The descent of Fox News legal analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano into foolishness continues with a series of TV appearances in which the former New York Superior Court judge adopts the Adam Schiff interpretation of the Constitution where you are not allowed to confront your accuser, where being a fact witness does not require you to recuse yourself from running a kangaroo court impeachment inquiry, and where hearsay and presumption determine you are guilty until proven innocent.

It amazes me just how cheap some people are willing to sell their integrity. Judge Nap has become a disgrace not because he opposes the President but because he made such an about face. That tells me there was a catalyst to his behavior and if it is true that he lobbied the President for a seat on SCOTUS and was looked over, it speaks very poorly for his character. Frankly, I don’t watch Fox News to see him spout his vindictiveness. He may not have impressed the President but his nipping at the heels of the President certainly impressed the Fox News executives. They give him an vehicle to say what they want to go out over their air. Anti-Trumpers like Napolitano, Brazile, Williams, and all the rest are there to stay which is why their ratings will take a hit.

To think, at one time I liked this guy. I guess I am not as good at judging character as I thought.

Napolitano used to have a pleasant TV personality but is seldom right about anything. He’s never impressed me much.

How did this guy ever get to be a judge? He sees the same impeachment hearings we all do, witnesses the same Stalin style show trials the democrats are putting on and comes up with a completely backwards view of the proceedings claiming Trump is guilty.
Fox would do well to put him out to pasture.

If it is true that he lobbied the President for a seat on SCOTUS and was passed over, his current behavior says that it was a very good thing that he got passed over. Who in their right mind would want this petty, vindictive person sitting as a judge on the most powerful court in the land.

This is so disappointing. I used to look forward to the Judge's segments. No more! Something happened, as he is simply not the same person he used to be (on air at least).

My guess is with Napolitano, Fox is trying hard to be Fair and Balance now that Shep is gone. They've been moving in that direction for some time, trying to get more centrists to come over to FOX. The only thing is, for every one of them they bring, they lose three Conservatives. When I hear or see Napolitano I quickly mute or click off. I can't stand to look at him or listen to his voice. He's unattractive in every way. I don't mind liberals. There are some good ones like Capri Cafaro, and Leslie Marshall. They are not hostile and are articulate as they present thier side.
I could never understand how this wise Guy from New Jersey got a job on Fox to begin. His Creds are nothing to brag about. He doesn't qualify to be called a Judge in my book.

Guess 'the little judge' is not getting enough attention and adoration. A surefire way is to trash Trump. That's all he needs to become 'the Left's' darling. They can have him!

In the end if the anti Trump Judge Napolitano is shown to have given FNC viewers a bogus legal and impeachment analysis, Fox should boot him!

I think the Deep State is blackmailing Nappy. We haven't watched Fox since they fired Beck for exposing Soros' Open Society network, but I remember some months back that the Judge supported Trump or made a comment that triggered the commies. He was suspended from being on-air for about two weeks. He returned as a rabid anti-Trumper. Sad. We really liked Judge Andy back in the day when he was supportive of the Tea Party movement. Sorry to see he folded under pressure. (I wonder if he knew Jeffrey Epstein, who by-the-way didn't kill himself.)

There are so many more learned judges and constitutional experts than Napolitano who give far more clear evidence that this Democrat-induced "impeachment" is wrong-headed that I can't help but wonder if direction is coming from up high at Fox for him to come forth with this viewpoint. If not, if this is him -- what's the point of having such a doofus on the channel?

What a petty, odious little man. Didn't get the SC appointment he so desperately wanted so goes full #NeverTrump. No better than his sister, nothing but a panderer to advance his prominence.

Cannot prove it, but subscribe totally to the rumor that Napolitano wanted to be on the Supreme Court and Trump nixed it. Only way to explain his totally idiotic behavior of late. (Or else he is hanging out with Peggy Noonan.)

Amazing what happens when thin skinned egos are not given what they think they are entitled to. Judge Napster and George Conway come to mind. There are a whole raft of formerly decent people on our side who are not happy that they are being ignored by we the people. Trump is right. This is all aimed at the voters for electing him, buthe stands in the way. Glad he does.

Fox News is the pro wrestling of politics now. So-called larger-than-life characters chewing scenery and making doom-and-gloom pronouncements every hour of every day.

Once NewsMax gets the backing of larger advertisers and financial investors to upgrade its graphics and reduce its excessively long commercial breaks, it will win a big chunk of Fox viewers who are fed up with their deliberate move to the political left. The Murdoch brothers are doing to Fox News what Jeff Zucker has done to CNN.
