I’m a true-blue Democrat — but I’ve

I walked away from the Democratic Party and joined the Republicans.
I will vote for Donald Trump for president.
I’ve been a true-blue Democrat, a former California state senator who chaired its Senate Democratic Caucus and served as Senate Majority Leader.
I was a Democratic National Convention delegate for Jesse Jackson and Barack Obama, and state co-chair for President Obama’s re-election.
But I’ve said goodbye, adios, I’ve had enough.
This is not the Democratic Party I once championed. I don’t recognize it anymore.
The so-called “party of democracy” eradicated 14 million votes, including mine, to install Vice President Kamala Harris as its nominee.

This is a lot more common than is recognized or admitted.
I could see support for Clinton, Gore, Kerry, even Biden. Obama to a much lesser extent, but we all know why he was elected.
Pete Buttigieg? Kamala Harris? That's how far they've sunk, and sentient voters know it.

In 1972 I voted for George McGovern and in 76 I voted for Jimmy Carter. In 77 I went in the Navy and served honorably for 20 years. In 1981 when Ronald Reagan was elected president my eyes were opened. I don't consider myself a republican, but a conservative. It pains me to see so many of my fellow citizens willing to sell out our great country to socialism and communism. MAGA.

Welcome! But, the democrat party is the same party it has always been; they're just wide open to marxism and out in the open now, and they don't care that you know it. That is until it's election time; then they want you to just vote for them, so they can do all the evil that's in their hearts.

In light of what the Democrat Party has become, How in the world would any sane person claim allegiance to the criminal scum who make up her partners.

Welcome Gloria. But you should recognize it was the Obama regime that changed the party for good. They turned everything into a race war and politicized/weaponized every government agency/dept, turning this country into a Soviet style disaster. Law-fare against political enemies is now being done in broad daylight, our youth doesn’t believe this “racist” country is worth believing in or standing for, and they have opened the border for everyone in the third world to enter. Obama promised fundamental change, and we have it. Please understand this Gloria, so you and others will never be stupid enough to repeat.

Welcome aboard our President Trump train heading to washington...I can appreciate what this has been for you...admitting you might be wrong is a difficult move.....but I see you love your country and are trying to do what is best for US...you are in good company...many democrats have moved into the RNC column...I was especially happy when Professor Dershowitz of Harvard joined our ranks and committed to President Trump....

Know exactly how you feel. I also cast my first vote for George McGovern, and kept voting Democrat until we were blessed with Hillary Clinton and I found Sean Hannity on Fox and our beloved Rush on the radio (still miss him, but Dan Bongino is doing well in his time-slot.) Real President Trump all the way....MAGA! I will also join #1 and say Welcome.
