Barr Confirms Multiple Intel Agencies
Implicated In Anti-Trump Spy Operation

The Federalist, by Mollie Hemingway

Original Article

Posted By:Pluperfect, 4/11/2019 5:13:23 AM

“Spying on a political campaign is a big deal,” Attorney General William Barr told a Senate committee on Wednesday morning. Barr’s comments came in the context of potential Justice Department reviews of the Trump-Russia investigation and how it began in 2016. While it is important that the top law enforcement in the United States publicly acknowledged that the Obama administration and its intelligence agencies surveilled its domestic political opponents during the heat of a presidential election, it is what he said next that was most startling: that the CIA and other federal agencies

“Spying on a political campaign is a big deal”

Well, yes. And one would think, given those extreme and dangerous waters, that the agencies would make SURE their ducks were all in a row before proceeding; getting clear buy-in and working with oversight bodies to make sure they did things correctly.

Instead, they proceeded in amateurish ways, and proceeded like children KNOWING they were behaving badly and trying to avoid being caught.

Except, they needed to brag to their friends to make this work. So they ran to their friends in Congress; Reid, McCain, etc. and friends in the government; the state department, and other agencies; and they all went directly and indirectly to the media to leak a flood of lies, all of it ILLEGALLY.

It seemed like information was pouring in from EVERYWHERE, but it was ALL from the same source with NO validity to be found ANYWHERE.

The plan was, like recalcitrant children, not to be held accountable but like those difficult children, their actions became rather obvious.

This attack on a presidential candidate was a CONSPIRACY. It involved the "Intelligence" organizations, the DOJ, the FBI, the State department, foreign operatives, the DNC, Hillary´s campaign, probably many senior dems, McCain and perhaps other RINOs, and possibly many others including BO´s White House and maybe BO himself. It was massive.

The attack was illegal. There was NO verifiable foundation for the spying and they KNEW it. They faked up the ridiculous "validation" they used, the dossier.

The leaking of an investigation was illegal.

They grossly abused their authority and acted as a criminal organization.

I wonder if this could be treated as a RICO violation? Obstruction of justice is a qualifying trigger.

Unlike HRC and BHO, the American people just want justice not revenge. I pray that we get it for the sake of the Republic. This coup will remain as an elephant in the room if these people are not indicted, arrested and jailed. The democrats have destroyed the trust the American people had in their government and for that they should pay a high price. Justice must be done in order to right this wrong. I pray that there are men and women of integrity who love this country and will not rest until the American people are satisfied with the result.

I´ve posted this previous if Barr goes for the middle level of seditious traitors like the Ohrs, Comey, Brennen, Clapper and others all roads will lead to Clinton and Obama. Starting at the top and working down is not the way.
Once any of these bad actors is ´pinched´ they might just start singing to make a deal with Barr´s investigators.

Yes, a good report by a good reporter.

FTA:
"This is a scandal of epic proportions. It is one that threatens the foundations of constitutional government. It is a direct attack on American democracy."

Yes, this has been known for over a year to those following The Conservative Treehouse, and other serious investigations like John Solomon and Sara Carter, largely publicized on Sean Hannity on Fox.

Now, we need to get down to the business of cleaning house, indicting, convicting and imprisoning at least 10 to 15 of the top people now or formerly at the FBI, CIA, DoJ and State Dept. The Obama administration was fundamentally corrupt, top to bottom.

Why the Census Citizenship Question Matters

Much noise has been made about reinstating a citizenship question on the 2020 census, the subject of Tuesday’s Supreme Court arguments. The objections to the citizenship question revolve around unjustified hysteria and the unfortunate, but growing, notion that citizenship doesn’t matter. As attorney general of Oklahoma, I filed an amicus curiae brief joined by 16 other states in support of the citizenship question, in part to bring some sober thinking that should quell the unreasonable panic. Let’s start with the Constitution: It gives Congress the power to conduct the “Enumeration …

I hereby nominate Eric Holder for the inaugural Nobel Prize for Chutzpah. Obama’s initial attorney general, the first black American to hold that office, has a ton of nerve to lecture Attorney General William Barr about releasing the Mueller Report. “The attorney general of the United States is the people’s lawyer, not the president’s lawyer,” Holder said Thursday in Chicago’s Rogers Park district. “You have a responsibility to run the Justice Department in a way that is not political.” This is not the same Holder who served Obama.

Elizabeth Warren may be the least jolly member of the Senate, but she is nonetheless offering up her best Santa Claus impersonation as she seeks the Democratic presidential nomination, complete with a trillion-dollar-a-decade student-loan giveaway — to be paid for by those on her naughty list. Senator Warren proposes to pay off Americans’ student loans in a tiered fashion: Up to $50,000 in bailouts for those earning up to $100,000 a year, gradually phased out to $0.00 for those earning $250,000 a year or more. That would eliminate all student debt for about 75 percent of borrowers

Speaker Nancy Pelosi´s (D-Calif.) near-term effort to tamp down talk of impeaching President Trump could have the paradoxical effect of building support for that very step. Pelosi and Democratic leaders this week launched a series of aggressive investigations into the myriad allegations facing the president, many stemming from special counsel Robert Mueller´s recently released report on Russia´s 2016 election interference. The strategy is designed, in part, to dampen the growing calls for impeachment — a move Pelosi considers premature — by assuring her troops that party leaders have no intention of letting Trump off the hook.

Nathaniel Hawthorne, call your office. Hester Prynne, your fictional protagonist, had a scarlet letter “A” imprinted on her dress, to wear in public and thus advertise to the end of her life her adulterous relationship. Hester was ostracized, a punishment visited on Donald Trump by various public- and private-life segments of the Never Trump coalition: academics, Hollywood and above all, left-wing mainstream press. Hester, doing penance to the end of her life, stuck to her knitting; Trump, for the remainder of his first term, and perhaps, for a full second term, plans to stick to his — being president.

No good deed goes unpunished. Similarly, it seems no well-intentioned piece of legislation is ever used as intended. This could not be more true than when it comes to the Endangered Species Act of 1973 (“ESA”). In 1972, then-President Nixon charged Congress with establishing a “stronger law to protect endangered species of wildlife.” President Nixon wanted the federal government to be able to step in earlier to aid in the recovery of endangered species and, for the first time, to make “shooting, trapping, or other taking of endangered species,” a federal offense. Congress responded to the president

The release of the report by special counsel Robert Mueller has unleashed a furious debate within the Democratic Party over the need to commence impeachment proceedings against President Trump. Mueller was anything but subtle in his pointed discussion of how Congress can deal with the “corrupt exercise of the powers of office” within “our constitutional system of checks and balances and the principle that no person is above the law.” In writing those words, Mueller put Democrats in Congress in a more uncomfortable position than he did Trump. Indeed, Trump seems quite satisfied with defining victory as avoiding indictment.

The truth of violations of law by the Obama White House, long buried, is being excavated by two private groups. Judicial Watch has obtained testimony from a top FBI official that Hillary home brew server emails were found in the White House. This means that Barrack Obama’s illegal handling of classified information contained in those emails is closer to being exposed. This implicates him in the same felonies committed by Hillary Clinton that James Comey falsely claimed “no reasonable prosecutor” would pursue.
