With the cost of energy skyrocketing and record-breaking inflation, the Biden administration came out last month and warned the public about “food shortages” hitting the US.
Naturally, like with the ‘Putin price hike’, fingers were pointed at the war in Ukraine for causing the shortages.
Biden himself was even trotted out by his handlers, warning that the shortages in the US would be nothing short of “real.”
Well, something odd and concerning has been happening ever since the Biden Administration made their ominous prediction. Over the past month, there has been a mysterious wave of destruction hitting the US food processing infrastructure

Real or imagined? One was an aircraft that crashed "near" a food plant. How many thousand "food processing plants" are there in this country? 10,000? 100,000?
How many accidents or fires happen in factories per month? I don't know the answer, but perhaps this is really something going on - or perhaps it's just imagination.

First poster is spot-on. There's a whole branch of statistics that deals with the likelihood of clusters of random events in time or space, called Poisson statistics. Given the number of food-processing plants, and the average number of fires and explosions annually, it's possible to calculate the probability of any number of events occurring within a given time frame. If the probability is once every ten years, it's likely random. If the probably of such a cluster of fires occurring is only once in 10,000 years, then perhaps these plants' control systems should be examined for possible malware of the sort that the Israelis used to destroy Iranian nuclear-fuel centrifuges.

I must confess I'm growing more selective in my choice of conspiracies these days. I happen to be following the details of one of the tragic aircraft crashes mentioned and I can confirm that it has nothing to do with the price of eggs.

As a species and culture, we are loosing the ability to master the physical world. You are witnessing the wholesale decline in mechanical aptitude. We are now a civilization of monkeys at typewriters. We have achieved Atlas Shrugged levels of ineptitude.

FTA: 'Police are saying that these fires are due to faulty issues with equipment, so they’re not saying that this was intentional.' Of course not; the most successful examples of 'Greek Lightning' are those that appear accidental.

First of all, we do not know who is coming across our borders. Biden is flying them all over the country and leaving them. These plants are hiring them. Maybe they are starting the fires. That is one theory.

I have researched for 2 days and I can’t find any stats on processing plants. I did find some info that states that there are thousands of industrial fires per year but nothing definitive. These plants are probably getting dated and are in need of upgrades. It is sketchy at the least but I can’t panic just yet and I hope you don’t as well.

I do wear a tinfoil hat and I do think there is a reason for all these 'accidents.' The same reason the Moron signed all those EO's the first day after he was 'selected.'

We live in an age of "miracles". Criminals who could out political figures commit suicide with no video. In accordance with anti-gun programs, kids get hold of guns and shoot up their schools. Convenient wars happen to change/distract from a developing unfavorable narrative.
But the Elites are rarely inconvenienced and the little 'deplorables' are merely replaceable parts in the Elites 'machines'.
If you dont see it, i have a bridge to sell you... anywhete in the world...

Another possibility on the factories is insurance fraud. But perhaps a payout on a dated factory is encouraged by the political promise not to investigate.

The Russian/Ukraine wheat/corn crops, drought in the US (fewer harvested tons expected), avian flu (fewer chicken and eggs), MANY countries do not grow much of their own food and rely on imports, high INFLATION on what will be available for purchase, fertilizer shortage. still dealing with supply chain issues, China lockdown, cost of energy. And there are some who don't believe this will be a problem come fall. We are consuming last years food and it appears (for the most part) to be adequate for right now. I read where we have approximately 39,000 food processing centers. The demise of these plants does appear suspicious but should not cause a huge ripple in the food chain (investigation needs to be thorough and truthful). Let's say the US has no repercussions with shelves stocked as usual. Inflation will still be sky high and going higher. The food might be there but too expensive to buy. Do you really want to spend $5 on a can of tomato soup? Take care America. Assume the worst and plan for it and hope for the best. Nothing would make bernie happier than to see you in a government bread and cheese line.

I've read that they (whoever THEY is) always announce the miseries we can expect to come our way before they happen, so maybe we should believe them when they tell us that there will be food shortages. THEY are probably thinking they'll be needing some worker bees anyway.

We're taking this seriously. We used to live in San Jose, CA. Not many years ago, an electric power plant South of S.J. was torched/bombed one night because no one thought about security for that plant.
We like to watch crime mystery movies at our house. The question that the investigators always ask about a crime, "who profits?" Who profits if our food warehouses are burned down or made inoperative? We think China. Here in Idaho, China is buying up agricultural land for food production..... and they are doing that across these United States.
Here's another thought...who is talking about a New World Order? World Economic Forum! George Soros/Obama/Bill Gates. Gates is buying up agricultural land throughout the country. Gates is thick with China! Why? Control of the food production?
We are living in dangerous times, but exciting times, if you are a Christian, for scripture prophecy is being fulfilled before our very eyes. We don't know who the Anti-Christ is, but it's being set up for that One World Order person.
As Pete Hegseth says, "Go to Church."

These plants are probably running at full speed and have been for months, could just be fatigue and/or poor maintenance. Still should be looked into.

Some perspective: There are more than 35,000 food processing plants in this country alone. As mentioned above, one of the crashes was just in the vicinity of the plant. Lots of the plants in the article are little Mom and Pop operations who only service the local population, ie, local butcher shops and the like. Azure's fire was confined to an office area and didn't disrupt their business.
The thing about coincidences is you can find them any time you look when dealing with an industry this large.

If they;re thefood processing plants that inject loads of preservatives, sugar, artificial fat and high fructose into our food, then maybe it's no great loss.
