What is wrong with old Joe Biden? 77-year-old Joe Biden on Thursday kicked off his first campaign stop of 2020 in Iowa. Without providing any evidence whatsoever, Biden claimed that Russian President Vladimir Putin has ‘spent a lot of money on bots’ to spread lies about him online — and the liberal dolts in the crowd believed him.“I’ve learned a lot of things in the last few weeks…one was that Vladimir Putin doesn’t want me to be president – he spent an awful lot of money on so-called bots on the internet trying to tell lies about me,” Biden said. So Vladimir Putin personally bought Facebook ads and paid for

You know, I get a big ol' chuckle out of the Dems crying about how Russian Facebook ads cost them the 2016 election. Maybe the Ruskies spent $100,000 on Facebook ads (ant they weren't all pro-Trump). Hillary Clinton spent a billion dollars and lost (about $11-12 a vote vs. Trump's $4-5 a vote). If I was a Dem political operative, I might chuck all the overpaid Democrat consultants and campaign gurus and buy a couple Russian bot buyers on the cheap because they seem to be a lot more efficient than the smart-guy consultants.

No, it's not dementia...it is his strategy to deflect attention away from his crimes and to persuade people believe the lies that Trump is "abusing his authority" and working in cahoots with Russia (his alleged puppetmaster) to win the election by foreign interference. By innuendo, he wants people to think Trump has always been aligned with Putin since the 2016 election.

We can add paranoia to Joe's list of mental problems. The truth is that Putin would have loved to have Hillary as President just like he would want Joe in there because both can easily be bought and have demonstrated that fact over and over.

In his first televised remarks since ordering the airstrike that killed Iranian general Qassem Soleimani in Baghdad, President Trump said he took the drastic action to stop a war, not start one. “We took action last night to stop a war,” Trump said during brief remarks at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida. “We did not take action to start a war.”Trump said Soleimani was planning “imminent and sinister attacks.” Here are Trump’s full comments, via a poll report from a White House reporter in Florida. Thank you very much and good afternoon. As president my highest and most solemn duty is the defense of our nation and its citizens.

The left has always been a movement in danger of going straight over the edge. You can see it in the rhetoric, the agenda, the public behavior, and the quality of people it attracts. Many of us have been waiting for years for it to blow up like a Soviet-era nuclear reactor. But although individual leftists have redlined (Hillary, Anthony Weiner, your name here), the movement as a whole has repeatedly pulled out before going into the abyss. There always seems to be a rescuing hand extended from somewhere or other. (More on that later.) That’s why 2019 was such a satisfactory year – much more satisfactory than most.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., is calling on the Trump administration to immediately brief lawmakers on the U.S. airstrike that killed a top Iranian commander in Iraq and what the White House plans to do next. The strike in Iraq was directed by President Donald Trump and killed Qassem Soleimani, the commander of Iran's secretive Quds Force, the Department of Defense announced Thursday night. The move, which is likely to provoke retaliation from Iran, comes amid heightened tensions between the Trump administration and Tehran over rocket attacks aimed at coalition forces in Iraq. U.S. officials have said those attacks were likely carried out by Iranian-backed militias with links to the Quds Force.

So much for the taunt from Iran’s “supreme leader,” Ayatollah Khamanei, that America “cannot do a damn thing” about Iran’s attack on our embassy in Baghdad. It took President Trump but a day after that jibe to wheel on the Iranians. He launched a drone attack that found and killed the commander of Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Corps, General Qassim Soleimani. It is likely to mark a turning point in the not-so-quasi war that Iran has been levying against us — and, among others, Israel. This is not a situation in which responsibility is being debated on murky evidence.

The U.S. killing of Qassim Soleimani In Baghdad on Thursday ends an enduring threat. At least in the short term, however, it will unleash Iranian retaliation. The leader of the external action arm of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, Soleimani long led that regime's efforts to destroy its enemies and expand its revolution. From an explosive campaign that killed hundreds of U.S. soldiers in Iraq, to supporting Bashar Assad's regime with legions of Shiite fighters and IRGC operatives, to conducting a campaign of bombings and assassinations and intimidation across the world, Soleimani was a master of his very dark arts. He was a serious

Qassim Soleimani has been in control of Iran’s Quds Force for more than 20 years. His current greatest hits include helping Bashar al Assad slaughter hundreds of thousands of his own people in the Syrian civil war, stoking the Houthis in Yemen’s civil war, and overseeing the killing of hundreds of Iraqi protesters recently demonstrating against Iranian influence in their country.
