust settles, will be traced to frequent employment of illegal aliens.

Our mistake with Fauci is listening to him beyond his expertise. He can speak with authority on how viruses GENERALLY behave. He does NOT know the specific behaviors of THIS virus, no one does. Nor does Fauci have any idea about the interlocking effects in society of trying to deal with it. Fauci's ego made him stress HIS expertise above other, equally serious concerns. That was the media's fault who desperately wanted an authority besides Trump to turn to for information.
Our mistake with dems is electing them in the first place. They are corrosive to EVERYTHING they touch. Republicans don't get everything right but dems befoul everything.

Why do so few authors NOT remember that Cuomo publicly stated early on that patients sent to nursing homes would send their disease through the facility like a brushfrire. ( to paraphrase ). IHis statement is on video. He knew EXACTLY what his mandate would result in. ~He is either insane or just plain evil, and a blatant liar to boot. He should be indicted for a criminal action.

This really bugs me. The assailant's father in Michigan assault says somebody dropped the ball. No, everybody, not just the governor but 3 bureaucratic levels down is guilty of at the least CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE and quite possibly manslaughter. And Half-Whit has extended the order?? Dropped the ball my butt.

And just yesterday, the deceitful, lying, weasel, Andrew Cuomo, again reiterated that he was not to blame for the COVID deaths at New York nursing homes.
Cuomo specifically blames those deaths on Donald Trump!
Somehow, in Cuomo's warped mind, he was only following the recommendations of the Federal health departments to force nursing homes to admit/re-admit COVID patients--even though a 1,000 bed hospital ship was docked on the Hudson River and another 1,000 bed hospital was constructed by the federal government at the Javits Center--both of which stood empty.
I clearly recall Cuomo replying "Not my problem" when a reporter asked him about nursing homes not being equipped with isolation wards to handle infectious patients, and the lack of PPE for their health care workers.

Don't get so excited. Everything they did was approved by the Death Panels.

Ldotter 10, Andrew Cuomo is insane, he is definitely evil and most assuredly a blatant liar. He has been all of these things his entire life as people that know him can attest to. But, the moniker of serial killer is new. So, feel free to add it to the list.
He and the other Democrat governors KNOWINGLY sent those elderly patients to their deaths and should be prosecuted.

It should not be surprising that a man who believes the decision to murder a full term baby is between "a woman and her doctor" would turn nursing homes into fancy concentration camps. I will continue to pray for his conversion.

The governors who did this to our old people should be shamed and held responsible for what amounts to murder. But they are all Democrats and the people who elected them apparently don't see anything wrong with what they did. Nor does most of the media. So it's just another step towards a culture of killing of the "useless."
