Matt Gaetz Nukes Democrat Witnesses
at Impeachment Inquiry Hearing

Original Article

Posted By: M2, 12/5/2019 6:17:44 AM

Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) nuked Democrat witnesses during the House Judiciary Committee’s first impeachment inquiry hearing on Wednesday in a fiery round of questioning that exposed their bias against President Trump and Republicans. Gaetz also got the witnesses, all constitutional law professors, to admit they donated thousands of dollars to Democrats. Gaetz first asked Michael Gerhardt, professor at University of North Carolina, if he donated money to Barack Obama. Gerhardt responded, “My family did, yes.” Gaetz asked, “Four times?” Gerhardt responded, “That sounds about right, yes.”

Matt Gaetz got right to the heart of the matter! This 'impeachment inquiry' is a sham and a fraud... orchestrated to try to stop President Trump's re-election. I see what these radical Democrats are doing as blatant treason... that should be punished. We elected this president, who is doing a great job... and our votes and lives matter. Thank You, Congressman Gaetz!

When the Republicans take back the House next year, I'd support Gaetz for Speaker, Majority Whip, whatever. Clearly all of these idiots but Turley were given the questions well in advance as they responded by reading written notes. They basically imitated their own students at test time by feeding back to the professor (Nadler) exactly what he wanted to hear. They all earned their "A". Imagine "witnesses" who have witnessed nothing making a case against Obama. These people are not "experts" ... they are heavily biased & opinionated jerks. If given the time, I could find 4 law professors who believe Trump did nothing more than what Santa does every year. Basically: If you're not nice, you get only coal in your stocking and no toys! Glad Trump was looking out for my tax dollars! Then they all scream that we can't have a cold-blooded murderer in the White House! True ... the only problem is ... Trump isn't a murderer just because you say he is.

Somebody, anyone will do, especially Republicans, should catch these democrats perpetrating these lies and this miscarriage of justice out somewhere like a stairwell and rough them up. The Democrats aren't even afraid of any reprisals for what they are doing and there needs to be some skin in the game, a price to pay or it will continue unabated.

It is quite clear that the people continuing to identify as democrats are willing to contort facts, the meaning of words and the laws constructed with them. They are pretending to be operating within the confines of the law when in fact they are not. They can’t get their way through the formal legal system so they contort it. Their dedication to getting their way outweighs their dedication to the system. That is in my mind a tipping point leading to anarchy. How do these little pansies expect to get their way in the Mad Max world they are creating? I rather suspect that the smelly deplorable bible clinging knuckle dragging constitutionalists would make short order of things if not for our adherence to the legal system. We play by the rules they do not. For a long time that works to their advantage, but only to a point then all hell breaks loose. They are so dedicated to defeating us that they’ll invite the Genghis Kahns of the world to help them yet somehow still think they’ll end up getting their way.

They are complicit, working hand in hand. In the same light, the Wall Street Journal today had an editorial re: Adam Schiff demanding via subpoena (and getting via ATT) the phone records of Deven Nunes, Guilianni and many others.....the cliche' i that if a Republican had done this...........very similar to attaining court warrants via the Doussier, which was a total fiction and smear, and yet not only did they get the warrants four times but the Press says virtually nothing.

I LOVE that the Republicans are asking obvious and straightforward questions that completely undermine the dem narrative. These witnesses are giving their opinions about things but provide ZERO evidence, as Gaetz made them admit by their silence. Everyone has "opinions". Most aren't worth all that much especially when the issue at hand is direct knowledge of Trump's ACTIONS, none of which has been observed to be illegal or even wrong by any of the dem witlesses. Note that disagreeing with what Trump wants to do does NOT make it wrong. Trump is the President. The decisions are HIS and HIS alone.

One more thing...I thought the hearing was supposed to be about what the President actually DID that constituted "High crimes and misdemeanors". Then why are these so-called professors testifying, like they are psychologists, regarding his comments taken out of context? It is all manipulation...perception management. Oh, the President said he can do what he wants, so therefore the professor concludes Trump thinks he is above the law and we are now in a constitutional crisis?

Our amazing Framers wrote the most elegant document in the history of mankind, and it's so simple that anyone who can read and understand English can understand it. The "penumbras" are leftist legalistic constructs, much like the Rabbinical "Oral Traditions" of the Mosaic Law that our Lord Jesus ran into with the Pharisees and Scribes. Time after time those "Doctors of the Law" rejected the ACTUAL Mosaic Law in favor of their cobbled together legalistic opinions and contrived superstitions over many hundreds of years.
