As if the woman didn't have enough to deal with the-most-jealous-husband-on-the-planet, Kellyanne Conway is now being prosecuted, or is it persecuted, by a hitherto little-discussed operation called the U.S. Office of Special Counsel or OSC (not to be confused with Mueller, et al.).
These unknown bureaucrats and/or legal eagles want Kellyanne fired for.... wait for it... making political comments while in the White House, specifically: "Given that Ms. Conway is a repeat offender and has shown disregard for the law, OSC recommends that she be removed from federal service,".

This is what happens to Republicans who fight back.
Take note, invertebrate GOPers - if you've not being persecuted and crucified, you're not fighting back. Whose team does that put you on?

They will trace the thread on this back to her husband. A divorce will follow.

The Dems do not like competence, which is why they do not like The President.

If they can find ANYTHING to try to exploit against ANYONE in the Trump administration, they will attempt to pick off those they dislike with constant and questionable media lynching.
Crapweasels like Jim Acosta trying to become famous by ridiculous and baseless flurries of 'accusations' make it tough for the press secretary to take them seriously, but the media props itself up daily trying to get someone to crack.
They have already begun the assault of election 2020 and are just now beginning to intensify their coordinated attacks.

I would love it if Trump simply said we don't need the OSC any longer. The Taxpayers don't need such an Obscure group of "Legal Eagles telling the President of the United States he needs to fire one of his Advisors (and the woman who was behind his WIN). Go get them, Mr. President! Disband this group of Merry Men!

None of us can understand why Ms Conway would stay with her utter creep of a husband. We can only assume that it is for the sake of their children. I have never seen a more despicable spuse.

Hate to say it, but the first time George publicly ran his mouth against our President, Ms Conway should have been let go. It's even a little suspect that she has been allowed to stay on. I know that she is competent and well-spoken, but she is unable to work and maintain her marriage and she has chosen to do both.

Do away with the OSC and the Hatch Act, and let's return to the halcyon days of raw patronage and open partisanship at every Federal agency. Those were the good old days.
Every Federal employee knows about the Hatch Act and its restrictions, Ms Conway no exception. She knowingly violated the law multiple times. So, now, let's let her continue - because she's on our side. And one wonders how this government came to be a Swamp. You have a tax issue, a pending benefits application...what party do you support?

She won the presidency for Trump against their gal Hillary. That is the bottom line, and she is going to be persecuted for it. The really outrageous and appalling thing here is her own rotten, spoiled brat husband George. Didn't get to ride the coattails of his wife into the DOJ, and he will never let her forget it. He must be loving this right now. Just proves more and more how right they were to avoid hiring him. Her job is to make political comments in the WH, and they know it. Good on Trump for standing by her.

Sorry #11 - that's not quite how it works in DC. Political favoritism is an issue at the higher levels of an agency. The senior managers and political appointees. Eight years of the Obama Administration and I had to se everyday on a government desktop computer, screen after screen of the Obama family and no one dared say a word because the offending employee was Black.

I’m assumeing that # 11 is either a physician or from Maryland, perhaps his initials, or none of the above. Who cares? But doesn’t sound particularly conservative. Great thing about Lucianne is she allows all opinions.

#11 is right. The Hatch Act is not a new thing, and it's not like Kellyanne was unaware of it.

Who pays the “OSC”? Isn’t this a political decision? Are they not violating the Hatch(et) act themselves? And don’t democrats violate it daily, without comment? Kellyanne, keep on scaring them, until they wet their pants again. What a stupid "act" to begin with.

There is a difference, as Kellyanne Conway is not in anyway a Civil Service employee, she is a top aide and political counselor to the President of the USA in the White House.
The man who wrote the letter demanding that the President fire Kellyanne is a past John McCain operative, that should tell you something.
