FBI and IRS agents RAID Detroit
home of UAW president as federal

FBI and IRS agents, in a growing investigation of the US auto industry, carried out raids across 'multiple' states, including at the homes of United Auto Workers President Gary Jones in Michigan and of California home of former President Dennis Williams in California. Investigators are probing into bribes, kickbacks and attempts by auto executives to influence labor negotiations with the UAW, a person with knowledge about the raids told DailyMail[dot]com. In the raids staged on Wednesday, federal agents armed with search warrants showed up at Jones' home in Canton, a suburb of Detroit, and Williams' home in Corona, California, the person said.

Comments:

Investigation also is looking into the extent to which the UAW brass, just like the Clintons (who have yet to be locked up), profited from contributions made to the "nonprofit" organizations they ran on the side.

The best part is, this can't be blamed on President Trump, since the FBI and the IRS both work for Hillary and the Democrat party!

My theory is that the DOJ and the FBI have lost so much credibility that they needed to pluck some low hanging fruit. Unions and their bosses are always corrupt especially the UAW and Teamsters. The FBI has to be seen as doing something to obtain their credibility back even though it won't happen for a generation or two. Notice they don't try to help their reputation by going against a politician or two or by providing information to Congress that will put any of their friends and fellow travelers in jeopardy.

If these union bosses are guilty of corruption, throw the book at them. It would illustrate how often unions -- like communist leaders -- claim to be on the side of the average person but in reality benefit the elites more than anyone, all the while using the dues union members' pay into the organization.

During my 30 plus years as a labor arbitrator, I tried cases from most of the unions, and I considered the UAW to be a competent, clean union. I will be surprised if I was wrong. But then, I'm always surprised if I'm wrong about anything.,

There is no such thing as a single “gay gene” researchers have said, but genetics–along with environmental factors–can influence a person’s sexual preferences. The largest ever study of its kind examined data and DNA information of about 500,000 people and found there were thousands of genetic variants linked to same-sex sexual behaviour, most of the them having a minor impact. The researchers said non-genetic factors, including upbringing, personality, and nurture, had far more influence on a person’s choice of sexual partner. The researchers, writing in Science, suggested genetics may account for as much as one-third of the various factors
