I think I know what the deal is with all the gushing adoration Tulsi Gabbard has somehow managed to wrangle from ordinarily sensible conservatives. Think of a regular guy walking down the hall in high school, and the head cheerleader passes by and says, “Hi.” The dude’s going to think she’s awesome. Of course, just because she is polite doesn’t mean Regular Joe is ever going to take her to the prom.
Tulsi gets Strange New Conservative Respect for several reasons, but the primary one is that she doesn’t seem to hate our guts. She is what an opponent should be – an opponent, not an enemy.

She is attractive and she is civil, but yes, she is too far to the left to ever get my vote.

She stands up to Shillary, which makes her way better than any other dem candidate. She has guts, which makes her different than the rest. But I still won't vote for her.

She's very pretty. Too many of us don't look beyond that. Think the ex-governor of Alaska.

I will cheer her on every time she calls Hillary a leach. But she is as nuts as the rest of them. Would never vote for her.

She's also a veteran and sees through PIAPS, which scores big among L.Dotters. But no, that's as far as it goes. KAG

Tulsi is pointing out the Hypocrisy of her Fellow Democrats. I appreciate anyone who does that.
It doesn't mean I want her to be President.

I think Tulsi is tricky, and will fool a lot of people.

She wishes to replace the old hag, Hitlery as the Party fixture. Tulsi (= Holy Basil) is as wrong as she is weird and never to be trusted.
The best thing you can do when two cats (or dogs) you don't care about are fighting is to keep your hands out of the fracas.

She's like Barbara Bach in a 1970s James Bond film. A worthy opponent. Feminine without being harpy. She's definitely on the other side, but things may still work out...

The enemy of our enemy is not necessarily our friend. Gabbard is a prime example.

Not this kid. She’s a Democrat. There are several varieties of Democrat, but she is still a Democrat… And why she or anyone else would believe that out of all America she is presidential material is beyond me...

And ditto to #14.
I expect Hillary v. Tulsi and vice versa is just the beginning. There are still a great number of Dem midgets who will be going at each other tooth and nail in their respective battles to get to the top...

Don't be fooled. Hillary may even have a point. Not that she is a Russian asset but where did she come from and who is supporting her?

It looks like Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard and President Trump are politically aligned on just one major issue. They both want to disentangle the US military out of the endless Islamist inspired Middle East Wars that have been ongoing for at least hundreds of years. While most Americans with a thinking head on their shoulders outside the DC beltway are fine with that position, it is very clear that the special interest US military industrial complex is not in support of Gabbard’s and Trump’s positions on that issue. On all other political issues Gabbard and Trump are as far apart as possible.
What is ironic is that Trump by his recent executive decision to remove small numbers of US troops from Northern Syria has obviously turned a lot of the leftist and liberal Congressional Democrats away from their anti-war “dove” like position into a phony and temporary warmongering “Chickenhawk” position as according to the Democrat mantra that they must always oppose everything that President Trump tries to accomplish regarding foreign policy and national security among all other issues that may pop up. Remember President Obama put those US troops in that untenable position in Syria without any vote by the now complaining Democrats.

Thumbs up, #6. The Politics of Personal Destruction is not the exclusive domain of the Dems. Gov. Palin was a victim of it from both sides. And many of us experienced it first hand right here in 2011.

She hasn't fooled me. She probably is owned by hillary since she said hills hates her because she can't control her. Normal projecting for dems.

The silky white pant suit and the silver streaks in her hair took my breath away!!! She disagrees with me on EVERYTHING but I still look at every picture of her I can find! I heart her! If I was younger and she were single...I'd be after that! But she is married...and I celebrated 43 years this year and am retiring this year... Sigh! She is a human who doesn't despise her political adversaries. She has stated she sees no Deplorables in America! Wow! From a democRAT? Plus, she has served our nation in uniform. Another BIG plus and a sincere Thank You Congresswoman! (Can I still say woman...I'm confused but can use my age to pretend to be addled...unless I really am and then it doesn't matter, right?) Tulsi against Hillary is the battle I want to see! I will send Tulsi money to assist with that fight! I despise Hillary but I like Tulsi! Hillary is evil and scum...Gabbert is not from what I can tell. Trump should make her the head of the VA!
