Stranded by U.S., Afghan allies wonder
if helping was a ‘mistake’

The past six months have been rough for Will, a 43-year-old Afghan who worked for two years as an interpreter for the U.S. military. He is struggling for food and income and has moved from the Logar province into Kabul—close to the airport where, he hopes, he will one day be spirited out by the Americans. He has heard nothing from the State Department. “I am not safe here,” he told The Washington Times by email. “Did I make mistake to work with U.S. Army as interpreter?” “Why [is the U.S.] punishing me like this?” said Will, whose real name is being withheld for his safety.

Comments:

US involvement in Afghanistan was an incredibly stupid and costly mistake, yes. On the upside, we showed the world that our great generals could not defeat a peasant nation of opium farmers, even over 20 years and spending more money than we did in WWII.

Will the fact that most of the exponentially growing body of Ukrainian refugees are white and Christian make them ineligible for admission to the US, since the democrat policy is to actively seek refugees and border jumpers of color only?

Sadly, it was a terrible mistake on their part. Because, sadly, the USA tends to elect horrible presidents every few cycles who are so incompetent and evil that they will mess everything up. They will ream everyone who they don't care about, including people that helped us in very dangerous places. If I were in a country and the USA asked my help, I would say "no thank you" no matter how bad things were in my country. Because no matter how much support and confidence I would get under a great president like Donald Trump, along will come a total loser and evil man like Lyin' Joe bidet who will destroy my life and country. In the last few decades, we have had 2 truly great presidents, Reagan and Trump. We have had a bunch of very mediocre and useless presidents (Bush. Bush, and Clinton). And we have had 3 absolutely terrible awful and evil presidents (Carter, Ovomit, and bidet). And until the American people wake up and stop electing these horrible and evil people as president, nobody owes us any assistance.

Intercepted ballots, forged signatures and questionably high voting rates plagued Wisconsin’s nursing homes and other long-term care facilities during the 2020 presidential election, a state-appointed investigator said. In light of the findings, the investigator said, the ballots from those facilities should be audited. The special counsel’s report was issued Tuesday after an examination of 2020 election integrity. It said Wisconsin officials ditched legal requirements for supervising nursing home ballots during the pandemic, encouraging widespread voter fraud. The 136-page report includes eye-popping data of voter participation at dozens of nursing homes and residential care facilities in five Wisconsin counties.(Snip)The results, Mr. Gableman said, showed “absurd results

President Joe Biden kept up his hits on Russian President Vladimir Putin Wednesday–blasting his 'unprovoked' attack on Ukraine and invoking Jan. 6th as he said Putin had failed in his effort to divide' the United States. 'Vladimir Putin was counting on being able to split up the United States,' Biden said in a speech in Superior, Wisconsin. 'Look, how would you feel if you saw crowds storm and break down the doors of the British Parliament and kill five cops, injure 145? Or the German Bundestag or the Italian Parliament?' he asked. A dark-clothed and masked gang on electric bikes tried to murder an innocent schoolgirl, 15, who was 'just waiting at the bus stop on her own'. Merseyside Police were today hunting a group of at least four people after the attack just after 5.10pm last night in Toxteth, Liverpool. Detectives now think believe the girl was not deliberately singled out and just an innocent bystander. A 21-year-old man who later presented himself at hospital with a gun wound to his hand was subsequently arrested on suspicion of attempted murder. Police—who are appealing for witnesses and any dashcam or phone footage—said they are also currently holding
