In the year 2022 alone, the Republican National Committee (RNC) has filed 73 different lawsuits in 20 different states, alleging various violations of election procedure and resulting in several key victories, with two weeks to go before the midterms. As reported by Fox News, the lawsuits focus on such matters as the counting of ballots that are either undated or mismarked, as well as the rights of poll watchers to directly observe the counting of ballots. The large-scale legal action by the RNC comes after widespread accusations of voter fraud in the 2020 election cycle, which many believe was enough to swing the results away from President Donald J. Trump

Too little. Too late. Should have been done 6 months ago. Better would have been a year ago. It's not like we didn't know about the shenanigans until just now.

Enough to swing? 81 million votes for Joe Biden should have been rejected as impossible the day after the election and the whole corrupt thing should have been a do-over. Hillary didn't get anywhere near that number and she was the first alleged female, communist, murderer and practitioner of witchcraft in history to run for POTUS.

I wonder how many of these lawsuits will be thrown out due to "lack of standing."

A paid campaign staffer for Democrat Mark Kelly was seen on video admitting to using deceptive tactics to garner votes for the candidate, a video from Project Veritas Action (PVA) reveals. “Well, he’s not going to say anything outright about what he’s going to do unless it will garner support from Independents and some of the moderate Republicans,” Evynn Bronson, a paid campaign field organizer for Democrat Senator Mark Kelly, is seen saying to a Project Veritas Action journalist during the video. “He needs them. Otherwise, he won’t win,” she also explained. If Kelly is honest about his agenda, it “will scare people away,” Bronson says in the video.

Biden’s war on oil has consequences, and now the chickens are coming home to roost. We’ve already gotten a taste of it nationwide with persistent, sky-high gas prices. In California, we felt it this summer as our power grid was stretched to capacity by heat waves and we were subject to rolling brown-outs along with warnings not to use appliances or charge electric cars. How very First World. (As an aside, every year when there’s a heat wave in Southern Cal, the enviros go whacko and scream, “Climate change! Climate change!” And yet every year that I’ve lived here for the past 30 years there’s been a heat wave in September.

She chose the champion of the defund the police movement and the architect of cashless bail Brian Benjamin [to be her lieutenant governor]. Yeah. That guy who got arrested and had to resign. That was her first big decision to make as governor.” “We need to repeal cashless ball,” Zeldin continued. “We need to make our streets safe again. I’m running to take back our streets

A rural Arizona county is bucking the system. Refusing to bow to pressure from the left and despite dire warnings of litigation, the southern Arizona county added a step to “protect their voters from potential fraud.” The Cochise County Board of Supervisors, situated 90 miles southeast of Tucson, voted 2-1 to approve a measure requiring a full hand count following the November 8 election. During the four-hour meeting, including public testimony, Republicans Tom Crosby and Peggy Judd voted for the measure drafted by Crosby, while Democrat Ann English voted against it. “State Elections Services Director Kori Lorick, called into the meeting on behalf of the Secretary of State’s Office,

Awkward doesn’t begin to describe the Manning brothers asking former President Obama about the upcoming midterm elections and they couldn’t quite hide the less-than-disinterested expressions on their faces as he blathered on about voting. (Video) Peyton and Eli Manning had Obama on their alternative Monday Night Football Broadcast. It was apparent they either felt obligated to or were instructed to ask Obama about the upcoming midterm elections where Democrats are widely expected to get a shellacking for their horrific woke policies. The Super Bowl-winning brothers looked downright bored while listening to the former president.

Republican candidate for governor of Michigan Tudor Dixon hammered Gov. Gretchen Whitmer on Tuesday for vetoing bills that would help Michiganders suffering from inflation. “This governor has not done anything to help inflation, but I would put money back in your pockets,” Dixon said during the final Michigan midterm debate. Dixon pointed out that Whitmer vetoed multiple Republican bills to help residents of the state, including a child tax credit, two different income tax cuts, help for retirees on fixed income, and a gas tax holiday. She also reminded voters that Whitmer wanted to raise the gas tax by 45 cents but that thanks to Republicans in the state legislature, she was unsuccessful.

A Fiery Zeldin, in turn, ripped the Democrat, “Kathy Hochul believes that the only crimes being committed are crimes with guns; you have people who are afraid to be pushed in front of oncoming subway cars, they’re being stabbed, beaten to death on the street with hammers.”

McCarthy last Wednesday downplayed talk of impeaching Biden or officials of the disastrous administration if the GOP regains control. Just one problem. Republican lawmakers have introduced more than a dozen impeachment resolutions targeting Biden, Kamala Harris, and controversial Cabinet members, including Attorney General Merrick Garland, Secretary of State Antony Blinken,

Washington — Plastic recycling rates are declining even as production shoots up, according to a Greenpeace USA report out Monday that blasted industry claims of creating an efficient, circular economy as "fiction." Titled "Circular Claims Fall Flat Again," the study found that of 51 million tons of plastic waste generated by U.S. households in 2021, only 2.4 million tons were recycled, or around five percent. After peaking in 2014 at 10 percent, the trend has been decreasing, especially since China stopped accepting the West's plastic waste in 2018. Virgin production — of non-recycled plastic, that is — meanwhile is rapidly rising as the

The president went on to name House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, arguing that he and his fellow Republicans would grow the deficit by $3 trillion if their priorities were to pass. He also argued the party plans to use the deficit as a bludgeon against him.
