Anti-capitalism is back in fashion. Even Marxism, which many had declared dead after the collapse of socialism, is experiencing a renaissance. Books such as those by the left-wing French economist Thomas Piketty are popular. In my home country, Germany, a book called Das Ende des Kapitalismus (The End of Capitalism), whose author advocates the introduction of a planned economy, has climbed the bestseller lists. She cites the British war economy of the Second World War as a potential model. In her opinion, we should introduce this kind of economic system as quickly as possible, as it is the only way we can save our planet.

I’ll bet you didn’t know that cutting the capital gains tax or the death tax is “racist.”
Believe it or not, that’s the latest contention by the Biden administration, which seems to view every policy issue through the prism of not what’s best for the American economy but race and victimhood.
In a new report, “Advancing Equity through Tax Reform,” the Biden Treasury Department examined stock and home ownership in America by race.
The study concludes lower tax rates on capital gains income “disproportionately benefited White families relative to Black, Hispanic, and other racial/ethnic groups.”
It found more than 90% of the benefits went to whites.

Buzzy healthcare company Hims & Hers lost nearly $210 million in stock value in a single day after the company’s CEO said he and other executives were “eager” to hire anti-Israel student protesters who’ve faced disciplinary actions from their universities.
The online sexual health and pharmaceutical company plummet 8% on Friday from its opening price of $12.24 to $11.26 — just two days after Palestinian-American CEO Andrew Dudum said companies would be happy to have the protesters and encouraged them to apply to Hims and Hers.
“Moral courage > College degree,” Dudum tweeted on Thursday, amid the nationwide anti-Israel protests at universities that have seen more than 2,100 people arrested.

The Republican National Committee on Friday filed a federal lawsuit seeking to prevent Nevada from counting mail ballots received after Election Day, as the state’s law currently permits.
The law, passed by Democrats in 2021, permits the tallying of mail ballots received up to four days after Election Day, provided the envelopes are postmarked before the end of the day. The lawsuit says the provision also assumes that envelopes received three days after Election Day that don’t have a postmark indicating otherwise were posted in time.

Hamas said Thursday that it was sending a delegation to Egypt for further cease-fire talks, in a new sign of progress in attempts by international mediators to hammer out an agreement between Israel and the militant group to end the war in Gaza.
After months of stop-and-start negotiations, the cease-fire efforts appear to have reached a critical stage, with Egyptian and American mediators reporting signs of compromise in recent days. But chances for the deal remain entangled with the key question of whether Israel will accept an end to the war without reaching its stated goal of destroying Hamas.

Democratic lawmakers are sounding the alarm over what they see as conservative justices and judges tipping the scales in favor of former President Trump in two federal cases.
The two cases accuse the former president of attempting to subvert the 2020 election and obstructing justice related to his handling of classified documents. Some Democratic senators suggest conservative justices on the Supreme Court are playing politics by slow-walking special counsel Jack Smith’s case related to the events of Jan. 6, 2021, so that there’s no chance of it reaching a verdict before Election Day.

Trump is on trial in NYC over an alleged $130,000 payment to Daniels to keep her quiet during the 2016 election — which he has denied.
On Thursday night, Avenatti tweeted, “Keith Davidson is lying. After I confronted her w/ her own text msgs, Daniels admitted to me in early 2019 that she & Davidson had extorted Trump in Oct. 2016 – it was a shakedown. This was one of the many reasons I fired her as a client in Feb. 2019.”
Davidson testified in court on Thursday with his version of the events surrounding the supposed “hush money”

A new poll from Kaplan Strategies shows Donald Trump leading Joe Biden by 15 points in Michigan, a state that Biden won in 2020.
Is this poll an outlier? Other polls have shown Trump with an edge in Michigan, but not by this much.
Either way, this has got to strike fear in the hearts of Democrats. Six months ahead of the November election, former President Donald Trump is leading Democrat incumbent Joe Biden by a whopping 15 points in Michigan, a key swing state. According to a Kaplan Strategies survey, the former president polled 51 percent to 36 percent in the battleground state.

Currently, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., has a hold on some conservatives because he was opposed to vaccines. However, being right about one thing doesn’t mean RFK Jr. is right about all things or even many things. In fact, as an unearthed clip from 2005 shows, RFK Jr., in common with the rest of the Democrat party, thinks conservatives are violent and immoral. The problem, though, is that there are serious logical flaws underlying his claims.
MxM News unearthed RFK Jr.’s scathing red state indictment—and do keep in mind that he’s never walked any of this back, something that would indicate that he’s grown in wisdom or lessened in prejudice:

T]he Iran-backed Hamas terror group is again trying to dupe gullible Westerners, including the Biden administration and the European Union, into believing that it has accepted the "two-state solution."
The Hamas official would not have dared to utter similar nonsense to an Arab media outlet. He knows that here his lies are directed at English-speaking audiences, who tend to swallow whole the baloney spouted by Israel's enemies.
The Hamas official wants everyone to believe that his group is ready to stop killing Jews for a period of five years "or more" if it gets the West Bank, Gaza Strip and east Jerusalem.

You may have heard of the protests in Tbilisi, Georgia recently. The protests are framed around what the State Dept and CIA call “Russian favored” legislation.
The Georgia legislation essentially says that domestic lobbyists, NGO’s, entities, groups and individuals who are funded more than 20% by foreign interests need to register as such.
Essentially, the USA law we call the Foreign Agent Registration Act (FARA), is what the country of Georgia is enacting in their own political landscape. However, the USA is not happy about the Georgia law to disclose the source of foreign funding (most of it anti-government) because the USA (specifically the State Dept and CIA)

Before getting to the remarks in the video below, about “living through the greatest Western population bust in human history,” let me first bring attention to something I recently noticed.
While visiting Russia, there are several social factors exclusive to this nation. Some of the distinctions are relatively new, (resurgence of religion and faith supported by the state), and some of the developments have been taking place over a longer arc of history, (expanded national population, and family incentives supported by the state).
