John Bolton, during a 2005 Senate confirmation process, was accused by a female government contractor of harassing 'her relentlessly,' chasing her around a hotel, criticizing her weight and 'hinting' she was a lesbian. Melody Townsel described his behavior in a 2005 letter to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee when he was under consideration for the UN Ambassador position. 'Mr. Bolton proceeded to chase me through the halls of a Russian hotel—throwing things at me, shoving threatening letters under my door and, generally, behaving like a madman,' she wrote.(Snip) Bolton left the Bush administration under a cloud.

Thank God the leftist press in UK still hates Bolton. The media over here will go right back to hating his guts as soon as his usefulness to drag this impeachment out subsides.

Now this is getting comical: "'Hey, fatso! Listen to me, you two-ton lesbian!!'" Are those the words of the would-be saboteur of Mr. Trump's presidency? Tune in at 11 for the latest in Bolton gossip!"

Whether or not this this accusation is true, it bothers me that some on our side are now sinking to the level of congressional Democrats.

As much as I hate to say this, Bolton threw the first punch. If true, why was he brought in the current administration with all that baggage?

#6, I was a fan of John Bolton at one time, but no more. Not because of this article but because he had the audacity to turn on the man who gave him an opportunity he desperately wanted but that he evidently blew quite spectacularly. I appears that Mr. Bolton took too much upon himself and did not listen to his employer. The President made it clear that he did not want to be involved in these endless wars and if Bolton did not agree with that, then he should have declined the offer of employment. I would hate to think he was so arrogant that he believed he could come into the administration and set foreign policy and bend the President to his will. However, this display of pique is quite irresponsible coming at this time. The country is sailing in dangerous waters thanks to this fiasco of impeachment and to disregard the potential damage he is doing by writing the book at this time is simply unforgivable. I cannot believe the treachery that seems to be part and parcel of this corrupt city. John Bolton in my opinion is lacking in honor. If that sounds too much like a democrat, so be it. It is the truth.

I find this story hard to believe.
But, oh, the irony, this!
I'm glad Bolton now has to defend himself against someone who is lying about him.

The story just sounds unbelievable....chasing a woman through the hotel, commenting on her weight, etc. Sounds like Kavanaugh as gang-rape ringmaster...Someone makes an accusation and the press has to publish it without solid verification.

This smells like a democrat hit job. It is near identical to all the other unfounded accusations they have made at least since Clarence Thomas. The communists are getting mighty predictable.

# 12 & 13 - same here. Reading between the lines indicates that 1) there is a major Bolton liability that has emerged to the gamers in DC or 2) ?.

At first, I thought:
"Why is the left 'Kavenaughing' him now?... they kind of like him, for the moment, anyway,"
Then I thought:
"They are kind of blackmailing him: "Stick a knife in Trump's back and these charges will fade away."
