In an interview with Reason’s Nick Gillespie on Friday, Fox News analyst Andrew Napolitano said there was “overwhelming” evidence of impeachable actions by President Donald Trump.
Napolitano said, “The Democrats on the House Intelligence Committee have unearthed enough evidence, in my opinion, to justify about three or four articles of impeachment against the president. We have to start this conversation by underscoring the fact that impeachment is not legal, it is political. Its only Constitutional base is treason, bribery, or other hard crimes and misdemeanors.”

What is the overwhelming evidence? So far, the only thing that is certain is that Zelinsky didn't have a private meeting with Trump in the WH. Yesterday morning, while getting my AM cup of coffee at the local convenience store, I glanced at the headline of U.S.A. Today as I was leaving. It said... "White House meeting was extremely important to Ukraine".... What? Is that important to anyone in the U.S.? For real? Who cares?

What a transparent snake. He lovesTrump as long as he thinks he has a shot for Supreme Count justice, but the minute he finds he is not on the short list, Orange Man bad. Thank goodness we get to enjoy him show what a small intellect he is.

There is overwhelming evidence that the Judge is completely biased against Pres. Trump. Whenever Napoltano appears on FOX, I change the station. I don't trust him.

Fox needs to get with the program and replace this boorish blatherer. I wish the morning crew wouldn’t drool over his every utterance, it ruins my carpet.

If I want a meeting in the white house with a president..there will be preconditions set. That’s a bribe? Congress sets a corruption investigation limit on funds for Ukraine? That is a bribe per Nap.

I do the same thing when Napolitano comes on as I do when Juan Williams comes on. I mute the sound or change the channel.

Boy! Shorty holds a grudge, no? He asked Trump for Supreme Court and Trump wisely knew he was a phony Conservative and threw him out of his office...well...maybe he just said no. I like the picture of two 6'4" Secret Service guys with hands under his arms as his teeny tiny little feet don't touch the floor! All the while he is screaming with his teeny tiny little fists balled up in a rage. Then he is "launched" out the front door and the doors are locked! Ha! Someone should invent a NeverTrumperCannon. Trump could fire people out the second story of the White House all day. He could setup a net across the street in the park and give some traitors a thrill up their legs!

The problem with FOX is, it's wearing out my Mute button. Not only Judge Nappy, but Juan (who seems to work from 6 Am to 12 Am on every show Fox produces), Chris Wallace and the One Lib they must have on every Panel cause me to hit that handy dandy button. More and More Libs are showing up on FOX. PULEEEZZZEE someone, give us an alternative station to watch (one that Comcast will offer)! It's time for FOX to figure it's losing viewers thanks to their Left Leanings!

Thankfully he is no longer a judge. What reputable law school gave this person a law degree. He would make a great judge fo the show trials that occur in most dictatorships. Someone needs to go back and question every decision he has even adjudicated. The very definition of the "Law is an ass."

In the interest of fairness, the guy who combs his eyebrows back into his hair has an impressive CV. He's a Princeton and Notre Dame Law School graduate and the youngest life-tenured Superior Court judge (1987-1995) in New Jersey history.
None of that precludes him from being an idiot, though.

Only evidence we see in fly over country Judge is that the windmills of your mind have gone off the gear track. Hearsay would be allowed in what court in our country?? Sure would love to see democrats like the Judge explain htat one. And yes, I consider the Judge a democrat now.

What would we do without Lucianne to confirm or reaffirm our suspicions and convictions? FoxNews tries to be “balanced” by presenting some easily recognized unbalanced individuals. This can be quite distressing, but easily disregarded.

Like #12, I too am getting carpal tunnel hitting the mute button on certain Fox News figures.
In the article, though, Napolitano lays down significant caveats that explain how the Democrats can slog ahead heedless of the quality of their charges:
"We have to start this conversation by underscoring the fact that impeachment is not legal, it is political."
And speaking of the primary charge in particular:
"I don’t think it’s enough to convict of bribery, but it’s enough to allege it for the purpose of impeachment."
Napolitano's enthusiasm for playing the contrarian on Fox is tiresome, but for someone to explain the rationality of the perfervid Democrats is useful.

Here is my take. Judge Nap has provided us with what will happen next. Will NAFTA Nancy see that the televised debacle has reduced rather than increased independents support for impeachment and call it off, or will the Dems double down and go big with 5 articles of impeachment? Nap says the latter. I agree with him on what happens next. The Dems need to make it as broad as possible in hopes that some 11th hour piece of evidence is created to take out PDJT.

No leftists on a TV station would be fair and balanced. Fox seems to think having a lefty on every show is fair and balanced. We know the lefty talking points. We can't get away from the lefty talking points. It's why we tune into Fox to escape the lefty talking points. As far as Juan Williams is concerned, I still think he's not as goofy a leftist as he acts. It's just a role he plays on Fox shows.

I used to so look forward to his analyses. It was a treat to hear them. That was before he got this grudge against Trump. Now he's a one trick pony and that trick isn't even very impressive. I turn him off and look for an old Bugs Bunny cartoon.

If FOX wants another liberal on their team, why not replace Napolitano with an avowed liberal--Alan Dershowitz. That would be a great addition--and great subtraction to their lineup.

Ever since he was allegedly denied a spot on the supreme court Napolitano has been acting like a woman scorned. This proves to me that Trump was correct and the "Judge" doesn't have the temperament to be on the high court.

#4 said it all. Napolitano is just another critic out to destroy Trump, is biased, and cannot be trusted. I want news, not opinion. I can make my own opinions without the help of Fox News. Because of this, I haven't watched any of the talking heads on Fox in quite some time.

Is the corrupt state of NJ proud of his legal insights? LOL, a stunning example of the pettiness, stupidity, arrogance and flat out corruption of much of our legal system. Such an egotist that he thinks whatever he says is a fact and a new law. BTW shouldn't EVERY state supreme court justice have a yearly audit of all their assets? Has this big mouth every had an audit? A shining example of bias.
