Trump Was Right From the Beginning

The biggest bombshell on Monday burst not in Washington, D.C., but in Connecticut, where John Durham, its U.S. attorney, rebutted Michael Horowitz’s finding that the FBI had adequate grounds to begin an investigation of the Trump campaign. No, it didn’t, said Durham:(Snip) Translation: Durham has collected much more information than Horowitz, and it points toward the conclusion that the investigation was bogus from the start. Naturally, the media is portraying Horowitz’s timid conclusion as a refutation of Trump while ignoring the import of Durham’s objection. Reporters have also scoffed at Attorney General Bill Barr’s comments buttressing Durham’s position. How outrageous, they harrumphed, that Barr would “undercut” a subordinate.

But Lindsey Graham wants to concede the point to the FBI. He thinks it's smart to say, let's give them that the FBI had adequate grounds to begin the investigation, but blah blah blah. Shut up, Lindsey.

I'm assuming that it doesn't alarm Horowitz that the Dims basically bought Probable Cause (PC) from Steele in order to spy on Trump. The FBI went all in on shaky PC and for what reason if not for their own political gain? I guess they aren't that busy over at the FBI but where I worked no one wanted to create all that paperwork for nothing. If you're a serious objective investigator you constantly challenge yourself and seek exculpatory evidence that can disprove your case because that is what a defense attorney will do. Comey and his people based on this report were not looking for truth which should have been the real focus.

For real justice to be done, the Democrat-run media's criminal complicity in this Soviet-style coup attempt must be exposed and severely punished. Obama, Clinton, Brennan, Comey etc knew they could not successfully frame the president without the eager help of their Fourth Estate collaborators. Given a choice between seeing CNN shut down or Miss Rodham put behind bars, I'd go with the elimination of CNN. The worse possible outcome of all this would be if only a few Deep State middleman scapegoats got the handcuffs, while the Democrat mob bosses deceitfully promoting The Coup at the NYT, Wapo, MSNBC, NBCCBSABC etc skate on a ludicrous "freedom of the press" excuse. Framing a duly elected POTUS is not freedom of the press.

"Of course he was (right) but will anyone go to jail"? Only Trump will go to jail if Ms Graham conducts the Senate trial like he stated he would last Sunday; Marxists lay out their case, then the Senate votes on conviction and removal and does not allow Trump to present his defense. There WILL BE twenty bed wetting Republicans who will vote to convict in that case. The deep state WILL NOT allow their Ukraine corruption nor their other schemes to ever come to light. Ms Graham and Mitch "Buuuuuuuhhhh-buh-buuuuuhhhhhh bipartisan" McConnell will never allow it.

Horowitz duty is to follow the evidence. Horowitz has painfully demonstrated that the Office of IG has little value. Horowitz, and the OIG investigates and issue reports. Fairly worthless reports at best as the AG has so clearly pointed out. Just another government agency wasting taxpayer money.

That's what is so frustrating, the American people knew that Trump was right from the beginning but we do not have access to the information that the Lying Press or Congress does. We watched the scandal-a-week process take place after Trump's election and knew that they were only throwing sticky stuff at a wall to see what didn't fall down, then running with it. Russia-Russia had all of the trappings of a low-level crime novel and they ran with that one. We knew the charges were false, the FISA warrants were bogus and the FBI was lying, just as we know there was no Trump-Ukraine collusion. Trump did not have to cheat to beat Hillary Clinton and that was proven on election night. The collective problem for Hillary and the democrats is they just can't get over it. There is no clean end to this other than the complete destruction of the democrat party and the cancer known as the Deep State that has infected the entire government.

You can tell Durham is boiling underneath by his body language and demeanor and it's about time to show that this is not going to be swept under the rug. This was especially apparent by the way he came out swinging and threw a stunning right blow at the head of the IG report. To me that shut down everything else said yesterday. Even though Barr and Durham will be vilified by the media prior to the release of their findings, they will succeed in wrapping this travesty and vast corruption in the FBI and DOJ leaving no stone unturned. These men will show the American people that justice will prevail after crimes are committed and consequences will be paid.

The fix was in. But, at a minimum, Horowitz should have concluded fraudulent use of government assets was used to obtain the FISA warrant. Very difficult to believe how the judge who approved the warrant, did so with so many errors and omissions in the documentation while he/she was just fine with regarding Page, Gen. Flynn, Paul Manafort, and George Papadopoulos as “probable” Russian agents.

There is very good news about the North American Free Trade Agreement. That news is not that the Democrats and the labor unions have reached a deal with President Trump about the U.S.–Mexico–Canada Agreement that is to succeed it, although they have. The good news is that NAFTA will continue much as before if, as looks likely, the USMCA goes through. On the campaign trail, Trump excoriated NAFTA as an economic disaster for the United States. But the USMCA mostly replicates NAFTA. And it’s a good thing, too, since Trump was never persuasive in his denunciations of an agreement that has had a positive effect

Just 11 weeks after Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced her “official impeachment inquiry,” Judiciary Committee chief Jerry Nadler released his draft articles of impeachment — remarkably weak ones. The same day, Pelosi announced a deal with President Trump to pass his US-Mexico-Canada trade deal, replacing NAFTA. It’s a win for him and for her moderate members — yet the speaker is simultaneously treating the president as a threat to the republic and as a man she can do business with. The reason may be as simple as the polls: The latest Quinnipiac survey shows sentiment against impeachment at its strongest since Pelosi got the ball rolling on Sept. 24, with more than half

Comey will forever be remembered as one of the most arrogant, ineffective and disappointing directors of the FBI. This summer, Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren tweeted, "The warning signs for another recession are flashing," and Joe Biden described the economy as “teetering on a recession.” But in the time since, the Democrats hoping to challenge and defeat President Trump in 2020 have been forced to mute their talking points about the economy. Friday’s November jobs numbers offered another example of why they cannot discuss the issue with any credibility — and also why their challenge to Trump is an uphill climb. The November jobs report showed that the U.S. economy remains strong, even as the rest of the world slows down.
