Lawmakers may face ethics violations if they talk about the “whistleblower” whose complaint spurred the impeachment inquiry during the upcoming public hearings, Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA), the head inquisitor seeking to impeach and remove President Donald Trump, warned in a memo Tuesday.
the Washington Examiner’s Byron York noted in a tweet highlighting the November 12 memo authored by Schiff: Whistleblower started Trump-Ukraine matter, framed issue in way House Dems have adopted for impeachment. Now Chairman Schiff orders GOP: Do not talk about whistleblower in impeachment hearings. If you do, you’ll hear from Ethics Committee.

A recent survey conducted by the Victims of Communism and polled by YouGov, a research and data firm, found that 70% of millennials are likely to vote socialist and that one in three millennials saw communism as "favorable." Let examine this tragic vision in light of the Fraser Institute's recently released annual study "Economic Freedom of the World," prepared by Professors James Gwartney, Florida State University; Robert A. Lawson and Ryan Murphy of Southern Methodist University; and Joshua Hall, West Virginia University, in cooperation with the Economic Freedom Network.

PolitiFact awarded a “mostly false” rating this week to Republican Party of Florida Chairman Joe Gruters after he said the 2020 Democratic primary candidates want to “give free health care to illegals.” This comes after the Pulitzer Award-winning fact-checker gave President Trump the exact same rating for making the exact same claim.The group's "mostly false" designation hinges entirely on Trump and Gruters's use of the word "free." Just ignore that part where the 2020 Democratic candidate did indeed endorse extending healthcare coverage to people in the United States illegally, at little or no charge to themselves.Look, I understand that these fact-check ratings are judgment calls, but come on.

A homeless man dumped a bucket of “hot” diarrhea on a Los Angeles woman near the Hollywood Walk of Fame — an unprovoked attack that’s left her with PTSD, she said this week. Heidi Van Tassel said she about to drive home from a Thai restaurant near the famed tourist trip in April when the alleged assailant, Jere Blessings, dragged her out of her vehicle, news station NBC4 reported. He then pulled her into the middle of the street, where he dumped a bucket of feces over her head, she said. “It was diarrhea. Hot liquid,” Heidi Van Tassel told NBC4. “I was soaked,

Joe Biden, sometimes cast as the "moderate" in the crowded field of Democrat presidential candidates, says it isn't so. "My proposals on education, climate change, health care are as radical and change-driven enough as anybody else's plan -- anybody else's plan," Biden told a CNN-hosted town hall in Iowa on Monday night. (Video) The difference is, I believe -- and I don't criticize the other people who don't agree with me. But the idea, we're talking about fundamental change in education; fundamental change in the way we deal with health care; fundamental change in the way we deal with the environment;

President Trump railed against the Federal Reserve on Tuesday, reigniting his criticism that policymakers at the U.S. central bank raised interest rates too high, too quickly. "We are competing against these other countries, nonetheless, and the Federal Reserve doesn't let us play the game," Trump said during a speech at the Economic Club of New York. "It puts us at an economic disadvantage." He continued that since he became president, the S&P 500 is up more than 45 percent, the Dow Jones Industrial Average is up more than 50 percent and the Nasdaq Composite is up 60 percent.

With the Democratic Party about to come out from behind closed doors in the basement of the U.S. Capitol and take their impeachment inquisition before cameras this week, MSNBC’s Joy Reid beat the rush in assisting the party with their objective — shaping public opinion.And doing so while attacking Thanksgiving.“We’re just over two weeks away from one of the most beloved American food holidays,” the AM Joy host said Saturday in her opening remarks. “Thanksgiving, where problematic actual history meets delicious cuisine and many of you will be heading home to spend time are family and friends,

A closely divided Supreme Court seemed inclined to uphold President Donald Trump’s bid to terminate the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program during arguments Tuesday morning.The high court’s conservative majority appeared to think the administration has provided an adequate basis for ending the policy, and in spaces even wondered if the courts have power to review the dispute.Chief Justice John Roberts noted that the high court in 2016 affirmed a decision of the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals that blocked an Obama-era amnesty program called Deferred Action for Parents of Americans (DAPA).

The clown show known as an "impeachment inquiry" is getting more comical and hapless by the day.Consider the latest remark from the circus master himself, California Rep. Adam Schiff, (think Bozo, not Pennywise). The Democratic chairman of the House Intelligence Committee says he doesn’t want Republicans turning the impeachment proceedings into a “sham.” The hilarious irony is lost on no one. Schiff has already managed to accomplish it all on his own.At first, Schiff wanted the faux “whistleblower” who triggered the impeachment farce to testify. Then, suddenly, he didn’t. What changed? In the interim, evidence emerged that Schiff and/or his staff colluded with

During a town hall on CNN on Monday, 2020 Democratic presidential candidate former Vice President Joe Biden blasted Republican calls for his son, Hunter Biden, to testify as a witness in the impeachment probe by saying there is no reason for Hunter to testify and “This is all a diversion.”
Biden stated, “There is zero rationale for that to happen. Nobody has suggested anything was done that was inappropriate. This is all a diversion.
