The unidentified man is thought to have been eating at upscale French eatery La Chasse on Saturday night when he confronted the group of around 50 protesters. They had been marching ahead of the 147th Kentucky Derby over Taylor's death at the hands of police during a raid at her home last March. Chaos and destabilization everywhere is just what New America needs to usher in whatever they have in store for us next. That .22 Mag doesn't look very intimidating, but hey.

Two of the BLM thugs were openly armed, so I doubt anything will happen to the armed citizen. I suggest he steps up his caliber choice to .380 or a .38 Special.

Too bad he didnt shoot any of them. I think we ought to make it fair game to shoot any obnoxious cell phone that is held up. Especially if it is held by a fat girl or a sissy boy.

Don't be tempted, 5. The would be at least assault with a deadly weapon, and probably armed criminal action. Both serious felonies which will permanently extinguish your 2nd Amendment rights, aside from the prison time.

At the 28 second mark we see an ARMED BLM terrorist maneuvering himself for a shot at the man with the .22, He is on the right side with tattoos on his arms and holding what looks like a black Glock by his side. No media will talk about it, but he was absolutely ready to kill the man who was focused on another BLM freak with a man bun who was screaming at him. IF there was one decent FBI Special Agent left they would be in the crowd and on the want to be assassin in the BLM mob.

#6. The late Gordon Liddy of Watergate fame had a huge number of firearms after he was released from The Clink. He had a gun in his nightstand but it legally belonged to the person he was sleeping next to. They were all his wife's personal property who had no criminal record. Although I'm no lib, have never understood why a person who has served their sentence has his/her First Amendment Right restored but the Second Amendment is verboten. It wasn't that way in the early part of American history.

The bottomline is we are very tired of this crap. We should be able to dine in peace. If these clowns want to protest, do it somewhere else and not at an establishment where people have paid to eat. BLM does this to get attention and to berate the white population. Well, it's getting old. I hope that BLM comes to their senses soon before something horrible happens and it will.

Enough "brandishing." I don't know about the law in Kentucky, but in Texas if you pull that smoke wagon you'd better use it. Kind of like the Gurkhas pulling their knives out of the sheath. If they do, they will draw blood. Brandishing only ups the rage and the bad guys will come back another day.

No doubt the the armed BLM agitator (and anyone else alike) intended to see how far brinkmanship can go before inevitable hostilities pop. That politically poisoned belligerent intruder was wearing body armor and openly carrying a semiautomatic pistol on his hip, and could have drawn and made a mess of the patrons present in a second. The threat was explicit. I agree with #6. Merely pointing a gun, loaded or not, at anyone else who isn't an instant threat to life and limb would be aggravated assault, a serious felony. If a defensive gun comes out of its hiding place when one's life is under instant threat, the defender's trigger finger will be in place. Sadly, I agree with those who foresee bloodshed because of these racially motivated malevolent protests.

Over the past year, we’ve seen some very violent and/or out-of-control encounters because of the dangerous habit that the BLM has trying to block the street and stop drivers from going through a ‘protest’ area. We reported on an incident in Plano, Texas, where there was an armed standoff and the police seemed more disturbed with the driver than they were the crazies blocking all the cars in the road. But, that was just one of many. BLM does this all over the country. On Thursday afternoon in Portland, they severely injured a handyman, Joseph Hall, who was unlucky enough to turn into a street where one of their ‘protests’ was,

A bipartisan police reform bill being negotiated by a small group of House and Senate members is gaining some momentum and may be introduced sometime later this month. But numerous sticking points remain to be hashed out and the whole process may fall apart before the bill even gets introduced. In truth, it’s a modest proposal. The negotiators have reached an agreement on provisions that would prevent the Pentagon from selling equipment to local police departments, ban the use of chokeholds, and severely restrict no-knock warrants. Still at issue is the contentious issue of prosecuting individuals and the liability of individual police officers.

Genetically modified mosquitoes have been released for the first time in the United States as part of an experiment to combat insect-borne diseases such as Dengue fever, yellow fever, and the Zika virus. UK-based biotechnology firm Oxitec, which is funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, said it released the mosquitoes in six locations in Monroe County’s Florida Keys: two on Cudjoe Key, one on Ramrod Key, and three on Vaca Key. It’s part of an effort to help tackle a disease-transmitting invasive mosquito population—the Aedes aegypti mosquito species—that’s responsible for “virtually all mosquito-borne diseases transmitted to humans,” according to the company.
