UN Secretary-General Demands End to ‘Fossil
Fuel,’ Claims It’s ‘Inevitable’

The United Nations (UN) Secretary-General demands a total phase out of fossil fuels — to stop a “climate crisis” that doesn’t actually exist. How dare you own a car despite the fact there’s weather, you cretinous serf! Speaking at the World Economic Forum’s (WEF) Davos 2024 conference, António Guterres condescendingly lectured about his favorite topic (when he’s not supporting Palestinian jihadis against Israel): the alleged crisis of climate change. Because climate alarmists have only been dead wrong for 50+ years, so we know they’re right this time. “2023 went down as the hottest year on record,” Guterres lied. “But it could be one of the coolest years [of] the future.”

The Largest Known Reserves of Fossil Fuels are not in Saudi Arabia, Russia or even the USA. The Largest reserves are on Saturn's moon, Titan. Satellites reveal that Titan has hundreds of times more oil and gas than all the known reserves on planet Earth. I wonder what fossils made that fuel?

FTA: “The media has recently reported that U.S. fossil fuel industry has launched yet another multi-million dollar campaign to kneecap progress and keep the oil and gas flowing indefinitely,” Guterres gloomily noted. Dead wrong. Real progress for the human condition began when oil and gas began being used to fuel the Industrial Revolution, not in spite of it. The "progress" the UN Sec General references, like our democrat's hide behind, is a code word for creeping communism. I'd rather die on a battlefield fighting these proto-communists than willingly wait in my cold, dark home to starve to death. Those are steadily shaping up to be our stark choices. American leadership should make the stakes crystal clear; but first, the American people need to make it clear to those who would lead, that the pseudo-science policies being pushed to halt "climate change" by our resident left wing politicians and their allies at the UN, that Americans will not give up the very lifeblood of civilization to a bunch of ignorant, effeminate control freaks and greasy haired Karens.

For the past 50 years the climate cult has been claiming that, in 10 years, we would reach the point that extension was inevitable. During this time all these alarmists have been flying to environmental conferences on private planes burning huge amounts of fossil fuel one or more times a year. If they were serious, they would teleconference. If all fossil fuels were eliminated, many would have to travel by sailing ships to get to the conferences. They are talking nonsense.

Oil was not caused by dead Dinosaurs or sea creatures. Oil is a byproduct of the Earth's core and composition and time and our sun. It's not rocket science and it's not pseudo science like dead Dinosaurs. Tell the UN to take their pseudo scientists and leave the US. We are citizens of the USA, not slaves to the UN.

Even if economical sources of hydrocarbon fuels were exhausted, with adequate energy such as nuclear power can provide it would be possible to create synthetic fuels. In WWII, Germany was creating synthetic fuels from coal, so technology to support ICE powered vehicles does not depend upon the known reserves of oil and gas. Directional drilling and fracking have made the available oil and gas resources much larger than seemed possible a few decades ago. There is no technical reason to abandon the energy sources that power our modern world. Those that wish to legislate an end to our known technology would take us into a dark age of 3rd world squalor and widespread starvation.

You first, Mr. Secretary General, you first. - Start by walking everywhere you go, especially in New York City. - Take public transport only when you can't walk, and even then, take the lowest carbon emitter possible... like a Dirigible to cross the Atlantic. - If you ride a bike, make sure the tires are made from natural rubber, if you can find them these days. - Turn off the gas stove and furnace. Only wind and solar powered heating and cooling will suffice. - Shed the nylon, polyester, and plastic buttons on your clothing. - No more plastic lenses and frames for your optical wear. Carved wood, wire, and glass only. - Most medicines are made from the evil stuff you want to ban; so, no medications for you! Suggesting you buy a book on natural remedies. Good luck.

Polish news outlet Radio Zet portal reported "over northern and central Poland, the GPS signal was again jammed," with Warsaw, Łódź, Tricity and Olsztyn among cities affected and that Swedish military intelligence agency MUST was investigating the cause. Other Polish news outlets reported disturbances and an interference map available on the gpsjam.org website showed the extent of GPS problems across much of Poland, with a high level of interference over Kaliningrad, the Russian enclave that borders the country.

The House approved the bill in a vote of 314 to 108, with 107 Republicans and 207 Democrats supporting the proposal. The House speaker, Republican Mike Johnson, took up the bill under suspension of the rules, so he needed two-thirds of the chamber to support the legislation to get it passed. In a potentially worrisome sign for Johnson, 106 Republicans opposed the bill as hard-right members of the conference called for steeper spending cuts.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu issued a veiled rebuke to U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken on Thursday night, pushing back against Blinken’s claim that Israel could not defeat Hamas in Gaza, and that it should accept a Palestinian state. Without naming Blinken specifically, Netanyahu criticized those who, he said wanted to tie Israel’s hands and said that Israel could not win. On Wednesday, reports emerged that Blinken had told Netanyahu last week that Israel would not succeed in destroying Hamas’s military capabilities — an assertion at odds with Israel’s ongoing military success, and strong Israeli public support for the war. The new estimates – which could not be confirmed – are over 100 miles longer than the original numbers, which placed the tunnel network at around 250 miles long, the outlet noted. In a Wuhan-esque study, Chinese scientists are experimenting with a mutant COVID-19 strain that is 100% lethal to “humanized” mice. The deadly virus — known as GX_P2V — attacked the brains of mice that were engineered to reflect genetic makeup similar to people, according to a study shared last week out of Beijing. “This underscores a spillover risk of GX_P2V into humans and provides a unique model for understanding the pathogenic mechanisms of SARS-CoV-2-related viruses,” the authors wrote. The deadly virus is a mutated version of GX/2017, a coronavirus cousin that was reportedly discovered in Malaysian pangolins in 2017 — three years before the pandemic.
