Except when Jose swaps phones with Estella - - and then swaps Estalla's phone with Miguel - - and then swaps Miguel's phone with Juanita - - and then goes on his merry crime spree - - with several degrees of separation between him and his original phone. Gee - - if naïve old me thought of that in five seconds - - what's to stop the criminals from thinking of it just as quickly?

Other posters have already pointed out ways that migrants (illegal aliens) can easily frustrate the supposed intent of this Biden bogus program through the hundreds of thousands of cell phones that can easily be swapped among the migrant (illegal alien) population and sold to others in the big leftist Democrat run inner cities all around the country. When you take a close look at the Biden and leftist Democrat “open borders” program along with their associated other programs designed to frustrate the legitimate enforcement of the U.S. immigration laws, you can only come to one conclusion and that is that Biden and the leftist Democrats are engaged in a massive criminal conspiracy contrary to the intent of the U.S. immigration laws by flooding the USA with as many poor and uneducated foreign peoples as possible from the Third World, who fit within the ethnic and racial (non-White) categories of leftist Democrat identity politics. Beyond that with the political objective of running up minority populations in the USA over the point where those growing minority population groups in a future USA will constitute a vast coalition of minority peoples, of both domestic and foreign origin, who will make up the future majority population throughout the USA. The long-term objective of Biden and the leftist Democrats is to grant a series of Democrat designed “path to citizenship” amnesties, under the guise of immigration reform, to the over twenty million mostly all poor and uneducated illegal aliens who the Democrats believe will become leftist Democrat supporters and future voters in vast numbers thus keeping the leftist Democrats in permanent one party political power in DC, controlling both the Congress and the White House. The Mexican fentanyl dealers and traffickers smuggling massive amounts of very dangerous drugs into the USA by way of the “open border” are helping out the leftist Democrats in changing the population of the USA by killing off about a hundred thousand American young people each year, notice you never hear Biden or the leftist Democrats mention that. At the moment it does not appear that the wimpy Republicans have a clue!

Actually they track everyone with smartphones. If the illegals want to get a newer phone then they just have to go visit Mexico and come back in again.

Those phones are 'tracking' illegals only to be able to find them on Election Day to cast illegal votes. Heck, there's probably voting software on the phones that will automagically pop up on November 8.

no mention of what these phones cost each/retail...what the govt paid for them, what manufacturer, which model, what wholesaler, what carrier(s) are involved...how many they have purchased or contracted to purchase total.

FYI - a couple of years ago, three black guys from Cleveland, Ohio decided to rob the Verizon phone store in my ultra white neighborhood. The robbery was successful, in that they took aobut 12,000 dllars in smart phones, but were caught because alert citizens noted the suspicious placement of the getaway car. At the time, I had verizon cell phones, needed a new phone, went to the store, and the man who waited on me was on duty the day of the armed robbery. When I said I thought it was silly to steal cell phones that could be tracked down, he chickled at my innocence, and explained that such phones are shipped to foreign countires, where pirated software is installed ro bypass any tracking. I suspect that many of these smartphones have already been sold by the illegal immigrants. Or perhaps shipped back to relatives in their home country. Sometimes I wonder how our governement can be so stupid, and then I conjure up a photo of the Secretary of DHS, standing next to Dementia Jo. Then I stop wondering.

Don't all smartphones have a tracking device called GPS?
