Elon Musk Says He Regrets Attacking Trump:
‘Went Too Far’

Original Article

The short-lived feud between President Trump and Elon Musk seems to be winding down, as Musk expressed regret in an early morning social media post for some of his comments criticizing his former political ally. “I regret some of my posts about President @realDonaldTrump last week,” Musk wrote on X. “They went too far.” While Musk did not say which posts he felt contrite about, one was likely his accusation that Trump’s name appeared in the files of billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. Musk deleted that post less than two days after making it. He also deleted a separate post that called for Trump’s impeachment.

Bringing up Epstein was a big mistake. At that point what was coming out of his mouth was BS. Attacking the bill could have been handled differently too. He should have simply asked, 'Why aren't there more cuts?' and make it clear enough hadn't been done to reduce the deficit.

Elon has done a wonderful service by ripping off the mask of USAID and other boondoggles and for that we should all be grateful but he went off the rails in criticizing the BBB. I suspect he may have been smoking a little weed. Critical thinking and marijuana are not a great combination.

I admire both men and hope they resolve the issue. It's probably a long shot that Musk will be allowed free rein in the White House again; but perhaps he can hold some advisory position. His DOGE skills are impressive

Elon and the rest of the tech bro's have their own interests at heart and they will support MAGA insofar as it doesn't interfere with them. Remember Elon's apoplexy over H1B visas over the Holidays? That was one red flag. Then the EV subsidy language was removed from the BBB. Elon went nuclear again over issues that impact his business models. Elon is no doubt a brilliant man and a visionary. But I question his judgement, his mercurial behavior, his ego, and his intentions.

I think Elon Musk forgot the fact that he is not President of the USA. He was a consultant and as far as I am concerned, I didn't vote for Elon Musk. I respect all of his efforts but the Jeffrey Epstein comment went too far.

Musk, you went more that "too far". You personalized a disagreement, which can bring an irreparable end to any relationship. It is very unprofessional, and no professional should ever do that. Before you post, think if you want to burn your bridges, especially with someone that can whack you.

As I commented the other day, this whole thing was planned to get the msm, deep state, and globalists off of Elon's back and focused on something else. The LA and June 14th riots should do the trick. A well-orchestrated head fake by Elon and the President.

Elon and his crew worked very hard on DOGE and had high expectations that their work would yield great results. In his world, things have worked that way because it wasn't a government project. As Reagan said, the nine most frightening words in the world are "We're from the government and we're here to help." Elon was/is angry and frustrated that one of DOGE's main goal (to reduce the debt) seemed to be completely doomed by the Big Beautiful Budget. PDJT plays the cards he was dealt and is using tariffs and a vastly improved economy to reduce the debt. Cuts aren't the only way to the goal. DOGE results are still coming in and are having huge positive effect on public opinion by rational voters and government outlays. Now, Elon, it's time to man up and accept the reality that the President has to work with.

I have had intemperate moments in my life that I deeply regret so will not cast the first stone. Musk helped win the election and by connecting the government databases will have lasting effects in remitting the illegal aliens to where they came. It is admirable that the best engineer in the world donated months to US. President Trump together with Elon Musk made history. There may be other disagreements in future but together they did much good. Thanks to both and Tulsi and Bobby for expanding the tent.

Sirens sounded across Israel following the launch of Iranian missiles and after the IDF had sent an initial warning on Friday to civilians to take shelter as Iranian missiles made their way to Israeli territory. Initial defense assessments indicate that Iran has fired at least dozens of missiles toward Israeli territory. Another barrage was fired by Iran minutes after the initial barrage, the IDF said. Witnesses reported to The Jerusalem Post sightings of interceptions in Israel's skies. New: Israeli Strikes on Iran Much Larger

As RedState reported, explosions were reported in Iran earlier on Friday morning local time, and it didn't take long for Israel to confirm they had struck. The attacks came after months of the Trump administration trying to give the Mullahs a diplomatic out that they simply refused to take. But while initial assumptions were that this was a smaller, precise strike on Iran's nuclear enrichment capabilities, the details emerging point to a far larger operation. Not only did Israel hit over a dozen nuclear sites in Iran, but they targeted the country's top military leadership as well. That includes Hossein Salami,

Israel's highly successful attack on Iran's nuclear weapons enterprise and other regime targets was the product of years of preparation. Overnight, while the world was watching Israel Air Force strikes throughout Iran, on the ground, Israeli commandos from the IDF and Mossad were engaged in their own war. Precision-guided missiles, smuggled into Iran, attacked Iranian air defense installations and opened the way for Israeli strike fighters. Drones were launched from a clandestine base built inside targeted key Iranian commanders and nuclear scientists. In a sequence of events resembling Ukraine's destruction of a third of Russia's strategic bomber fleet, Israel used guided missiles mounted on civilian vehicles parked near

Israeli attacks on Iran are continuing on Friday, with reports of nuclear facilities, ballistic missile sites, and the IRGC leadership being totally decimated. This was not a warning shot to get the Mullahs back to the negotiating table. It was a decapitation of Iran's military capabilities, both nuclear and traditional. As RedState reported, IRGC supreme commander Hossein Salami was among those killed, along with what is reportedly most of his leadership structure and the nation's top nuclear scientists. The Iranians were caught off guard, not believing an attack was imminent, and their air defenses were completely ineffective.

IDF Spokesman Effie Defrin on Friday morning told a press conference that Iran had launched over 100 drones toward Israel in recent hours. He also noted that over 200 IDF aircraft have attacked over 100 targets in Iran with over 330 munitions. He did not say when they would reach Israel, but in April 2025, it took such drones several hours. During that Iranian attack and another attack by Tehran on Israel in October 2024, Israel had a wide alliance of US, Brits, French, and other countries helping to defend it.

Late last night the IDF began what it said would be several days of airstrikes on Iran’s nuclear program and associated assets. Good for Israel, acting as it has before (the 1967 war, the takedown of Saddam Hussein’s nuclear program in 1981 and strikes on Syria in 2007) to preempt a clear existential threat to its continued existence. No serious player on the world stage can honestly deny that Tehran has been on its final run gaining nuclear weapons, and while some will quibble about whether the regime intended to use nukes to destroy “the Little Satan”

Israel deliberately labeled Thursday night’s security-cabinet meeting as a discussion on hostage negotiations in order to lull Tehran and green-light the pre-dawn strike inside Iran, a senior Israeli source told The Jerusalem Post on Friday. According to the official, ministers were briefed in advance that the agenda would focus on the stalled talks for the release of Israelis held in Gaza. “The aim was to put Iran to sleep,” the source said. Once inside the secure forum, the cabinet unanimously approved the military operation and every minister signed a strict non-disclosure agreement, known as a Shomer Sod (“guardian of the secret”) document.
