It’s now against the law in New York City to threaten someone with a call to immigration authorities or refer to them as an “illegal alien” when motivated by hate. The restrictions — violations of which are punishable by fines of up to $250,000 per offense — are outlined in a 29-page directive released by City Hall’s Commission on Human Rights.“‘Alien’ — used in many laws to refer to a ‘noncitizen’ person — is a term that may carry negative connotations and dehumanize immigrants, marking them as ‘other,'” reads one passage of the memo. “The use of certain language,

Sorry, but my 1st Amendment Rights override your feel good, bull crap directives every day of the week and twice on Sunday!! And ILLEGAL ALIENS are already driven by hatred when they come here - hatred for our sovereignty, for our borders, for our immigration laws and when they wave their own country's flag, hatred for this country that they have broken their way into!! They show hate for the English language by refusing to learn and speak it. Many others hate our drug laws, as well as our laws against rape, murder, stealing and drunk driving. They show hatred and contempt for LEGAL immigrants by cutting the line and then demanding they be treated like royalty instead of the criminal Invaders that they are. They show hatred for our education system by overwhelming our schools with their children who are ignorant and illiterate in TWO languages, English and their native tongue, and then decry any efforts to assimilate them into normal classrooms as "racist." And pointing out ANY of these things is also called racist, exposing their hatred for the 1st Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America.
Their hatred and disdain for the American way of life, her laws and her people are FAR more evident than any hate speech aimed toward them. How about fighting for AMERICANS next time, morons!!

Can't make this stuff up. This could only happen in California, New York and Oregon.

What if it's out of disgust, concern for safety, respect for the rule of law...? Which begs the question, who gets to decide what the motivation is? Oh that's right, it will be the Left who can read minds, read between the lines, discern nefarious motives without any evidence of same. Got it, NYC.

How will this be enforced? Does the NYPD now have a Thought Police Division?

What if you call someone an illegal alien out of love? Love of country, love of the rule of law, law and order? Does the 911 operator stop you and ask for your motivation when you report a robbery or rape in progress? (that's coming) There should be a crimestoppers reward for calling and reporting illegal aliens.

So how will this be enforced? Will everyone in NYC be required to wear body-cameras recording their words and actions 24/7?

Dear NYC, those who are here without any right to be here are illegal aliens. Since you don't like that term, I will just call them criminal aliens. Is that all right, you spineless loons?

Obviously "Progressives" have never bothered to read the Bill of Rights. Not only do they oppose the SECOND amendment, but the FIRST amendment also? Are there any items in the Bill of Rights they DO support?
