Former Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker told Breitbart News on Friday he believes the 2020 election will be a “referendum on coronavirus.”“Up until a couple months ago, I think [President Trump] was in good shape. The economy was booming, we had a tremendous impact here, but I think it will be not only how did he handle the health side of it, but how does he get people back to work,” Walker exclusively told Breitbart News. Walker believes Trump is, “like most of us, he’s conflicted between fear of what could happen if things came back again stronger, combined with the frustration over the economy.”

Perfectly stated, governor!
Walker was my first choice for president in 2016. After he dropped out of the race, I jumped onto the Trump train.

Yes #1, I love Scott Walker and he was also my top choice. He supported DJT during the campaign and during his term. I suspect the Republicans will have quite a lineup of candidates for 2024.

Re the headline, good for him! I didn’t think Walker had it in him….

Thanks for speaking out Mr. Walker. I went to hear him when he came to N. Charleston at the Harley store, and I went to a Ted Cruz event in Mt. Pleasant. I started liking Mr. Trump after the debates, though. He was killing the game, and said a lot of what I thought. He wasn't political at all, and it was amazing! I was in Atlanta, staying downtown, and missed a Trump rally just down the street, because I was hanging out with my right-wing hating sister. Was in DC for the inauguration but got locked out of my daughter's place. She lived in a condo building at the time, and I went to walk her dog PeeWee with the wrong set of keys. She hated that I was there for the inauguration, so she took her time returning to let us in. Missed it all!

Walker was also my #1 choice. Too bad he didn't come out with guns blazing until 4 years later. That's why we got, and now I'm happily voting for, a real gunslinger and street fighter. Exactly what this country has needed, and now more than ever.

Until Walker tried to get sneaky with saying we would have to wait until after the election before he would give us any details on his plans, I liked him as a candidate. But now that he has had reality deal him a gut punch it sounds like he is back to the Walker we all can like again. He states the current Trump position very well and very truthfully.

I enthusiastically supported Scott from the beginning of the 2016 campaign. When he dropped out I defaulted to Rubio and was utterly baffled by (and fearful of) all the enthusiasm for this Manhattan playboy with a Libertarian past who was certain to lose to the PIAPS.
But DJT earned my trust over the months and I voted for him with fingers crossed. Turns out to have been the most worthwhile ballot I have ever cast. I like to think that God had His Hand in the Donald's election.
I hope that PDT will find a prominent place for Scott in his second administration if (God willing) he is re-elected.
Scott Walker is a real asset to our side. That WI voters turned him out for some loopy teacher's union hack who has never seen an abortion he didn't love brings discredit on the state.

Walker is absolutely correct.
Trump will win by a landslide.

Walker was a top choice for me, too. Even though he had been a successful governor and won several hard-fought elections, recalls, etc., he always seemed like the least political of the ones in the presidential primary. He is plain spoken, sincere and a good guy. Hope he stays in the game.

Politicians never do nothing...they are the masters of at least giving the impression of great effort on behalf of the American people and their future...
I think the entire government, PDT included, got buffaloed and then buffaloed the American public. The economy is in the dumper, our businesses, large and small, behind the eight ball with broken and uncertain supply chains and markets, monthly expenses and near zero cash flow, our national treasury drained by another several TRILLION mythical dollars, and our trust in government from White House to city hall once again tested day after day with the legitimacy and efficacy of having turned off the switch on certain rights with no end in sight.
But, everyone's a hero now. Hooray, us!

Can someone from Wisconsin explain how Gov. Walker lost to the loon running the state now. Was it the Karens?

Probably, #11. Through my business I’m acquainted with a few of them.

Obummer and Quid Pro Joe remind me of those monkeys in the zoo that have figured out that if they throw their poop at the visitors they will get more attention...
