President Trump took broad aim at "Never Trumper" Republicans in a Wednesday afternoon tweet, calling the dissenting members of the GOP "human scum."
The president condemned the Never Trump movement as he was headed to a conference in Pittsburgh on Wednesday. "The Never Trumper Republicans, though on respirators with not many left, are in certain ways worse and more dangerous for our Country than the Do Nothing Democrats," he tweeted. "Watch out for them, they are human scum!"

It may be true, but it's stuff like this that is extremely unpresidential and hard for his supporters to defend.
I don't care how angry he is or who started what... surely he can see that resorting to this kind of childish, offensive rhetoric is ineffective and could actually be harmful to him in the reelection process.
There are thousands of other words he could use instead to get the same point across.

I defend this kind of talk 100% and will vote for Trump BECAUSE he uses this language... All others get to your fainting couches and continue to clutch your pearls... There is a whole new dynamic in play... WAKE UP!

Behavior like standing up in a meeting with President Trump and shaking your bony finger at him as if he was a child, I call that behavior childish and unbecoming of the office of Speaker. And Republicans who won't help him fight back are just that...scum. If the President can be dragged through a star chamber, then what about us little people?

Dittos, #5. When facing treasonous, anti-American, anti-Constitution, anti-Law enforcement, anti-Sovereignty, forces against him, he cannot be a milk-toast gentleman like Mitt Romney pretends to be!

FTA: ''Some top people associated with the Never Trump movement in the GOP include Utah Sen. Mitt Romney, Michigan Rep. Justin Amash, journalist Bill Kristol, and host of The View Ana Navarro. Some lawmakers, like Sens. Lindsey Graham and Marco Rubio, initially opposed Trump as a presidential candidate but have since given him support.''
OK, it's start but where are the rest of the slobs? Name names you reporters....name names!!!! We want a list right down the line, not hidden here and there in an article.

Words matter. Undisciplined speech matters. Unfortunately, people who lack a social IQ cannot understand the value of one.

I can think of several pundits who are clutching their pearls and running for the fainting couches right now. LOL
The RINO wing of the party has always been our most dangerous enemy. For they spend their time snipering their own side in an effort to appease their masters, rather than do the right thing in terms of the jobs they were elected to do. I would rather hang out with a democrat than these scurrilous, sleazy and corrupted NeverTrumpers. I despise people who betray their own party. Malkin is right, they are Cweasels.

Yesterday I followed a link on one anti Trump article to a site I had forgotten was just recently started, The Bulwark. Egads. These are the people he is talking about. Charlie Sykes and Bill Kristol and a whole lot of people who most of us no longer post on this site anymore. I was wondering who on earth was supporting Mittens and this is the place.

Looks like we have some pearl clutchers right here. I too agree with #5. The President knows what he is doing. By tweeting things in outrageous terms, he focuses a spotlight on a subject that would be ignored if he simply used "civil" terms. It's an anti-media strategy that allows him to direct the narrative where he wants it to go. Very smart, IMO.

"Human scum" is an unfortunate choice of words. Just a bit extreme. I would have preferred the same sentiment expressed in less inflammatory words. YMMV, as always, and I respect that.

Most posters seem to admire these words spoken by Trump. How will you feel if he loses the election because of comments like this. This is more middle school behavior than people clutching pearls.
