Appearing on Fox News with Gregg Jarrett, conservative podcaster and journalist Sara A. Carter took aim at the "deep state" targeting President Donald Trump. According to Carter, the attacks against Trump are nothing more or less than a "Witch Hunt 2.0" "The anger and the backlash," Carter said about liberals' reaction to Trump making sure that his ambassadors do what he wants, "is unbelievable. And this is something, it's really quite extraordinary. I call it Witch Hunt 2.0. This is now Witch Hunt 2.0, with Ukraine."

Every single demonrat facing election or reelection should be shunned at election time. If they can do that to a duly elected president, think about what they could do to you and probably already have to some.

The entire charade of Impeachment hearings is designed to distract American voters from the ongoing investigations of the FISA court abuses and govt spying on Trump by the Obama Admin and the Deep State.

It matters not what the infraction is as long it is a thread that Schiff and slobbering hyenas like him can grasp and continue to annoy the President, slow his agenda and hurt his reelection campaign. Coming up will be something found in Trump's tax returns that the NYT and the WaPo will call a "blockbuster" and here we go again. Maybe the President realized ten bucks profit by renting one of thousands of hotel rooms that he owns to a foreign dignitary. People are complicit when they take these clown shows seriously. Imagine all of the times that Obama, Jarrett, Holder, Biden or Clinton made demanding phone calls to world leaders and solicted some sort of pay to play or "donation" to the Clinton Crime Foundation. Where are those whistleblowers? Silly question, they are either dead or publicly excoriated if they dared say anything. They still have not admitted to the murders at Benghazi, Fast&Furious and numerous other crimes that would have had any Republican president facing real impeachment proceedings. We know it's all a charade and it will make election night, 2020 that much sweeter for us.

Ernest Dodson won more than $275,000 in the North Carolina Education Lottery on Monday. Dodson paid just one dollar for the Cash 5 ticket he purchased at Sons of Nie, an Asian market in Greensboro. “I about fell over,” he said in a statement released by the lottery, the proceeds of which benefit North Carolina education. Cash 5 pulls a winner every night, with jackpots starting at $100,000. He already seems to know exactly where it is going: The $195,757 Dodson will bring home after taxes will pay off his house and car, with some left over. “I’m tickled to death that I can be debt free,” he said.

Following Meet the Press moderator Chuck Todd grilling Republican Senator Rand Paul and tossing softballs to Democratic Congressman Jim Himes on Sunday, regarding impeachment, the political panel admitted that House Democrats had an uphill battle in upcoming public hearings. The worried journalists urged liberal lawmakers to “dramatize” those hearings as much as possible and hoped some of the witnesses would cry or become “emotional.”“I think in those two segments, with Rand Paul and Jim Himes, we had a good snapshot of how difficult this is going to be for the – for the Democrats to convince the country that this is extraordinary behavior that disqualifies the President from office,” T

SAN FRANCISCO – Fix global warming or cook dinner on a gas stove? That’s the choice for people in 13 cities and one county in California that have enacted new zoning codes encouraging or requiring all-electric new construction. The codes, most of them passed since June, are meant to keep builders from running natural gas lines to new homes and apartments, with an eye toward creating fewer legacy gas hookups as the nation shifts to carbon-neutral energy sources. For proponents, it's a change that must be made to fight climate change. For natural gas companies, it's a threat to their

Oxford professor Nicola Gardini urges people to read and study Latin. He believes that Latin is the antidote for the modern age, which seems transfixed by the spontaneous, the easy, and the ephemeral. His new book, Long Live Latin: The Pleasures of a Useless Language, argues that Latin combines truth and beauty with the timelessness of art. People should study Latin for all the reasons people should read literature. In his Confessions, St. Augustine (354–430 C.E.) “placed the learning of Latin under God’s purview,” Gardini writes. Augustine believed Latin drew a child closer to God, “the truest truth.” Gardini argues that Latin contains the logic and precision of math

Seattle Times columnist Danny Westneat recently wrote: “In terms of carbon emissions that lead to global warming, there’s probably nothing worse we can do on an individual basis than take an intercontinental flight.” Apparently, he was mistaken. Shortly thereafter, The Times published University of Washington Professor Emeritus Stephen Warren’s reply to Mr. Westneat: “Actually, there is something worse. Having a child.” According to an article on the website Campus Reform, Professor Warren suggested that average children add the carbon equivalent of 2,700 round-trip flights from Seattle to Europe to their parents’ carbon legacy. He continued: “By choosing to reproduce, you’re responsible for some fraction of the carbon-dioxide emissions of your

Though The View has been on television since 1997 and its numerous hosts have come and gone, it is a mystery as to who watches it. In its formative years, it may have been watchable, even occasionally newsworthy; Barbra Walters was an actual journalist. Now, from the clips that are picked up and aired by other news outlets, it has clearly devolved into a slugfest -- vicious, leftist women attack their guests if remotely conservative. There is zero respect for any guest with a politically incorrect opinion. They slobbered over Chelsea Clinton as if she were the Queen of England and attacked Donald Trump Jr.
