The Democratic Cold War on
Christianity Heating Up

One of the great unknowns in terms of the future electorate is the effect the Democrats’ increasingly radical anti-faith stance will have on its voting coalition. Black and Hispanic Democrats tend to be far more religious than the white Democrats who are driving the party’s agenda. Will this alliance hold as the party increasingly kowtows to vocal anti-Christian Marxists? Will these voters start to defect as Democrats intensify their open war on people of faith? These questions arose this week when the sad story emerged that Chick-fil-A would no longer support three mainstream Christian-based charities; the Salvation Army, the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and the Paul

The Democratic part and liberalism are incompatible with Christianity. Indeed, for its followers, it is a substitute for Christianity.

Regarding this story and the one above about Trump's support among African-Americans, I think there is a subset of voters the GOP really needs to go after. Married African-Americans who attend church. This would also include recent immigrants from Africa. There's a huge number of them and we need to remind them every day about the Democrats' attacks on the family and on Christianity.

Black and Hispanic voters are not onboard with the Democrat impeachment train. According to Breitbart News, support for this all-white Democrat hobbyhorse project has collapsed: A recent national poll released by Emerson College indicates that black Americans, a key constituency of the Democrat Party, narrowly opposes Trump’s impeachment. The poll found that 38 percent of black voters are opposed, while 37 percent are in favor, with 25 percent unsure. Hispanic voters, meanwhile, were only narrowly in favor of impeachment, 48 percent to 41 percent, with 11 percent unsure. The Emerson poll also found 48 percent of white voters nationally were opposed to impeaching Trump, while 44 percent were supportive.

Well gee: The impeachment hearings are apparently all wrapped up with Impeachment-master Rep. Adam Schiff preparing his report to the House Judiciary Committee. It's a done deal. Game over. Clear as day. Even Peggy Noonan herself said so. Except that with all this grand showcasing and unity talk, Democrats are now ... heading for the hills. Here's a bad one, at least, from the Democrat point of view: Michigan Democratic Rep. Brenda Lawrence, a prominent supporter of Kamala Harris who has previously supported the impeachment inquiry into President Trump, abruptly announced Sunday that she no longer saw any "value" in the process and called for her fellow Democrats to throw

President Donald Trump signed H.R. 724 on Monday, a bill criminalizing animal abuse and the creation and distribution of pictures and videos of animal torture. “It is important that we combat these heinous and sadistic acts of cruelty, which are totally unacceptable in a civilized society,” Trump said as he signed the Protect Animal Cruelty and Torture Act (PACT). The president was joined by a number of animal non-profit activist representatives from the Humane Society, Animal Wellness Action, Big Dog Ranch Rescue, the National Animal Care and Control Association, and the Warrior Dog Foundation. “From battlefields to hospitals, from the ranches of the frontier to the backyards of America,

Monday on Fox News Channel’s “Hannity,” Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA), the ranking Republican on the House Intelligence Committee, vowed to challenge CNN and The Daily Beast in federal court for reportage that tied him to a meeting with the Ukrainians. Nunes told host Sean Hannity that he predicted those two outlets would “run for cover.” However, he pledged to continue his quest until those outlets were held to account. “Like we’ve seen so many times over the last three years, every time House Republicans on the Intelligence Committee come up with real information and put it out there, what do they do?” he said. “They smear the messenger.

Yet another staffer for Rep. Adam Schiff served as a fellow for the Atlantic Council, a think tank that is funded by and works in partnership with Burisma, the natural gas company at the center of allegations regarding Joe Biden and his son, Hunter Biden. Sean Misko has been described as “close friends” with Eric Ciaramella, whom Real Clear Investigations suggests is the likely so-called whistleblower. Misko reportedly joined Schiff’s staff at the House Intelligence Committee in August – the same month the so-called whistleblower’s complaint was filed after first reportedly interfacing with a staffer for Schiff’s office. Misko in 2015 was a yearlong “Millennium Fellow” at the

On Monday, November 25, FrontPage Mag ran "Horowitz Video: How America is a Christian Idea." It's a couple of videos of the great David Horowitz, author of Radical Son. The first video is a short clip from the longer second video, which is about 25 minutes in length and archived at Vimeo. What makes the video so compelling is the fact that Horowitz is not a Christian; he's an agnostic. But he's also a fearless thinker. He dilates on "the priesthood of all believers" and how that principle is woven into our founding.

People are gradually getting used to living in an inverted world. For the first time in our history, the upcoming elections are not about a better standard of living or more freedom. They are about secular pietism, a collective devotion to an apparently noble cause, which leads to less affluence and freedom. Illegal immigration has a negative impact on the labor market, especially low-income Americans, by keeping wages down. Nevertheless, half of our fellow citizens believe that any action taken against illegals is tantamount to sending them to concentration camps. Medicare for all would lead to long waiting times, with the problem being compound

If anything has become crystal-clear this year through all the interminable, pointless, never-ending Democratic Free-a-Thons (one can hardly call them "debates"), it's this: The Democrats are totally and absolutely a party focused solely on identity politics and a party not at all concerned with the greater, general good of the country. Their electoral strategy is based on identifying specific groups of voters to whom they can assign victimhood status and then promise a taxpayer-funded government program to alleviate their suffering and correct the wrongs perpetrated against them.

The company’s “diversity and inclusion” group posted the document on November 22, instructing employees to stop using pronouns which recognize the average biological, physiological, and psychological distinctions between men and women:

Good heavens, the AMAs can’t even attract young people. And this year’s performances saw one woke showcase after another. Last year, 6.585 million total viewers tuned, in. This year 6.733 million did the same … an increase of just two percent. Now I’m going to offer a little context that will

Paris - The United States and Europe bear more than half the cost of repairing the damage already wrought by climate change, a coalition of environmental groups said Monday. Based on their historic greenhouse gas emissions, the US and EU should be held jointly responsible for 54 percent of funding owed to developing nations already dealing with extreme flooding, droughts and megastorms rendered more frequent and intense by global warming, the groups said. (Snip) But as climate change outpaces efforts to tame it, poorer nations -- historically virtually blameless for manmade emissions -- are pleading for richer countries to compensate them for the

Gender transition can leave transgender people in a bit of a bind about their sexual desirability. While a transgender female may look, act, and feel masculine and exhibit male tendencies, she is just as female as any other female. If she is interested in either gay men or straight women, she could find herself perpetually attracted to individuals who are not going to be interested in her simply because of her vagina. The same holds true for transgender men who have retained their penises. If they are into lesbian women or straight men, those two demographics will most likely be turned off by their body parts.

’ll take the opportunity up front to double down on this post from Friday. I’d bet my life savings plus several internal organs that Pelosi will have 218 to impeach. That’s based on the simple reality that failing to do so at this point would cost Democrats more politically than proceeding with impeachment would. Voters who hate Trump would be furious and voters who like Trump wouldn’t give Pelosi and Schiff an ounce of credit for standing down in the end. The president would gloat about it every day unto eternity. Pelosi, long respected by both sides for her ability to whip votes, would be humiliated utterly.

Rasmussen, whose own daily tracking poll revealed that 34% of black likely voters support President Trump, was initially cautious about interpreting that result, as this response to a tweet by Dineen Borelli shows: So when Mrs. @deneenborelli - a friend & an engaged supporter of @realDonaldTrump today presents a snapshot of our privacy-focused daily likely voter results, please remember, not all survey samples & collection techniques are equal or comparable. On July 25, 2019, President Donald Trump picked up the phone in the White House residence and attempted to shake down a foreign leader. Trump’s language was elliptical and soft, not direct and threatening, but his intentions were clear: He wanted Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy to “do us a favor.” That was Trump’s entree to his improper, indecent requests that Zelenskiy’s government undertake two investigations that would benefit Trump politically. Trump didn’t explain his motives, which of course were self-serving. First, he asked Zelenskiy to “find out what happened” with Ukraine’s supposed meddling, alongside Russia, in the 2016 U.S. election. Then there was Trump’s “other thing”: his desire that Ukraine “look into”
