Trump Wins Louisiana Republican Primary
– Takes All Delegates

Original Article

The results of the Louisiana Republican primary are in and Trump won the day. Louisiana is a ‘winner takes all’ state, so Trump also won every delegate. Trump won Louisiana in the general elections of 2016 and 2020. Former President Trump, the likely GOP nominee, has won the Louisiana Republican presidential primary, Decision Desk HQ projected. Trump went into the Louisiana primary with 1,636 pledged delegates and won all 47 delegates available Saturday. The state awards its delegates in a “winner-take-all” manner. The former president has already crossed the threshold needed to clinch the party’s nomination, setting up a rematch between him and President Biden in November

Constitutional law professor Jonathan Turley weighed in on Letitia James’ latest move to seize Trump’s assets. Marxist New York Attorney General Letitia James on Thursday took the initial step to seize Trump’s assets. She filed judgments in Westchester County where Trump’s private estate and golf course is located. President Trump has until Monday to either pay the judgment or convince the appellate court to allow him to defer the payment pending appeal. Turley said James’ effort to seize his assets and padlock Trump Tower is not likely to happen because Trump’s properties are complex partnerships with leveraged debt.

In the decade I served on a school board, I learned a great deal about group dynamics. The most important lesson, I suppose, is that there are people -- most often highly neurotic people -- who deliberately create chaos. They undermine every effort to rationally deal with issues that require solutions. They violate norms like crediting the work of committees that were designated to analyze what needs to be done and offer solutions for the board to act on, dispiriting those desirous of accomplishing what must be done. They go behind the backs of board members to undercut the systematic workings of the board,

Ronna McDaniel, who stepped down as chair of the Republican National Committee earlier this month, will join NBC News as a political analyst starting Sunday. McDaniel is expected to contribute to both NBC and MSNBC. Her first appearance will be on Sunday on “Meet the Press,” where she will give her first interview since stepping down from the RNC. An NBC News spokesperson confirmed the move to POLITICO, which was first reported by The New York Times. “It couldn’t be a more important moment to have a voice like Ronna’s on the team,” Carrie Budoff Brown, who leads political coverage at NBC,

CNN data analyst Harry Enten recently cited a new poll which shows Trump with a nearly insurmountable lead over Biden on the issue of border security. It’s very easy to understand why. It’s just amazing that CNN reported on this. And remember, this is now the top issue for the 2024 election, even eclipsing the economy. Mediaite reports: CNN elections analyst Harry Enten observed that polling suggests that President Joe Biden is on pace for the worst performance by a Democratic presidential candidate with Hispanics “since we started polling the gosh darn thing” in an appearance on Anderson Cooper 360 Wednesday night.

After so-called "progressive prosecutors" implemented supposedly "equitable" standards in response to widespread violence in the summer of 2020 that caused upwards of $2 billion in damage across the country, the natural consequences of soft-on-crime policies followed: more crime and more victims. Democrats continue to insist that their embrace of such lenient policies and programs — ones that treat perpetrators as victims while pushing actual victims to the margins — have not, in fact, caused more crime. Democrats say that "progressive" policies have actually helped reduce crime and claim FBI crime statistics prove as much.

Those on the environmental left cheering the Biden administration’s electric-vehicle mandates or Gov. Hochul’s offshore wind farms would be wise to heed a painful and embarrassing lesson New York is learning from its not-so-distant past. Not only do so-called “green” policies drive up consumer prices, decrease reliability and upend everyday life (say goodbye to wood-fired pizza ovens and gas-powered stoves), they often end up harming the environment they’re supposed to be saving. Talk about a lose-lose. Consider disgraced former Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s forcing the Indian Point nuclear plant to close in

New Jersey’s four legislative leaders are vowing to address laws that dictate ballot design in the state. But what they’ll exactly do is unclear. In a rare joint statement Tuesday evening, Senate President Nick Scutari and Assembly Speaker Craig Coughlin — both Democrats — and Senate Minority Leader Anthony Bucco and Assembly Minority Leader John DiMaio, said they plan to begin a “public process on ballot design in New Jersey.” They said that the state Legislature is best equipped to address laws around ballot design.

Bernie Moreno, a former car dealer endorsed by Donald Trump, won a three-way GOP primary Tuesday for the right to take on Democratic Sen. Sherrod Brown in Ohio. Moreno handily beat out Secretary of State Frank LaRose and state Sen. Matt Dolan, who was endorsed by popular figures in the state’s Republican establishment. But for months polling indicated it was essentially a two-person race between Dolan and Moreno. Moreno’s victory is a relief for the former president, who traveled to the state to rally on Saturday as the polls tightened. Ousting Brown is crucial to the GOP’s hopes of winning back a majority

Let’s be honest. You know you like Trump, even if you hate him. And I know the reason why. You were brought up to avoid all people who exaggerated or stretched the truth or who portrayed themselves to be winners by denigrating the opposition. Your parents taught you to be humble and not brag about yourself, even in those instances when it was warranted. In school, your teachers routinely took you down a peg if you thought you were better than the guy who sat next to you. If you felt you knew more than your teacher and showed it,

The predictability of the issue is actually quite simple. {GO DEEP} Almost all senators kneel at the altar of money, nothing else. The GOPe senators will exhaust every weapon in their arsenal on behalf of their multinational financial benefactors, prior to the November 2024 election. Once those narrative attack weapons are exhausted, they will take the deal and quit the party in their final political effort to retain affluence.

Israel says that it cannot win the war without defeating the last four Hamas battalions in Rafah. Harris’s spoke to ABC News on Sunday, telling a reporter that “I have studied the maps” of southern Gaza:

But it was all downhill for the 23-year-old as he struggled to answer basic questions and could not remember his tweets claiming the war on drugs was designed to jail black people, and calling for the police to be abolished.
