Chuck Schumer Says Democrats Will Reverse
Most of DOGE Cuts

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) revealed that Democrats would “restore most of the cuts” that the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) had made. While taking part in a discussion at the Center for American Progress, Schumer received a question about what he “can do about bringing” the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) back, after DOGE came in and made cuts. “If you look at the budget actually, we’re working on right now — and we’ll have the T-HUD budget, you know, transportation and HUD budget, we restore most of the cuts and even go higher than previous years on many of the programs that DOGE slashed,”

The leftist, progressive, and socialist Democrats would also reopen the US Borders to all comers in unlimited numbers thus negating the current Federal immigration laws again for partisan political purposes. Especially those illegal aliens from the Third World who are poor, uneducated, and unskilled, who the Democrats could categorize as being members of minority groups once they are in the USA in accordance with Democrat identity politics, and of course recruit them into new leftist Democrat constituency groups that will support the leftist Democrat political agenda and vote for the leftist Democrats either fraudulently now, or later on after they are made US Citizens legitimately.

This 'threat' is actually guaranteed should Dims win back control of DC. We on the GOP side need to 'run scared' and make sure we and EVERYONE we know vote and vote against the Dims. Unless, of course, they ARE Dims - in which case we should discourage their voting ever again.

The leftists who control the democrat party pressured Chuck to shut down the government. When the tactic failed badly, Chuck was the scapegoat. The far left has contempt for Schumer. He’s a tool for the far left until they can push him out.

I say take them seriously and act accordingly. ICE is being careful to do everything by the book. Do you think ICE (or the federal government) under globalist leftists will do the same? They won't. Everything they're accusing Trump of doing is signaling what they will do. Think about it. . . governors and mayors directing their law enforcement to either not work with ICE or directly work against them are issuing illegal orders. No one is saying local and state law enforcement should disobey illegal orders (he's a Kelly, rolling. . .), are they? It's just like BP following biden's illegal orders and processing mass numbers of illegals into the country. They were following illegal orders. It's time to hold these individuals accountable as well. I get it, people have to feed their families, but at what point do you stand up for what is right? Get them before they come for you. As Rush said, the left always go too far, and that can be very dangerous and destructive for those who don't agree with them. Especially after Trump; everything he's doing can be undone. Congress critters need to do their jobs!

President Trump continued to press the case for U.S. control of Greenland during remarks at the World Economic Forum in Davos on Wednesday, needling the assembled European leaders and boasting that America could take the Danish territory by force if he so chose, before ultimately ruling out that course of action. “We never asked for anything, and we never got anything, we probably won’t get anything unless I decide to use excessive strength and force, where we would be, frankly, unstoppable. But I won’t do that,” Trump said, referring to America’s outsized historic contribution to NATO and the reluctance of member countries to support the U.S. takeover of Greenland.

Democratic politicians are inviting more federal intervention in Minnesota by excusing the church invasion that violated federal law and citizens’ rights, says lawyer Jonathan Turley. Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison “is a curious form of attorney general who opposes the actual enforcement of laws,” Turley wrote on January 20, adding Ellison is refusing to enforce his own laws while suing to bar the federal government from enforcing its own laws. He is akin to a doctor who opposes the actual administration of medicine. In some ways, Ellison has proven the perfect Antifa Attorney General, a law enforcement officer who supports the mob while denouncing the police.

That is to say, social media has been all over his participation, but the conventional media apparatus has been notably muted in addressing what went on Sunday. This event could turn out to be a crucial fulcrum in the way the nation is headed. President Donald Trump held a nearly two-hour-long White House press briefing on Tuesday, the one-year anniversary of his second inauguration. Trump started the briefing at 1:48 p.m. Eastern and left the podium at 3:33 p.m. at the culmination of the one hour and forty-five-minute engagement with reporters in a jam-packed James S. Brady Press Briefing Room. Near the top of the briefing, Trump touted arrests his administration is making in Minnesota, including “apprehending murderers, drug dealers, and a lot of bad people.” Trump displayed flyers featuring pictures of those who have been taken into custody, along with graphics reading “Minnesota Worst of Worst.”

A three-judge panel for the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit struck down Maryland’s private property concealed carry ban on Tuesday. The case centered on the ban reached the Fourth Circuit on appeal after being heard in May 2025 in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. The three judges hearing the case were: Chief Judge Albert Diaz, Circuit Judges Roger L. Gregory, and G. Steven Agee. The judges weighed Maryland’s private property concealed carry ban via the methodology set forth in Bruen (2022). Then, “Judge Gregory, joined by Chief Judge Diaz, [wrote] for the Court, and Judge Agree joins,” saying, “We hold that Maryland’s prohibition

Wells Fargo is relocating the headquarters of its wealth management business to West Palm Beach, becoming the first major U.S. bank to base its wealth operations in Florida, the company confirmed Monday. The San Francisco-based bank signed a lease for 50,000 square feet at the One Flagler office building, according to wealth chief Barry Sommers. About 100 employees, mostly senior executives including nearly half of the unit’s operating committee, will relocate to the new office by year-end, Bloomberg reported. The office is scheduled to open in August. Wells Fargo’s wealth unit generated $16 billion in revenue last year, accounting for roughly 20 percent of the bank’s total revenue.

But Trump wasn't alone in touting the administration's successes. As they've done all year, Trump's Cabinet secretaries and key department heads each made a point to highlight their respective agencies'/departments' achievements.

t was crazy that the anti-ICE agitators thought it would be a good idea to storm a church in the middle of its service to push their hateful anti-ICE agenda. They apparently believed that one of the pastors was connected to ICE. But screaming and disrupting people trying to pray is a pretty disgraceful look; it exposed how crazy and extreme they are to people who might not have understood it before. In addition to being wrong about ICE, if you're screaming in a church and frightening children, you are not the good guys in this equation.

Democrat Rep. Jim Clyburn of South Carolina appeared on ‘The View’ on Monday and claimed that Republicans are trying to bring back slavery. This is not only insane and untrue, it’s a complete perversion of history. The Republican Party was founded to end slavery in the United States. Abraham Lincoln was the first Republican president, who fought the Democrats on the issue of slavery, which escalated into the American Civil War. Democrats do this all the time. In 2012, Joe Biden famously said to a mostly black audience that Republicans want to ‘put y’all back in chains.’ Clyburn knows better than this. They all do.

Most significantly, the Census data shows that almost all Afghan households with children are on publicly funded welfare — similar to that of Somali immigrant households with children in Minnesota, where 81 percent
