A conservative D.A. in rural Arizona is changing the state’s landscape — for the better. With the state in chaos due to botched elections, patriots are desperately in need of a leader to stand up and unite the base. Enter Pinal County Attorney Brad Miller, who was elected to office over a year ago, defeating a two-term incumbent backed by the Pinal County Board of Supervisors and amplified by the local media establishment. That was not an accident. It was a rejection. At the time Miller took office, the chairman of the supervisors was already entrenched, serving his fourth term. Miller is different. He is the outlier,

The Saturday shooting death of anti-ICE protester Alex Pretti has roiled the city of Minneapolis and sent thousands of demonstrators to the streets night after night in the frigid cold. The inflammatory rhetoric from leftists continues even as not all the facts are known. President Trump, meanwhile, is sending Border Czar Tom Homan to the Twin Cities to manage the volatile situation, while U.S. Border Patrol Commander‑at-Large Gregory Bovino and a number of his agents will reportedly be leaving town. However, according to DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin, Bovino remains a valued member of the Trump administration:
NRA Notes Virginia Entering Dark Days

Virginia is the epitome of a swing state, at least over the last few years. From far left Democrats to conservative Republicans and back again, the state seems to swing like an unlatched screen door in a hurricane. Now the state has gone from Glenn Youngkin to Abigail Spanberger, and with her comes a litany of anti-gun proposals that Democrats in the Old Dominion State have long wanted to implement. And as NRA executive director John Commerford notes, this marks a change in the Second Amendment in Virginia.

In a commentary article in the Financial Post on Tuesday, Bjørn Lomborg argues that Net Zero is “on its way out”, as politicians across the world face up to the high cost and tiny climate returns of raising energy prices. With voters “weary of soaring energy bills and annoyed by increasingly hysteric and patronising climate rhetoric”, governments from the US to UK, Germany to Australia are waking up to the “simple truth”: “aggressive Net Zero mandates are delivering economic pain for unmeasurable and far-off climate gain”. Lomborg senses “a new pragmatism” entering the climate debate

Why are at least two people dead and multiple federal law enforcement officers injured? What broader principle are Democrats, liberals and leftists rioting over in Minneapolis? It certainly isn’t the idea that states can defy the federal government on immigration law. Obama took Arizona v. United States to the Supreme Court to prevent states from enforcing their own immigration laws. The Biden administration dispatched some of the same federal immigration law enforcement officers now being assaulted and booed to dismantle barriers and fencing put up by states like Arizona and Texas to control the mass invasion of millions of illegal aliens.

President Trump is considering a cap on state fuel tax that would offer serious relief to California’s long-suffering drivers. In an exclusive interview with The California Post, the president said his plan could see drivers pay 40% less at the pump. “Gasoline in California could be $2.50,” he said. Trump has made his attempts to drive down prices at the pump the centerpiece of his affordability messaging and said he wants to address the fact that the Golden State has the country’s highest gas tax. The average cost of a gallon of gas in the US in January is $2.83 per gallon, but for California residents,

With Border Czar Tom Homan headed to take charge of Homeland Security efforts in Minneapolis and President Donald Trump finding some common ground with Gov. Tim Walz, a rapid reduction in tensions is thankfully well under way. Alex Pretti’s death plainly prompted a sobering all around, as it should. We’re glad to see Homeland Security chief Kristi Noem elbowed aside. Her performance in recent weeks as the situation in Minnesota escalated out of control did not serve the president or the country well. Without anyone backing off on matters of principle, state and federal leaders now can find some accommodation —

They got exposed, but that doesn’t mean they’ve gone away or stopped. They’re a roach infestation. These leftists in Minneapolis, causing mayhem for our law enforcement, had their secret Anti-ICE chat on Signal exposed, but new ones have been established, and the older ones nuked from existence. Still, the chats revealed a coordinated system from which these psychopaths could engage in targeted harassment and assault of federal law enforcement. Reporter Cam Higby dropped this nuke over the weekend, and now they’re scattering. Some said they’re fleeing the country and going to Cuba, which was amusing:

Zhang Youxia, long regarded as the operational leader of the People’s Liberation Army (PLA), was dismissed on Saturday for a “serious violation of discipline.” According to The Wall Street Journal, the 75-year-old general is accused of sharing classified details relating to China’s nuclear weapons programme with Washington. The allegations were reportedly laid out during a closed-door briefing attended by senior PLA officers.

It’s last call for San Francisco’s government hooch. A COVID-era program that guzzled $5 million of taxpayer money annually to serve booze to homeless alcoholics will finally shutter this year, San Francisco Mayor Daniel Lurie exclusively told The California Post. “For years, San Francisco was spending $5 million a year to provide alcohol to people who were struggling with homelessness and addiction — it doesn’t make sense, and we’re ending it,” Lurie said. The taxpayer tipple, called the Managed Alcohol Program (MAP), was created by the San Francisco Department of Public Health in April 2020, when the city began housing homeless people in hotels during lockdown.

When you live in any community death happens. But when you live in one with tens of thousands of people, death happens pretty often. People die from heart attacks, strokes, aneurysms, complications of age, you name it. Emergency services respond, paperwork gets filled out, and that’s how records pile up. The questions are coming from all corners… from Maine to Minnesota. People who work in and around emergency response, law enforcement, and local systems are
