An illegal immigrant has been arrested for allegedly raping a “mentally incapacitated” 14-year-old girl in Alabama — prompting the state’s senator to rip President Biden for “aiding and abetting these monsters.” Pablo Mendoza, 23, was arrested Monday in Enterprise, Ala., and charged with first-degree rape for the alleged Feb. 20 incident involving the underage girl, NBC 15 reported. The 14-year-old could not consent due to her being “physically helpless or mentally incapacitated,” according to the outlet, which cited a complaint filed in the Coffee County court system. Mendoza, who is in the US illegally, will be deported to his home country once the case is concluded, Sheriff Scott Byrd told WDHN.

We've been reporting on the huge flood of illegal aliens pouring across the southern border, and for more than three years now, Joe Biden has done nothing substantive to try to slow the flow. In addition to all the resulting problems like the overwhelming of the system, the drugs and crime that has resulted from all this, it puts our nation in great danger because it's a massive national security threat. The Biden team has no idea who is coming across that border.

If things were going swimmingly for Democrats, they wouldn’t be looking to these two to give Joe Biden a hand on the campaign trail. It’s a sign that Democrats aren’t taking any chances since the political landscape changed. The 2024 race is going to be a base election. Trump doesn’t have an issue in that department, but Biden is facing defections among core groups of what was the Obama coalition. As much as Democrats might see dragooning Barack Obama and Bill Clinton out of retirement to help the aging and dementia-ridden president, it also highlights one significant flaw about Biden.
