Minnesota attorney general Keith Ellison, the former congressman from Minnesota who gave us examples of how to treat women, has tweeted that the "Bernie Bros," that rabid group of Bernie Sanders–supporters that seem like a branch of Antifa, has tweeted that, no, they are merely passionate and as gentle as he: "I have never seen @BernieSanders supporters being unusually mean or rude," Ellison tweeted. "Can someone send me an example of a 'Bernie Bro' being bad. Also, are we holding all candidates responsible for the behavior of some of their supporters? Waiting to hear."

About that Democrat memory problem: I read a quote from William Buckley years ago which he wrote, “Conservative sins are never forgiven, while liberal sins are never remembered.” I hate liberalism with all my heart, but I leave the Final Judgement to God!

FTA (CBS's soulless Scott Pelley): "It's time to ask whether the attack on the United States Congress Wednesday was foreseeable, predictable and, to some degree, self-inflicted." That's an absolute obscenity, worthy of instant cashiering from his job, from a true blue hater, a left wing fascist, who never had any business reading news on the air. These people think we have murder coming to us, and that we deserve it! And what do they want to do? Disarm us, so they can do to us as they please. FTA: "(The Democrats') hateful end-justifies-the-means rhetoric will likely inspire someone like the loon who shot up an Alexandria baseball field to take similar action." And after the gunfire ceases and Republicans lie dead from another loony Bernie Bro, expect more Democrat inspired gun control measures (which affect only the law abiding, not criminals). It's already a war. In places that war has turned hot. Keep your powder dry and maintain vigilance. If another character like Hodgkinson pops up shooting Republicans, we defenders can respond at that moment with perfectly legal target practice on a Bernie Bro. If that's what they really want, they will receive it.

That the people of Minnesota accepted Muzzie Ellison as attorney general certainly speaks for their regard for "diversity." He and they appear to have brain freeze. Much depends on how you define "liberal."

FTA: ''... to some degree, self-inflicted.'' Therefore, according to the democrat socialist left, rape is excusable because if a woman is sexy looking, she is making it self-inflicted! Of course, they would deny that even though it is the same logic. Republicans can self-inflict, but not women?

Bernie Bros is an oxymoron. Any man or person who thinks socialism is better than capitalism, free enterprise and the American Dream is no Bros in my book. They are brainless losers, followers and dependent minded fools. They are definitely not Veterans or taxpayer Americans who would stand up and defend our country in a time of crisis.

How ironic that Keith Ellison would be tweeting in defense of the Bernie Bros. Philip Haney, formerly the DHS’s tracker of terrorist-related groups and individuals, now retired, was plannint to spend the campaign period going after Muslim terrorist-related individuals to keep them from getting into our government. Haney was shot on Friday in Amador County, CA.

Ellison is unfit to be AG if his head is that deeply buried in the sand of liberalism. I hope he gets a tweet storm of unprecedented proportions. Passionate and gentle? Let's ask all the Trump supporters who got assaulted for wearing red caps and minding their own business since 2016. It actually sounds to me like he is desperate to find a Trump supporter who did something bad so he can paint Trump and all of us with that brush he is so desperate to use. The violence is coming from your own side Ellison and you darn well know it. So does the media. Thanks to the Left in this nation and their years long tantrum, it is probably only gonna get more dangerous to be a Trump supporter.

Following Rahm Emanuel’s maxim that a crisis is a terrible thing to waste, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer says the Trump reaction to the coronavirus is too little too late and quibbles over how much money is “enough” to fight a possible pandemic. Yet at the same time, such is cryin’ Chuck’s concern for human life that he and his Democrats sustained a filibuster blocking a bill that would protect the lives of newborn infants that survive a botched abortion. Senate Democrats today blocked a request by Republicans to vote on a bill that would stop infanticide and provide medical care and treatment for babies who are born alive after botched abortions.

Anti-Trump Fox News analyst Neil Cavuto, who often demonstrates the difference between being glib and being articulate, says he doesn’t work for Donald Trump. Cavuto took umbrage at Trump’s reaction to an A.B. Stoddard interview with Cavuto in which she falsely stated, in defending Michael Bloomberg’s Hindenburgesque Nevada debate performance, that Trump consistently lost his 2016 debates with “cringewortthy” and “disastrous” performances. None of what she said was accurate, Cavuto didn’t call her on it, later agreeing with her, and when Trump called both on it during his Colorado rally, Cavuto got righteously indignant in a statement what could have been an MSNBC audition tape...

While Romney, who undoubtedly entertained visions of succeeding a President Trump after his vote helped remove from office, says it was his faith that caused him to believe Trump really did abuse his power to pressure the Ukrainians to dig up dirt on the Bidens, more likely it was because that Romney wanted to put an end to an administration that might expose his link to the Bidens and Burisma,

The hypocrisy of it all is underscored by the fact that by hiding the whistleblower and the details of his initial contacts with Schiff and the ICIG, Schiff and the House managers are denying President Trump a basic constitutional right -- the right to confront one’s accuser.

A seven-month deployment in Afghanistan shrouded in secrecy is a key piece of Pete Buttigieg’s pitch to voters in the 2020 presidential race, with the former South Bend, Indiana, mayor arguing that his status as a veteran and his time in a war zone give him foreign policy gravitas and first-hand military experience none of his Democratic primary rivals can claim. That supposed strength, however, ultimately could become a weakness in a potential general election match-up with President Trump and a Republican Party that is already eyeing ways to turn Mr. Buttigieg’s time as a Naval intelligence officer into a liability. A number of pundits have recently argued that younger voters, especially those under 30, are less inclined to be bothered when they hear the word “socialism,” since they have no firsthand memory of the Cold War. To some extent, this must be true. Those who weren’t alive during socialism’s cruelest catastrophes — or even its many banal failures — will be less put off by the idea. Then again, if a presidential candidate were praising the excellent public transportation system of the Third Reich or going on about the some alleged benefit to American slavery, they would rightly be chased from the public square forever

Chicago Public Schools will no longer observe Columbus Day. The Board of Education voted to change the name to Indigenous Peoples’ Day as other cities and school districts have done. The board’s vote on the issue was 5-2. The school holiday will be on Oct. 12 this year. CPS is working to develop new curriculum to more accurately tell the history of Native American cultures. The holiday has been controversial because the day has been used to commemorate Italian explorer Christopher Columbus who claimed to have discovered America in 1492. The area was already populated by indigenous people and some have argued that Columbus’ actions led to their genocide.
