There’s a ton of buzz about the so-called “hush money” trial unfolding in New York City. (snip)This under-explored aspect of the Stormy saga raises a game-changing question: If Stormy’s tale had already hit the newsstands back in 2011 and splashed across Life & Style Magazine, both in print and online, how on earth could she have been “muzzled” later by supposed campaign finance and shady election meddling conspiracies being peddled by Alvin Bragg?

Just has to be read. A complex tale.

Here's what I get from this whole fiasco, and no I didn't read the article. From what I can tell, she blackmailed Trump. She was paid off and signed NDA's. She broke the NDA's and was fined a bunch of millions which she says she'd go to prison before she pays it. Where is a crime in all this on Trump?

#2~ “if anyone can explain this article to me, please do...” - In a 2011 interview, Stormy Daniels “told the story of her affair” to Touch Magazine but it was not published by Touch Magazine; the story was published by Life & Style magazine in 2011. - In 2016, Stormy’s manager, Gina Rodriquez (“a well-connected media operative”) attempted to sell Stormy’s “Trump Story” without success for six months before Michael Cohen took over managing the aftermath of the Access Hollywood tape release. (The Access Hollywood tape was released on October 7, 2016, one month before the 2016 presidential election.) - The question becomes, if Stormy’s story was published in 2011, in print and online, how could Stormy “have been ‘muzzled’ later by supposed campaign finance and shady election meddling conspiracies being peddled by Alvin Bragg?” (Donald John Trump launched his presidential campaign on June 16, 2015.)

Well, #2, basically it boils down to crooked shyster lawyers and lying salacious media propagandists trying to make a buck by printing lies about Donald Trump. Then throw in a little half-hearted blackmail by an aging sex worker whose looks are fading and attributes beginning to sag, so needs some publicity to extend her career a little further. Then the target of these schemes runs for and gets elected President, and the leftist Democrat opposition (and their Republican allies) jump on board with the rest of the schemers to try to poison the Trump 'Brand'. Then, when Trump's Re-election is stolen, the 0'Biden Regime recruits the prior schemers, teams them up with even more shyster lawyers (many of the new ones working for the government), corrupt leftist Judges and more media propagandists, invents 'new laws' to further harass Trump and pay him back' for hindering their other corrupt schemes for four years. And of course this is just ONE of many similar schemes that they are using to 'Get Trump'

Okay, everyone, I think I have it. In 2011, something called TheDirty.com claims that Trump is having an affair with Daniels while Melania was pregnant with Barron. Daniels promptly tells E! that the story is BS but then tried to sell it to something called In Touch Magazine, which refused to publish it but the parent company (Bauer) did publish it in something called Life & Style Magazine. 5 years later, Daniels' manager tries to sell the same story about the now-Presidential candidate but no one is interested because it's old news. What all of this means is that she could not have been muzzled by Trump's lawyers because of what was already public knowledge. But the problem I see is that there's no evidence of ANY of it. Not on anyone's website, not in any archives, no one's blog. Just E-online's mention of the gossip site TheDirty from 13 years ago, and only one of the players involved in the whole mess can be trusted - the defendant, himself.

And now 23 years later this chuck of floating sewage named Bragg has this in court again? LONG after any statuted of limitations and the "indictment" DOES NOT STATE A LAW that was violated. Bragg deserves to be in prison.

agree, #11. we heard often that cohen was the one culpable of having the affair with wotzerface. AND that he himself was juggling books and entries, to secretly pay this woman for her 'services' to himself--not pdt, who was not involved. later, 2018-ish, both of the grifters admitted to the scam in writing. she was held responsible for paying trump hundreds of thousands-but refuses to do so, claiming she'd rather do time. that's why they label this alvin the chipmunk case as a ''zombie'' case; rejected by everybody. but noooooo, it wasn't 'really over' because they needed something fast, and decided it was merely an 'undead' voodoo case shuffling about brainlessly, like you-know-who.

I'm not aware that Trump is on trial for "Muzzling" Stormy Daniels. Can anyone succinctly state the actual crime(s) alleged by Bragg, outside of some fantasy campaign felony, a federal matter, in Bragg's tortured mind? What law of the state of New York is Trump alleged to have broken (i.e., the statutory purpose of the trial), outside of a misdemeanor violation that is beyond the statute of limitations date? The article appears to be the answer to a problem that doesn't exist, but implies that the information within is game-changing with regard to "muzzling."

#19~ “I'm not aware that Trump is on trial for "Muzzling" Stormy Daniels. Can anyone succinctly state the actual crime(s) alleged by Bragg, ...” ~~~~ The following excerpts are from an article written by Roger Kimball dated April 14, 2024 published by American Greatness. ~ New York District Attorney Alvin Bragg is holding a 34-count felony trial against President Trump. ~ He is being charged with paying Stormy Daniels to keep quiet about an alleged sexual encounter in 2006. Paying someone to sign a non-disclosure agreement is not a crime. ~ In New York, falsifying business records can be a misdemeanor but the statute of limitations on that expired; therefore, Mr. Bragg must charge felonies, which under New York law means showing that Mr. Trump cooked the books with ‘intent to commit another crime or to aid or conceal the commission thereof.’ That, however, requires special dispensation. The 2017 payments are outside the five-year felony window, but state judge Juan Merchan ruled that Mr. Bragg enjoys an extra year of leeway after emergency COVID-19 executive orders stopped the clock on legal cases. ~ Mr. Kimball wrote this is not a partisan issue; it is an issue of fundamental fairness and the impartial application of the law. He notes that Andrew McCarthy, a staunch critic of Donald Trump, is under no illusions about what Alvin Bragg is attempting to do in his prosecution of Trump. “He turns an uncharged misdemeanor into 34 felonies.” Mr. McCarthy noted that Alvin Bragg “while dealing with violent crime in Manhattan, he turns felonies into misdemeanors.” ~ The “Wall Street Journal” is not an enthusiastic supporter of Donald Trump but an enthusiastic supporter of the rule of law, which is why it is officially appalled by what is happening in what can only be called a show trial. ... Mr. Bragg uses a weak and untested legal premise to ‘put the other party’s presidential nominee on trial during the 2024 campaign.’ ~ Mark Levin describes Trump’s trial as ‘one of the most horrendous events in American legal history: a Stalinist-like trial...that should never have seen the light of day.’ Mr. Levin states the establishment hates Donald Trump but they also hate you. By terrorizing Trump they hope to terrorize you. By going after Donald Trump and putting him outside the protection of the law in order to neutralize him politically, the regime is simultaneously undermining your rights and legal protections.

The whole incident was reviewed by federal agencies and determined there was no law broken or enough evidence to charge Trump with a crime. Bragg was paid by George Soros with election money and Bragg is repaying that by prosecuting Trump. You can't jack up offenses from a misdemeanor to a felony after the statute of limitations ran out on the misdemeanor. This whole trial is not worth the money New York is spending.

Proclaiming Biden to be a “great” president, as The New Republic recently did, is akin to saying Pete Buttigieg is a “great” Secretary of Transportation…as trains keep derailing, plane parts fall from the sky, and ports are closed due to errant container ships and bridge collapses. But, keep in mind, The New Republic is to journalism what White Castle is to haute cuisine.

The Department of Justice announced the indictment of U.S. Representative Henry Cuellar (D-TX) and his wife, Imelda, on charges of accepting bribes. Cuellar, the representative for Texas 28th Congressional District, has been in office since 2005. DOJ officials stated that the congressman and his wife are charged with accepting nearly $600,000 in bribes from an energy company in Azerbaijan. Cuellar and his wife appeared before Magistrate Judge Dena Palermo in Houston. Prosecutors claim the couple accepted the bribes from the energy company controlled by the Government of Azerbaijan

The founder and CEO of telehealth and online pharmacy Hims took to social media on Wednesday to encourage anti-Israel protesters on college campuses to continue in those efforts because companies like his will be "eager" to hire them. Andrew Dudum, who founded Hims in 2017, said anti-Israel campus protesters are making a difference and drew a contrast to other executives who have said the antisemitic demonstrations have made those involved in campus protests unemployable. "Moral courage > College degree," Dudum wrote on X. "If you're currently protesting against the genocide of the Palestinian people & for your university's divestment from Israel, keep going. It's working."
