Columbia University continues to deny students accused of sexual assault their due process rights, going out of their way to ignore exculpatory evidence in order to find accused men responsible no matter how thin the allegations.
The latest example is Ben Feibleman, who is using his real name to fight the allegations against him, made by a woman who, as usual, gets to keep her anonymity and is only referred to as Jane Doe in court documents. The Daily Caller’s Betsy Rothstein recently published an exclusive interview with Feibleman regarding the $25 million lawsuit he filed against the university last May. I encourage you to read her full story

This kind of stuff wouldn't be going on if society still had any morals left...the 'left' says 'do whatever you want if it feels good'....so loose morals prevail...leads to court actions, false accusations, true accusations, abortion, STD, and the rest...

This is where the people that rule us go to get an education. Like Yale, where a few years ago the two guys having sport sex with a girl got into a fight and one ended up jumping out a window. I bet the survivors are all high level State department civil servants by now.

I pray Columbia ends up paying big for this. Without consequences this will never end.

...looks like this is just another example of " women not having equal rights !" ....(...it's TRUE... they don't have to worry about ever being drafted...they get lower insurance rates...oh...and they get to unilaterally decide to murder their baby if they want)

And the feminists wonder why most of us do not believe their tale of woe under any circumstances. This is a prime example of why. That female should be prosecuted or sued in civil court right along with Columbia. That is going to be what it takes to stop these lying women, a taste of their own medicine.

Yes, I read the whole thing, and it's filth straight through. All these people, men and women, treat each other like sexual spittoons or cheap disposables. I think if one used words like Love, Honor, Dignity, Loyalty, Affection, Truth, Respect, or even Humane Behavior, these people would stare at you uncomprehendingly --- because these elements make up zero percent of their character.
Yes, the woman in this scenario is way, way in the wrong, Criminally wrong. But can you say the man even aspired to the common decency we used to expect of a man?
They talk of priding themselves on their "moral agency" and all they have to show for it is moral degeneracy.
OK, I'm through commenting. I am so through.

Heck, back in the day that was one of the purposes of alcohol. Get some chippie loosened up until she was begging for it. "Candy is dandy but liquor is quicker". Or as Mickey Gilley put it, the girls all get prettier at closing time.

Many years ago, a Georgia Tech graduate's wife sang me the following song. Agnes Scott was a women's school near Georgia Tech:
I'm a hotsy-tot from Agnes Scott,
And I go with a guy from Tech;
He took me to the park one night,
And said we'd only neck;
He filled me full of liquor,
and said I had nothing to fear;
Now I'm a hotsy-tot from Agnes Scott
Who's expecting an engineer!
A great way to tech girls about the pitfalls of drinking with young men. Perhaps we need something similar for young men in today's world.

"Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned."
The girl is an obvious nut case who felt the shame of rejection more deeply than anything else. I was going to question the 30 minutes of sex for a college kid but it was just a whole bunch of clumsy petting followed by a hasty good-bye. After he gets his settlement he should paint her name on every bridge in town.
