Biden Wishes He Could’ve Met Trump ‘Head

President Joe Biden suggested Friday he would have liked to fight former President Donald Trump when they were children, echoing similar rhetoric he has used, fantasizing about a physical confrontation with his rival. During an appearance on Sirius XM’s Howard Stern Show on Friday, Stern and Biden were discussing Biden’s stuttering difficulties as a child when he said he would have liked to meet Trump “head to head” “in the neighborhood.” (X Video) “But by that time, I was over most of the stuttering, but like, for example, you know, I mean, Trump makes fun of me,” Biden said.

Infantile lunatic. And Trump, when he was younger, was a good enough prospect that he could’ve played pro baseball so I tend to think that old Joey boy would probably get the wrong end of any such encounter; besides which Trump grew up in Queens, New York, not necessarily a cushy borough. in the last analysis it’s hard to believe that our actual chief executive says stuff like this. I wonder who he thinks he’s pandering to? Who is enough of an imbecile to believe any of this claptrap?

Another oddity about Joe-Pop - no one ever comes forward and says they were friends with him in his salad days. You'd think his old pals would share their tall tales about his exploits on the gridiron, warding off Corn Pop, standing up to the segregationists, or when Joe landed on the Top 10 Bachelors list as soon as his first wife tragically died. (Who maintains that list by-the-way?).

The interview, hosted by Stephanie Ruhle, saw the 80-year-old actor on an unhinged rant against Trump, likening his leadership to that of Hitler, a comparison Musk was quick to challenge. De Niro, who is suffering from severe Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS), argued that Trump exhibited traits dangerously similar to infamous dictators, like Hitler, claiming his re-election could lead to chaos akin to that seen in Nazi Germany. The whole segment is an example of “leftwing propaganda churn” from legacy media.

Elite higher education in America -- long unquestioned as globally preeminent -- is facing a perfect storm. Fewer applicants, higher costs, impoverished students, collapsing standards, and increasingly politicized and mediocre faculty reflect a collapse of the university system. The country is waking up to the reality that a bachelor's degree no longer equates with graduates being broadly educated and analytical. Just as often, they are stereotyped as pampered, largely ignorant, and gratuitously opinionated. No wonder polls show a drastic loss of public respect for higher education and, specifically, a growing lack of confidence in the professoriate.

Of the 19 new recipients receiving the country's top civilian honor, five were party leaders: Gore, former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, former Secretary of State John Kerry, Rep. Jim Clyburn - who single-handedly saved Biden's 2020 presidential run - and former New York City Michael Bloomberg. Adding a big of glamour to the mix was Academy Award-winning actress Michelle Yeoh, the first Asian-American to receive an Oscar, Olympic swimmer Katie Ledecky, who is set to compete

The founder and CEO of telehealth and online pharmacy Hims took to social media on Wednesday to encourage anti-Israel protesters on college campuses to continue in those efforts because companies like his will be "eager" to hire them. Andrew Dudum, who founded Hims in 2017, said anti-Israel campus protesters are making a difference and drew a contrast to other executives who have said the antisemitic demonstrations have made those involved in campus protests unemployable. Former President Donald Trump has laid out the most concrete timeline yet for when he might select his running mate for the 2024 Republican ticket. “I’ll be picking, but probably not too much before the convention, which I happen to be having in the great state of Wisconsin,” the presumptive GOP nominee told FOX 6 Milwaukee during a campaign visit to the battleground state Wednesday. The Republican National Convention will be held in Milwaukee July 15-18. Traditionally, the vice presidential nominee will address the delegates on the penultimate night of the gathering. In 2016, Trump picked then-Indiana Gov. Mike Pence as his running mate in the final week before the convention,

Democratic lawmakers are sounding the alarm over what they see as conservative justices and judges tipping the scales in favor of former President Trump in two federal cases. The two cases accuse the former president of attempting to subvert the 2020 election and obstructing justice related to his handling of classified documents. Some Democratic senators suggest conservative justices on the Supreme Court are playing politics by slow-walking special counsel Jack Smith’s case related to the events of Jan. 6, 2021, so that there’s no chance of it reaching a verdict before Election Day.
