Given that Da Judge is in a protected class (Female, Amoral, Black, and (this is key: appointed), look for there to be a bit of media hoopla. Then Iran or some other hot issue will interrupt the news cycle. And all will be forgiven…..(and more importantly), FORGOTTEN.

Obama-Biden unleashed a barbaric bolshevik horde of black-robed vandals. Her behavior says a lot about the state of the federal judiciary, which I believe should be abolished in favor of elected state judges.

While I do think the punishment was light, this judge's career is effectively over. As the article points out, she will be unable to hear a host of cases in her court due to her perceived bias. If she does not recuse herself, her verdicts may very well be overturned by a higher court. She also can never get promoted up the judicial food chain. Additionally, every time she goes out in public, people will view her as the judge stupid enough to cheat on her spouse in the middle of the day in her office for all to hear. If I were in her shoes, I would resign, change my name, move to a small town , and become the local lawyer everyone calls when they need to sue their neighbor over a trivial matter.

That private reprimand would ONLY be done for a black judge. Any white judge would have been fired on the spot. She should be forced to leave the job.

Ziegler concisely reports the facts and identifies “the subject judge,” as the Eleventh Circuit Judicial Council Order gingerly puts it, or “the Subject Judge,” as the 20-page memorandum attached to the Order gingerly puts it. Ziegler has identified Judge Eleanor Ross of the Northern District of Georgia as the Subject Judge. To defray its cost, he is raising and spending money through his principal campaign committee, Friends of Bernie Sanders. Even as Sanders rails against billionaires' political clout and economic inequality, his committee has relied on elite trappings more commonly associated with the wealthy.
