And It Looks Like He Did

When it comes to the unlawful surveillance on Donald Trump’s presidential campaign, the most important question is, what did President Obama know and when did he know it? If we are to believe the testimony in the Justice Department inspector general’s report on FISA abuse, Obama didn’t know anything about the Crossfire Hurricane investigation.
Neither did his attorney general, her deputy, or anyone in the White House. At least not that they can recall – an expression used over 200 times in the report.
Yet against this we have the Sept. 2, 2016, text message from Lisa Page to her paramour Peter Strzok saying “POTUS wants to know everything we are doing.”

Loretta Lynch, Hunter Biden and the Whistleblower have one thing in common - apparently, none of them can be found for comment on anything.

As one WSJ commenter put it economically: fool or knave?
More expansively, the media created their race golem and imbued him with all sorts of magical powers. No Drama Obama was on top of things. Meetings, intelligence, military, economics, etc. He was supposedly a tireless polymath.
It's now clear that the anti-Trump operation was all-encompassing at the highest levels of elected and appointed government including law enforcement and intelligence agencies that had a thousand other more pressing issues. There are only so many hours in a day, even for a president, and especially for a president whose official workday was, shall we say, rather brief. What was he doing in those other hours besides many rounds of golf and flitting around the nation burning oceans of jet fuel at fundraisers? The answer is inescapable, really: he was subverting democracy with as much cynicism and hatred as he could muster.
The Obama adulators must weigh the now-documented facts, events, chronology and 'coincidences' against Obama's rather weak and nonspecific claims that he wasn't involved and wasn't informed. An egomaniac like Obama would be shouting from the rooftops if he were truly innocent - post-presidential protocol be darned. But he knows that legal jeopardy is still a possibility and that the worst-case scenario is to be caught in a lie or in a prisoner's dilemma. Clapper, Brennan, Comey and others are amoral snakes. Only a fool would trust them to keep up the con.
I do hope it's costing Obama plenty of sleepless nights.

Chris Farrell is most likely correct about Obama involvement, but he lacks hard evidence. With all the amnesia (can not recall) answers, there is a long way to go to get indictments. If all of this is true Obama and the people he appointed acted far worse than Richard Nixon and the "plumbers."

"True to form, the IG report goes to great lengths to argue that “knowing everything” in fact meant knowing nothing at all."
This is like a guy off the street going up to one of a bunch of bank robbers and asking who was involved in the robbery. They will tell you nothing. When a policeman, authorized to arrest them and with proof they were involved, starts asking questions, they may become more talkative when it is suggested if they are cooperative it will be mentioned in their sentencing. Dunham and Barr are the cops with the authority to arrest and charge. The IG is a joke. The whole IG overview process is a joke about the bureaucratic process; not filling out forms and failing to follow procedure. Effectively, unless The Attorney General assign a prosecutor like Dunham, NO ONE is effectively monitoring the bureaucrats. We have seen the bureaucrats are OUT OF CONTROL to the point of being very dangerous.
We NEED an internal oversight with teeth. We need a LAW to be the teeth, with criminal accountability and secondarily, rights to fire offenders not found criminally liable.
We also need training that educates bureaucrats as to their chain of command, with the President at the top of the chain bound by established law. The bureaucrats job is do their assigned tasks and provide information, not be the top boss no matter how big their egos are.
Meanwhile, from assorted bits of testimony, it is clear that BO and his top people KNEW what was going on despite denials.
"there is an investigation that would take you inside a presidential campaign and four people who were targeted within that campaign and that doesn’t require some kind of supervisory review and initiation"
It also was the hottest political thing that was going on and bureaucrats like these are drawn to such things like moths to flames. Some might have stayed away, perceiving the danger, but they knew. They didn't "skip" the supervisory review, they deliberately short circuited it. It would have upset their plans. For example, the Gang of Eight was not briefed. Plus it is clear that people like Brennan were running around making clandestine contacts with people and feeding them information. He showed up in person so as not to leave a trail, just like the spy master he is, but he left a lot of slime behind.
It is already clear that Dunham has made deeper and clearly criminal connections between some of the players. They conspired to do these things. Will BO be connected? I suspect that, unfortunately, a clear trail will not be established. However, it will be clear that BO's "scandal free" administration, the one that Biden brags about being part of, was involved in one of the biggest and most dangerous scandals ever.

I'm not worried about 'getting' Obama or Hillary Clinton at least not yet. I want to see the nucleus of the cabal go first Clapper, Brennan, Comey, Strokz, Page, Ohr et al then when pinched they'll sing about their 'boss'. At this juncture let's see some conspirators facing long prison terms not working at CNN spouting their obscenities' in public.

Obie doesn't have much to worry about. The left and the msm would howl up a storm if the first black former president was to be indicted and charged with a high crime. And any testimony he would give would be so watered down that federal prosecutors would question if we are talking to the right guy. But, one thing is for sure. Having Obie show up in court as a person of interest together with the mere hint that he committed criminal acts would fire up our base and get the couch potatoes out to vote next November. Another thing is for sure - despite Obie's attempts to confuse and water down his words, his testimony would ensure that Comey, Brennan, Clapper, Strzok, Page, and McCabe go to prison for a long long time. But, what to do with Billary.

We've had corrupt administrations in our history, but I think Obama will hold the title for most corrupt. Interestingly, the vast majority of corrupt administrations have been democrat. Of course, congress has always been corrupt, in it's non-term limited quest for money and power.

I can't speak for Obama but he probably doesn't care. His whole mantra of "share the wealth" was created so he could cash in on the wealth. Barack and Michelle Obama have done just that and are now running around giving people advice. It is too bad that a segment of society is still listening to them. Not me. I take my advice from God.

Said it from the beginning, this all goes back to Obama. Major administration officials almost never go rogue, and if they did, Obama would have been furious and we would have heard from him. Instead, not a peep.
Who interfered in the 2016 election? Obama did.

When it comes to connecting former President Barack Obama to anything got to do with the so-called Crossfire Hurricane FBI Investigation, the investigations will have to breach the plausible deniability conspiracy set up between Obama’s high level mucky muck cohorts and political operatives who were in the White House at the time. That’s why the (cover Obama’s butt) memoranda written by Obama’s national security advisor on the day that the Obama Administration was leaving the White House said that Obama wanted everything done “by the book” when it came to investigating President Trump.
So of course when the DOJ/IG Investigation was being conducted nobody in the high levels of the DOJ/FBI super bureaucracy are never going to fess up to what Obama knew or when Obama knew it, and they sure would not put those obvious facts on any official documents. When such an IG Report is completed that report can only take into consideration what the DOJ/FBI super bureaucrats told the IG investigators and the documentary evidence that they found in the official DOJ records. The IG then puts all that together in his Report. Beyond that the IG report completely disregards and ignores common sense.
Look at it this way. High level super bureaucrats in the federal government, and especially in the intelligence and law enforcement agencies, who direct adverse criminal investigations and counterintelligence investigation are experts in covering their butts through plausible deniability. In that respect those super bureaucrats are not about to to put their high level positions, their personal qualifications, and reputations, at risk, without first knowing that they would be covered by “insurance” including plausible deniability, especially when conducting activities involving the spying on a Republican Presidential candidate or President-Elect, or a presidential political campaign. In that case that “insurance” could only come from the highest level at the Obama leftist and liberal Democrat White House that was being run in accordance with “Chicago Way” political corruption. That’s just common sense.

Spying in your own country without a crime to cite and lying about it is not illegal when you are King of The World. Being the control freaks that they were, Barry, Valerie and the rest of the Black Muslim Mafia would have known every detail of Crossfire Hurricane. Barry told us what kind of cars to drive and what fuel to use and how we could heat our homes. His lovely spouse told second graders what they could eat in their school lunches. Valerie Jarrett, the pseudo mom that Barry adored would have had to know in her role as "senior advisor" so she could guide her little boy in the right direction. President Zero is going to look good in orange.

Blame former AG Sessions and his boss for allowing the massive Obama scandals to be hidden from public view for 3 years and to be spun by Obama and his media bootlicks as “scandal free”. For it was Jeff Sessions who declined to prosecute Lois Lerner for her illegal IRS attacks on the Tea Party. If Lerner had been prosecuted she might have disclosed who in the Obama WH she was coordinating her unauthorized delaying actions on Tea Party applications, instead, meek Jeff allowed a smirking Lois and an associate to walk away with rich pensions. Same Sessions malfeasance was seen in not pursui)g Obama’s gun running, his numerous Solyndra green scandals and the bogus black farmers scandal, to name just 3 more Obama directed corruptions.
Also blame Sessions for his Day One Recusal from the Obama and Hillary illegat actions. Sessions use of a scandal blindfold put the signer of the 4th perjurious FISA warrant, Rod Rosenstein, in charge of the DoJ. It was Rosenstein who pressed for Mueller’s appointment as SC and it was Rosenstein who gave Mueller his stunningly narrow directions on the 2016 election. Just investigate Trump and not the reason why Obama and Comey decided to spy on candidate and then President Trump.
Sessions’ enormous failure, either intentional or by stupidity, is what opened to door to the impeachment of a president for the obvious corrupt acts of Obama and Biden. May AG Barr not pull a Sessions in 2020.

Obama you may recall always fancied himself the smartest person in the room. Unfortunately, this intellectual disease seems to infect all Presidents! Hey ---I won over great odds (only 44 more like me 225 years) so I must be really, really smart. It only follows that not only did Obama know what was going on but he helped where he could by greasing the skids, removing obstacles, cutting red tape, making suggestions, etc. And ValJar is in it up to her filthy neck. I'd love to see them truly humiliated.

FTA: ‘The report reveals that Comey told Obama and other officials at a White House Situation Room meeting around the same time that “the FBI was trying to determine whether any U.S. person had worked with the Russians” and that they were looking into “four individuals with ‘some association or connection to the Trump campaign.'” Others present at the meeting were Chief of Staff Dennis McDonough, National Security Adviser Susan Rice, Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, CIA Director John Brennan, and National Security Agency Director Michael Rogers, none of whom were interview.

What amazes me is these are the same people who told us that Hillary's election was a slam dunk and that she'd sail into office with over 300 electoral votes. If they were so sure of her victory, why did they bother to spy on the Trump campaign?

Didn't we hear that it will be the most ethical administration in history? Or was that from some other democrat, can't remember? Many roads paths and trails lead to their end. I am sure at some point after all investigations are concluded there will be the smoking gun and evidence Obozo gave the orders that launched the whole operation. Someone in the operation will turn states evidence and spill their guts. At which point I wouldn't be surprised if they had a midnight snack with Vince Foster and Jeffrey Epstein.

Um, #14, no. The Constitution limits the penalty for impeachment to removal from office and disqualification for future office. If O was involved, the only way he can be punished now is by a civil or criminal court penalty. A nice lawsuit perhaps—there’s some nice real estate on the Vineyard that could be seized—and the standard in civil court is preponderance of evidence.
