In a closely watched Dallas, Texas, child custody case, Judge Kim Cooks put aside the disappointing jury’s verdict of Monday against the father and ruled Thursday that Jeffrey Younger now has equal joint conservatorship with the mother, Dr. Anne Georgulas, of their twin boys.
The mother no longer has unfettered authority to manipulate her 7-year old boy into gender transition. Instead both mother and father will share equally in medical, psychological, and other decision-making for the boys. Additionally, the judge changed the custody terms to give Younger an equal amount of visitation time with his sons, something that had been severely limited.

These treatments should not even be legal. The medical profession should have refused to be part of child mutilation but since they won’t, it should be illegal. That any adults would administer permanent mind- and body-changing drugs to a child is mind-boggling. Does anyone even know the long term effects of such treatment healthwise? Insane.

FTA: ''The public outcry and nationwide media attention were significant.'' You BET it was! Walt Heyer has done a magnificent job of keeping the public aware, Since the laws of my state are the ones that most affect me. I do not usually read other states' new legislation.
Heyer's message should reach every one of those over indulgent parents who think it's cute for little boys to dress up in mom's clothes. Mr. Younger's children will remember this when they are in their seventies. Governor Abbott and Ted Cruz are to be applauded. Divorced parents sharing custody MUST have a parenting plan. I would like to read the one from this divorce. It sounds like a LULU. Don't think for a moment that little James wants to be called Luna because some day somebody will broaden it into ''Luna-tic!''

This is going to be one messed up kid, with a mother who want him castrated and a father who doesn't hitting him on both sides .
What of the other twin?
It is strange for a judge to go against a jury decision,I bet that doesn't happen often, and I wonder how the angst shown by the American people who raised a hue and cry over this had to do with her decision.

Please pray for the 11 jury members who denied the father his bid for full custody. They should be ashamed of themselves. The judges decision still permits the mother - a pediatrician - the ability to treat this child as a girl when he is with her. The mother should not only lose all parental rights but she should have her license to practice medicine yanked along with the 'counselor' who agreed with her.

I know a woman who is like the mother in this case. My acquaintance, instead of viewing the very natural phases through which adolescent children pass, as temporary, would swoop in, decide her son was gay or transgender, (being proud of her own "wokeness" which such acceptance demonstrates) and oversee what amounts to the fixing of the child in the stage, and preventing him from passing through it. That the mother in this case is a pediatrician, is not as shocking as it may seem. Social justice has infected STEM courses and medical schools. Filling students' heads with Leftwing ideology not only cripples critical thinking ability but the ideology becomes more important than actuality, the ideology prevails.

So now we count it a great victory when the leftists encounter a delay in their efforts to castrate a 7 year old boy.

How the heck did this even get to court? What the heck were the jurors thinking? The precedent has now been established. Sometime in the near future a case like this will come up again in a liberal city (without a conservative governor to worry about) and the judge will not only allow the parent to castrate their boy to make him a girl, it'll be championed as a great move forward for parental and child rights.

Wow, that was a quick reversal of a previous court decision. Now that previous Judge should be removed from the Bench, and parents who take their children to the boy's mother (a Pediatrician) should change Doctors immediately.

To claim that a 7 year old child wants to be the opposite sex is a despicable lie. That young, they have only the vaguest idea of what being male ore female is all about. A 7 year old will usually believe whatever they are told, especially if told by an authority figure, such as a mother. Dressing the child as the opposite sex will only reinforce the belief.

This is such a relief
BUT think ... if the Dad didn’t fight hard or if he went along with it - this child would be mutilated and psychologically destroyed.
The laws MUST change to protect the children from this insanity.

I am beyond sickened by this disgusting debacle. How can you destroy a child's life? We were all children once upon a time, I'm 75, and never heard of this kind of child destruction. Abortion is bad enough. Gender change is unfathomable.

Pray and don't stop. This judge is from Colorado and an Obamination appointment. This judge apparently does not want to see child abuse when it is in front of her eyes. The so called 'mother' belongs in prison and should not ever see day light again. Furthermore her 'medical' license should be withdrawn. Her so called Associate Professor title??!?!?! Please!! How dare any institution allow this trashy child abuser even enter their buildings. Put this sick @itch away for life!

No real oversight in chemically castrating small children but no one in pain can have a pain pill because a bunch of idiots in Georgia (I do love Georgia, tho) OD'd on them. The weak link in all these cases are the drs who actually go along with this. We need serious over sight on this stuff and we need it now!

It is far beyond me to have any parent want to change their child's gender. When you are born, you are either a boy or a girl. This goes beyond evil and disgusting. I hope God judges parents who support "gender" change, which is impossible a lifetime in hell.
