The DoJ’s rejection of a last-ditch appeal by the legal team representing fired FBI Director Andrew McCabe and the recommendation by federal prosecutors that charges actually be filed against the documented liar, leaker, and co-conspirator in the attempted coup against duly elected President Donald Trump puts the deep state in a face-to-face confrontation with a potential legal Armageddon. An indictment will leave McCabe with no excuse for not carrying out his threat to bring them all down with him.

As soon as there actually IS an indictment, I'll be ready to pay attention to all this. McCabe should enjoy now his remaining days of freedom on the chance that an indictment really is coming his way. Comey, Brennan. Clapper, Strzok, Panetta, Lynch, valjar, Holdie, and others should have their passports revoked now to make sure they don't stray far. Have a nice day, Billary and Obie.

He has taken down the FBI"s credibility already. To start singing will likely lead to some mysterious demise. He should fall on his sword, unless he already fears a pending AR-cide if indicted. Now that he has played the I know where the bodies are and I will tell on everyone else card. Good luck Andy.

The loyal Democrat holdovers from the Obama and Clinton regimes who still appear to run the DoJ, FBI and most of the federal bureaucracy will place McCabe in the Manhattan Correctional Center if he is ever indicted. This is the same federal detention center with its sleeping guards and broken security cameras that was made infamous by Jeffrey Epstein’s recent assisted suicide. McCabe would never be able to reveal the names of his fellow conspirators after just several nights there.
As we all know, dead men tell no tales about the Clintons and other Democrat elites.

If McCabe has a brain at all, he is hoarding documents and making recordings about what he knows to be released in the event of an unlikely “suicide”.
Andy, do me a favor and bring down Illary first, followed closely by Comey. Then the dominoes will fall on their own.

The FBI has been corrupt from Day One. The entire Obama Secret Police apparatus needs to go -
NSA, CIA, DOJ, FBI, ATF, IRS, State Department. Get rid of them. They are a danger to our Freedoms.

First, there needs to be a Washington DC federal grand jury that indicts McCabe. WSJ article this morning says that probably ain't gonna happen. THEN, a DC jury will have to find him guilty IF he is indicted. I'll win Powerball five times in a row sans ticket and Martians will land in my backyard when that happens, so I'd hold off on making the Jiffy Pop. For Rio Lindans, that means McCabe will walk and McCabe knows it. You see, when you create a swamp, you also a system that makes sure it only indicts the innocent needed to allow said swamp to commit crimes in broad daylight and makes it impossible to indict one of its own even when they are ridiculously, obviously guilty. Are you getting it yet or are the Skittles your purple unicorn keeps pooping too tasty?

McCabe is in quite the quandary. Of course he wants to save himself but he knows that to do so he must tell what he knows. Worst yet, he has to trust the very people he knows are dirty to keep him safe to testify. He does not want to fall prey to the Epstein school of correctional competency. He willingly chose to play for the team that decided they make the rules and could destroy a Presidential nominee and then unseat a duly elected President, a feat not yet attempted in this country that we know of. What we do know is that the FBI is corrupt. They allowed the atmosphere to exist wherein individuals actually believed they had the power to thwart the will of the people who paid their salaries, provided their health insurance and insured their cushy retirements. Their sheer hubris is breathtaking and their criminality is unprecedented in our history.
My fear is that the depth and scope of the unraveling of the players in this failed coup will effect how the wheels of justice grind. Faced with the possibility that the evidence could lead to the very top echelon who could be held legally responsible for a charge so serious that it brings with it the death penalty may derail any meaningful prosecutions “for the good of the country.”
McCabe has a lot to ponder and I doubt he believes that there is the resolve and courage in the DOJ to follow this up the chain. He can’t make a deal without offering up very important and dangerous people. He knows his fate and the odds that the government could even keep him alive to testify are not in his favor. He very well may decide that living is more important than turning. He made the decision to betray his oath of office and in doing so the Republic. The guy has no good options and rightly so. His life is over either way.

Mark Felt, J. Edgar Hoover, Comey, Mueller, McCabe, and Christopher Wray---all have destroyed the FBI. Leaderships hire and train people to be like them, so don't give the rank and file garbage. Waco, Ruby Ridge, every shooter and terrorist reported to be FBI--but the FBI was busy on politics, talking to the WaPo and NYTs, CNN, re-writing their manuals to placate Islam, everything but their job, which is law enforcement. We have gotten to know the leadership of the FBI very well. The leadership is so incompetent that they have to trap their targets in process crimes, like lying to the FBI, so the leadership can be home for dinner, and won't have to leave the office during work.

Andrew Arkancide McCabe - I have watched so many dirty higher ups skate, that I will not expect much from an indictment.
Whether Andrew sings or swings in his jail cell is a matter of time. I suspect, he will have the Epstein suicide watch party visit him.

Street level drug dealers often carry several 'burner' (disposable) cell phones.
I have to wonder if the officials at FBI/DOJ did the same.
It boggles the mind that their government issued cell phones had the dirty dealing texts - how much more, and how many illegal acts, would have been hidden on those burner phones??? Would the NSA have captured burner texts and conversations?

McCabe is one of the more arrogant of those 'so-much-more-important-than-us' partners-in-crime. It will be a travesty if they escape justice for their high-level, sinister, conspiratorial crimes against Trump - and America.

I will believe it when I see it. So far there has been a lot of speculation about indictments, but I have yet to see them materialize. And, that has to happen before anybody is tried, found guilt, and sent to prison. We have a very long way to go. Meanwhile, the people involved in this coup d'état are writing books bragging about how what they did was for the good of the country.

First of all does anyone else have that annoying advertisement blinking in the bottom right corner of their screen that is impossible to get rid of?
But, how much fun would it be if McCabe were to be perp walked on the set of CNN as he sat pontificating about Trump's impeachment? Ya know DJT knows how to do TV. We can dream, can't we?

He won't sing. The narrative pushers in politics and MSM are already trying to push the lie that this situation is too complex to be easily understood. Plus the trial, if there is one will take place in DC. Unless there are a few people of color on the jury McCabe will walk. Guess what his lawyers will push for? All white jury of democrat stalwarts. If there are people of color, those that don't trust dirty cops, the McCabe will have a tougher time, but he will still walk. He won't sing. In a single tier justice system he would sing, but our justice system protects its own. There are laws for you and me, and then their are laws for Cankles and her tribe of criminals.

If the FBI broke laws and regulations, they DESERVE to be brought down. Then we can rebuild a respectable and legal organization. Yes, it will be painful but it already has been and NO government organization should be interfering in US elections. It is clear that the bureaucracy thinks it is immune to responsibility. It must NOT be.

Unlikely for him to be indicted.
And even if he was it is unthinkable that a DC jury would convict him.

#13 understands the power of naming names. To repeat: ”Mark Felt, J. Edgar Hoover, Comey, Mueller, McCabe, and Christopher Wray---all have destroyed the FBI.” The FBI is corrupt from top to bottom. They cannot be fired but the Federal Bureau of Leaks can be dispersed through the government, for example into the Marshal´s Service or as toilet cleaners in the Midwest. I agree that we cannot even indict a Marxist ham sandwich in Washington DC.
