Trump on SOTU: 'I Had Somebody Behind
Me Who Is Mumbling Terribly, Mumbling,
Mumbling'

On Monday night in Manchester, New Hampshire, President Donald Trump once again thanked House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) for boosting his poll ratings with the impeachment "hoax." But he wasn't being complimentary: "On Tuesday, I delivered my address on the State of the Union," Trump said: "And I had somebody behind me who is mumbling terribly, mumbling. Mumbling, wha-wha-ho-ha. Mumbling. Very distracting, very distracting." (The crowd erupted in chants of "lock her up.")

Far be it from me to suggest I could top Trump but what if in the middle of the speech if he turned and said; "Madam Speaker, if you have something to say you have the floor for one minute and if not I would appreciate it if you would please stop babbling."

Combination of mumbling and wafting smells of alcohol breath. You can hear her a block away but smell her a mile away - phew! Poor Mike Pence had to sit in that cloud of metabolized booze, constant paper rustling and low tones of someone talking to themselves. By the way, do you know that Piglosi actually electrifies her fence around her magnificent estate/vineyard? Imagine what Bug-Eyed Shiff has going on in his background....

Not being disrespectful to senile people, but Pelosi is apparently deep into senility. People with all their faculties working properly would not do what she has done. They would know that it makes the person look bad. They would also know people would make fun of them. Finally, they would know it would create sympathy for the other person. Her family really needs to intervene and get this woman some help!

The SOTU address showed that President Trump is made of steel. He delivered the speech with poise and very calm knowing full well that, behind him, he had the Dark Side Wicket Witch of San Francisco wearing a dagger poisonous pin that could have stabbed him any time. I'm glad he didn't shake her hand. She could have had a poisoned ring.

MaligNancy Pelosi. What a gift she is, and she just keeps giving. Anyone who must pre-tear a sheet of paper is in sad shape. Yes, she controls the House. She gets to decide on Committee Chairs and so on, and she doles out perks according to her own scheme. Will this produce a Democratic majority in the House in November? If Republicans get their act together, and run a real campaign, they will win. If Republicans cave in and run after squirrels, they will lose. I think we need a new crop of Democrats. Let them return to the party which loves the little people, and stop being the party of Big Money. Get rid of Steyer and Bloomberg. Stop it with the huge foundations. Turn your back on Gates and Soros. Get real. Adam Schiff and Jerry Nadler have nothing to offer but hate.

In real time it was distracting but when you review Nancy Pelosi repeating over and over she's off her rocker for the entire SOTU. Pelosi did her party no favors that night. The democrats all looked like total idiots and the follow up the next day was their doom along with Romney killing his career with one stupid vote. The old San Francisco bag lady has shown how senile and unfit she is with that paper ripping stunt. No wonder that President Trump hasn't met with her in the White House since October of last year she's nothing but a mumbling idiot and don't deserve an audience with the 'adult' living in the White House.

Abraham Lincoln was born on February 12th two hundred and eleven years ago. No national holiday commemorates the birthday of America’s first Republican president. It is a holiday for government employees in a handful of states including New York, Connecticut, and Illinois. While some may lament this, it is perhaps fitting that Americans honor Lincoln while laboring and that ensuring that the legacy of Lincoln does not perish from this earth is a task not of the federal government but of the people, by the people, for the people. Lincoln is best known for his two most lasting legacies, the establishment of our union of states as indivisible and emancipation.

Just when you thought America's long impeachment drama was over and behind us, the Democrats have begun the process to do it again. The president tweeted out a storm of criticism when the news broke that prosecutors were recommending nine years in prison.

MANCHESTER, New Hampshire -- For a brief moment, concerned looks crossed the faces of some Elizabeth Warren supporters gathered for her election-night event in a cavernous building near the Manchester airport. There were no TVs visible to most of the crowd -- a common feature for a struggling campaign that doesn't want the audience to see bad news. There was no warm-up speaker. At 8:20 p.m., facing a fourth-place finish in New Hampshire after a third-place showing a week ago in Iowa, Warren walked onstage without fanfare. She began by acknowledging that Bernie Sanders and Pete Buttigieg "had strong nights."

Two of the key witnesses in the Trump impeachment have been removed from their positions. Gordon Sondland is out as Ambassador to the European Union. Lt. Col Alexander Vindman has been reassigned from the National Security Council to the Pentagon. Democrats are crying foul, of course. But was it improper for Trump to take these personnel actions? Sondland’s case seems easy to me. Ambassadors serve at the pleasure of the President. Trump lost confidence in Sondland. Thus, his removal made sense. Vindman’s case is somewhat different and less easy for me. Unlike Sondland, he’s a career government employee and military man.
