Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., who loves to bloviate on cable news and the talk shows, is the man who has launched a thousand excuses to not hold hearings on the Deep State attempt to overthrow duly elected President Donald J. Trump. Can’t muddy up the waters with all this stuff going on, Graham opined. He just might disturb someone else’s investigation.
Running out of excuses and time, Graham has scheduled hearings in June, but with one very important proviso...

“There Is Something About Lindsay.”
I submit 2 theories. Neither with any redeeming qualities (re “The Distinguished Gentleman from South Carolina.)
1) there are pictures and/or compromising documents of some sort.
And/or
2) he is functionally crazy and delusional.
He is soon to be with Mutt in the Shut Him Up and Get Him Off TV Club.

He's just like quite a few of the other repubs out there. All tough and bluster when the microphones are out, but nowhere to be found when it comes time to deliver.

We know the Obama administration used the spy agencies of this country like his own PIs. I’ll lay odds they have a lot of dirt on the majority of Congress. Look at how fast they cane out with the info about the massive selling by Burr.

Graham & Paul Ryan always protected Obama. Did either step up the past 5 years when the dems, JD, congress, media & others were making false investigations & accusations against Trump? 40 million $ Mueller investigation, impeachment & a horrible press corp & Trump somehow managed to do a great job!

i'm uncomfortable when there is a move to call a former prewsi98dent, or a c8rrent president, before congress.
Gerald Ford, as President, testified about his pardon of Richard Nixon, before the House Judiciary Committee, I think.
And while I didn't like the way ford went about pardoning Nixon, I also didn't like his caving in to the House committee.
I will, for the umpteenth time, call for a Lakerman Committee to investigate all matters related to the 2016 election. one commi9ttee covering everything, brings everything into focus.

I believe #3's overall point about the spy agencies having dirt on Congressional Republicans. But the example of Senator Richard Burr may not be a good one -- as a RINO head of the Senate Intel Committee, he was no friend to conservatives and the Trump administration.

Set a precedent? Does anyone here seriously believe that when the shoe is on the Dem's foot, which it will eventually be, that they would hesitate for ONE second to call President Trump when he is out of office? Most of us expect it!
I'm very disappointed with Sen. Graham. I thought he was coming into his own after his lackey McCain died. I guess not.

I wish Graham would appear on Tucker Carlson and have Tucker accuse him of cowardice. Cite all the examples of the Democrats with their false witchhunts and ask why aren't YOU going after them when you have REAL evidence? Who are you protecting, Lindsay?

Other than to be Displayed in a Travelling RINO Freak Show, Ms Lindsey is as Useless as a TEAT on a BULL HOG.
He is the Prototypical example of a Stuffed Shirt/Empty Suit.
He and Mittsie-Boy should share a Lodging.....

#1 there's a 3rd reason. Southern politicians love to think they are great orators and thinkers. A John C. Calhoun or Strom Thurmond. Senator Kennedy of the Great State of Louisiana is another. His attempts at cornpone humor is wearing thin with me. Think of Foghorn Leghorn when thinking of these great orators and thinkers.

Come on, South Carolina, can't you get rid of this articulate idiot for us? The left has been attacking us ever since Barack took office and there has never been an effective or courageous pushback by the people in the trenches, except for a notable few. Lindsey is not one of them.

I believe Lindsey is terrified of Obama. I keep wondering what dirt there might be on Lindsey that he’s afraid will get out...

Remember J. Edgar Hoover had files on everyone. Do you really believe they disappeared when he died, or that the practise didn't continue? Sen. Graham is really no different than Sen. Jeff Sessions, when given the ball, they refuse to run with it.

The simplest theory, #1 is that Graham is a UNIPARTY politician-frontman who understands theatre and celebrity, and the short memory of the electorate he has gulled so often. It amazes me that anyone believes a word he says...but I was told he was a reformed person who supports PDT and MAGA/KAGA...yeah, okay.

Sure. "America's First Black President". The ultimate force field. Can you imagine the uproar if a white, Republican senator, from South Carolina - the state where Civil War started - called "America's First Black President" to testify? Ha.

I say, don't even waste the time on a Congressional investigation. What will it get us? Just move on, get back to business, and let Barr and Durham be the ones to lay the legal wood to the guilty. And don't worry about the kingpin - his name will be sufficiently tarnished by the time it's over.

Once a President leaves office, he is a citizen just like the rest of us. And subject to the same laws. Former presidents are not gods or kings. You give Obama a pass and this will never end when the next Dem is elected President.

Lady Twaddlebottom is not interested in doing the right thing. Not now, not ever. The infection from McCain is too strong for him to go against. Best thing to do is retire him and get some fresh blood into that seat.
