Biden’s biggest problem:
His candidacy relies
totally on Obama nostalgia

Last week wiped away Democrats’ worst fears. Joe Biden’s comeback likely ended the possibility that Bernie Sanders and his leftist fanatics will hijack their party and crash it in November. But they shouldn’t bust out the party horns quite yet.
Democrats think the general election can now be a referendum on President Trump, rather than one about the merits of socialism. But their embrace of Biden means they’re asking the country for something that might be equally unpalatable: a third term for President Barack Obama, except attached to Biden.

Trump's victory in November will be have many pleasant repercussions. Depending to the strength of the win, it is going to sweep away BO and the Clintoons with the same broom. BO's avatars, his lieutenants, will have been defeated in 2016 and 2020. BO never had great affiliation or appeal to the party. It was decimated as he implemented his "transformation". He wasn't successful presidentially either, as shown by contrast with Trump. Part of the hatred and fear of Trump by the Left is related to resentment of Trump for accomplishments that BO was not capable of. The Left's nostalgia, not actually for BO, but the shining promise they saw in BO when he was first elected, is thin gruel 12 years later separated by a gulf of failure, incompetence, and a vision trapped in the marijuana smoke filled rooms of BO's adolescence.
Our bonus prize is that this is the last go round for the Clintoons. They have aged badly and although their criminal misdeeds may not catch up to them, their sleaziness has. The #MeToo Left has declared BJ an unconvicted rapist and Hillary his enabler and enforcer. Hillary leaves a slime trail wherever she goes. Their "Squad" still pops up, trotted out like circus freaks for their shock value by the media. Carville's primal scream against Communism probably cardioverted the Clintoon establishment and rallied them to Biden's demise. But the Clintoons are mostly a spent force, victims of the their Rosemary's Baby portion of their party that they helped birth.
The dems will go out in November, not with a bang but with a whimper. BO and the Clintoons will be swept into the dustbin of history. Probably their party too.

Joe Biden candidacy is a scarecrow propped on three legs. 1. 0bama nostalgia 2. Fear of Bernie 3. The DNC's ability to provide a dead cat bounce. All three will vanish in a general election. And for a good measure the intense pressure of the election will vividly bring out Biden's weaknesses. Was the Ukraine scandal and Hunter Biden even mentioned in these contests? You get the picture.

Obama nostalgia is not a good thing. Obama is a failure and a liar, and had no accomplishments in eight years from which America benefited. Obama's main achievement was displacing Carter as America's worst president ever.
If Biden thinks reminding voters why they voted for Trump in the first place is the way to go, then he's a bigger fool than he appears. Then again, "Biden" and "thinks" shouldn't be in the same sentence.

Yep, I am reminded of the hypocrisy of their "share the wealth" candidacy. Especially when you find out that Joe Biden is sharing the wealth with all of his family. Joe even said that Barack Obama knew about it. I guess the Obama's were helping themselves to some of that wealth too.

Let's face it, Obama was a one off. He got elected to be the first Black President. It does not matter what his politics are. The problem with the Democrats is they do not have a single qualified or electable individual in the entire party period! If you look at the 27 democrat candidates you can not find a single one that is competent or not a member of the communist party. They have no ideas. They have no plans. They are of low character and no honor. Victimism, tribalism, pathological liars. What's not to like?

You mean besides the brain misfires in a brain that was never all that powerful to begin with? Sitting in a Senate seat for decades is not a solid career path and sharing the government teat with your entire family is not cool.

Joe Biden is a throw away candidate for the Dems. He's dispensable. The powers that be in the Democrat party know Trump will be reelected and are using Biden (even though senile and mentally challenged) to get rid of the socialist Sanders. This way they may possibly protect some of the down lines candidates on the ticket. People who are voting in the primary are basically voting against Sanders and not for Biden. Everything the Dems do is contrived and paid for. There's nothing organic about them ... except with Bernie. There's no excitement and passion that you see at the Trump rallies.
The Democrat party is corrupt to the core and has lost all sense of propriety, rational and respect for the American people. Everything they do is fake and wrong and is backfiring on them. Isn't Karma a beautiful thing? Their media goons on Cable and the networks act like blithering idiots because they like their big fat paycheck. With the left, truth and professional journalism are dead.

While Biden curses at voters and tries to figure out where he is and who he is, all that PDT needs to do each day is ask that very basic question - Are you better off than you were four years ago?

Working people are certainly NOT nostalgic for Obama! Only the wards of the government, and snowflakes living on their parent's generosity have any nostalgia. Some of them, from back in the terrible time, are now entering the workforce, so may be having second thoughts about the guy they thought was so great!

Biden's biggest problem is Joe Biden. The big mouth. The cheesy grin. The addled brain. The corrupt deals. The bragging about the corrupt deals. "C'mon man," has there ever been a worse major party candidate in the history of this country? And they know it.
Obama may not have succeeded in the "fundamental transformation" of this country, but boy did he ever fundamentally transform the Democrat Party.

Obama nostalgia for the majority is corruption, ignorance, weaponizing our federal agencies, racism against whites, gross incompetence and attempts to rule like a tin-pot, african dictator. And he had enough like-minded, power-hungry sycophants around him to advance his hatred of America for eight years; but fortunately, our genius founders built-in the necessary checks and balances to thwart his monkey-level attempts. The sad fact remains that there are enough uneducated, misinformed, unbalanced, and government dependent voters out there who continue to support him and his ilk in spite of his corruption and incompetence being revealed to them. Our socialist-leaning education system is partly to blame. I saw it in my own children and it has taken years to reverse the thinking.

Agree #8. It’s also about turning down the heat on us frogs in the pot of water. Bernie was turning up the heat too fast. The Democrats tend the follow the Fabian approach of gradual change (nudging) toward socialism. Bernie is follows the Trotsky approach of revolution. Hence, Bernie’s endorsement by the Democrat Socialists of America.

For many of us, the eight long miserable years of Obozo Biteme were the worst years in our lives and almost as bad as the eight horrible years of the Clintoon Bore in the orifice. We can rely on a not so faded memory of those times and remind ourselves we never want that ever again. Let's roll. We have a nation to keep great. F them stupid mother truckers. Riden with Biden is going to be ridin a freight train right off a cliff.

Joe Biden claims to draw heavy support from African Americans, as was evident in his South Carolina primary win. What I don't understand is how the blacks could support a man that served as the Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee in 1991 during the confirmation hearing of Clarence Thomas, who by the way is African American. Biden oversaw a hearing that, as Thomas would later call it a "high-tech lynching". Biden did everything he could to stain Justice Thomas' reputation in order to thwart his nomination to the US Supreme Court. Biden needs to apologize to Clarence Thomas and the American people for turning judicial confirmation hearings into partisan-fueled character assassination. So again, why would the black community support a man like Joe Biden after what he attempted to do to Justice Thomas?

Only one more corrupt thing for Biden to do before he heads for some ultra class Florida rest home, pick Barack Obama to be his Vice-President in an ultimate act of liberal Democrat corruption, if elected which might allow Obama to dodge the constitutional presidential term limit of only being elected President twice.
