Former Georgia Lt. Gov. Geoff Duncan (R) revealed that he was going to support a “decent person” like President Joe Biden in the upcoming 2024 presidential election over a “criminal defendant without a moral compass.”
In an op-ed written in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Duncan criticized Republicans who “fall in line” behind former President Donald Trump, labeling it as “disappointing” and arguing that those who decide to support Trump as the Republican presidential nominee are “dead wrong” in that mentality. It’s disappointing to watch an increasing number of Republicans fall in line behind former president Donald Trump,” Duncan began,

The use of phrases such as “pregnant people” or “penis owners” in cultural or political discourse is sometimes met with confusion, or even anger.
Why use these terms when, as some people ask, “only women can get pregnant” or when “only men have penises?”
Those people and institutions using gender-neutral language aim to be cognizant of the fact that sex doesn’t always align with gender identity, said psychiatrist Dr. Jack Drescher, past president of the Group for Advancement of Psychiatry and clinical professor of psychiatry at Columbia University in New York City. And it’s the most inclusive, streamlined way to refer to everyone who, regardless of their gender identity,

Pro-Hamas student protesters at George Washington University are now openly calling for the beheading of the school president and members of the board of trustees.
They allowed this situation to go on for too long and now it’s completely out of control.
As you’ll see in the video below, these students are actually chanting ‘Guillotine, Guillotine!’
NBC 15 News reports: GW president says school needs help from DC police as protesters call for beheadings The president of George Washington University said late Sunday night her school needs the help of local police to restore law and order as

Former Special Prosecutor Nathan Wade said Sunday that his extramarital affair with Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis was “as American as apple pie.”
Wade told ABC News that “workplace romances” like his relationship with Willis “happens to everyone” in his first interview since his resignation from working on the Georgia election interference case against presumptive 2024 Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump in March. “Workplace romances are as American as apple pie,” Wade told ABC News’ Linsey Davis. “It happens to everyone."

Stormy Daniels has taken the stand in Donald Trump’s hush money trial in a bombshell moment.
The porn star will testify about the $130,000 she received to keep quiet about her alleged affair with the former president.
The 77-year-old defendant has denied all claims he had a sexual relationship with Daniels. It is a huge juncture in the trial that prosecutors believe could take another two weeks.
Judge Merchan ruled that Stormy will be able to testify about 'sexual acts' with Trump during her time on the stand. Prosecutor Susan Hoffinger told the judge that there would be 'no descriptions of genitalia or anything.'
'But it’s important to us to

The “woke virus” continues to spread in America.
The Boy Scouts of America has announced a major rebranding as it transitions to “Scouting America,” marking the first name change in its 114-year legacy.
The move is part of the organization’s bid to distance itself from its troubled past marred by a torrent of sexual abuse claims and subsequent bankruptcy while simultaneously embracing “inclusivity.”
The Gateway Pundit reported that the organization was nearly bankrupt after a series of woke decisions, including changing its policies to allow gay leaders and allowing girls to join.

Judas Iscariot was one of Jesus’s 12 Apostles.
In the Garden of Gethsemane the night before Jesus's crucifixion, Judas betrayed Jesus to the Sanhedrin who eventually arrested Jesus.
Jesus predicted this betrayal during the Last Supper. In exchange for his treachery, Judas received thirty pieces of silver. Could he have also been threatened? Who knows? The Bible says nothing about that.
Modern day betrayals, particularly of leaders, occur via carrot or stick, reward or kompromat.
For Judas, the price was a pocket of silver coins. For members of Congress, the price may be a do-nothing board seat, a cable news gig, or stock options worth millions.

Steward Health Care has put all 31 of its hospitals up for sale, after filing for bankruptcy on Monday.
The largest private hospital chain in the US hopes to finalize all transactions by the end of the summer to address $9 billion in debt, its attorneys said at a Tuesday court hearing in Texas.
Steward, which runs hospitals in eight states, hopes to keep all hospitals open in the long term, attorney Ray Schrock said.'Our goal remains that there are zero hospitals closed on our watch,' he said. 'There's going to be a change in ownership in many hospitals, we recognize that.

Black Americans like me are often guilted into defaulting to supporting the Democratic Party — but with friends like the Democrats, who needs enemies?
No matter the paternalistic garbage they regurgitate into party talking points about our existence, we’re supposed to hold our noses and show our support for our political frenemies.
And now the stench of racial-rhetoric bile has emitted from the mouth of Gov. Hochul, with insulting and ignorant comments about black kids.

Fox News legal analyst Jonathan Turley said Tuesday on Fox News Channel’s America Reports that Judge Juan Merchan lost control of the courtroom during Stormy Daniels testimony at former President Donald Trump’s New York business records trial.
Turley said:
You know, the statement of the judge, that he’s surprised there isn’t a higher number of objections from the defense is baffling. The defense objected to putting her on the stand. They then objected to the scope of the questioning, and now the judge sounds like Claude Rains saying I’m shocked, shocked there’s a porn star in my courtroom.

Social Security is expected to run short on funds by 2035, according to a new report.
Social Security relies on its trust funds to provide monthly benefit checks to around 70 million Americans.
But an aging population is pushing up the cost of the program as a smaller share of people are paying into it, and spending is outpacing income. The latest annual report from the Social Security Board of Trustees found that the program will only be able to pay out full benefits for the next 11 years - which is one year later than previous estimates.

WASHINGTON — Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., and his allies beat back a dramatic effort by far-right Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene to oust him from power on Wednesday, ending — for now — months of threats against his speakership.
The lopsided vote to "table" or kill Greene's motion to vacate the speaker's chair was 359-43. Just 10 Republicans voted with Greene, seven Democrats voted present. There were 196 Republicans and 163 Democrats who voted to kill Greene's motion; along with the 11 Republicans, 32 Democrats voted to move forward with her motion to oust Johnson. The vote came after weeks of threats from Greene
