From the jump, we all know the E. Jean Carroll story smelled fishy. It was a very obvious political hit job against President Trump. And it came at a time when Dems were throwing everything they had at him to try and end his political aspirations for 2024(snip)
The issue is all about her testimony… specifically about the funding of the case. She allegedly said no one besides herself was paying her legal fees, even though it later came out that a nonprofit backed by billionaire Dem donor (and Epstein Island fanboy) Reid Hoffman helped fund her entire case.
Hoffman is a major Democrat donor and a big-time Trump hater.

She definitely needs help. Probably going to lose everything along with jail time. She needs to start working on the ' I'm insane' defense.

The very thought of Donald Trump lurking around a department store in desperate pursuit of a woman to accost/rape is beyond preposterous! And.not one single person heard or saw a thing.
There would have been a mile-long line of gorgeous women in pursuit of him back then.
How could anyone have taken her story seriously???

They changed the law to make the case possible , George Conway is running in this as if it’s some kind of ‘victory’ over Trump.

"the Dem hero may be the one who’s wearing an orange jumpsuit"
Gee, when the dust settles, why is it almost always the dem who turns out to be the criminal? Maybe it's just in their DNA. With people like Carroll and Hoffman as examples, the ditz and the dem mafia Don, no wonder things turn out like they do.
The worst thing is, the dems have been doing this stuff for decades (Clintoons, Obama, Biden, numerous Congress critters, ...) and were just better at getting away with it. Finally, they are getting exposed and caught.

Anything involving EJ Carroll was total BS from the very beginning. It was a total abuse of power, and it went all the way to the top. Biden and Harris were complete BS. They had no business running this country. Didn't they think they might eventually be held accountable? The environment they created around Trump had much to do with why they lost and Trump won. They were trying to throw their opponent in jail and barring that, get him killed. This is not what we want running America.

Anyone who has been raped knows that women was lying. Every detail is remembered! Every detail. this sorry excuse for women could not remember when this rape happened. Because she was lying. Also, that judge should be disbarred FOREVER. Any judge that presides over a rape case, has a pretty good idea if someone is lying. The whole thing was a set up. Anyone could se that. Even Ray Charles would have see right thru this shake down.

She forgot that she wasn’t the one funding her legal case? You’d think someone could remember the large amount of legal fees being paid out of their own wallet. Kinda like you’d think someone could remember the circumstances of having been raped.
She needs to lose every cent of her settlement and be forced to pay it back to Trump with interest. I hope that she winds up pushing a stolen grocery cart around the streets of NYC and sleeping on a subway grate.

So E Jean, what else have you been lying about?

Donald Trump has a demonstrated history of choosing drop dead gorgeous, smart women. E. Jean Carroll does not meet any of these attributes and Donald Trump would not touch her with a ten-foot pole.

#16, finding that many idiots in NYC would be an easy job, especially if the judge is in your pocket.
#6, the tax implications should be on the NGO violating tax rules on political expenditures. These Dem tax-exempt organizations should lose their status. Hoffman got a huge tax deduction for donating money that flowed to the lawyer for legal fees.

Her entire testimony was perjury. Hoffman’s people told her not to reveal where her backing was coming from so the easiest thing to do was lie about it. What’s one more lie on top of this entire invented story? No one will go to jail and the whole story on a criminal investigation will fade away in a week or two.

I prefer my cousin's version of that quote: "Oh, what tangled webs we knit when first we seek to shovel Schiff!!"
Seems more appropriate in this case!

Not only is she repulsive, physically (even back then), but she's even more so mentally. It's highly improbable that anyone of his social-stature would stoop so low as to make the "encounter" with her into fact. By the way, any billionaire I've ever seen has an assistant, aka "handler," and at least one "bodyguard" around him to such extent as to make the encounter she claims into a near impossibility. A fact most don't realize is that "billionaires" belong less to "themselves" than to their "Board(s) of Directors." If their CEO winds up in jail/court/prison, it not only tarnishes the "brand(s)," but, more importantly (to them), disrupts the flow of "business," a fact most "has-been" magazine-writers lack any relevant understanding. The Board would rather put up with "the young man" expensing high-class hookers than committing "r**e." The act of r**e is heinous evil unleashed upon an innocent and vulnerable victim, inflicting injuries that no "medicine" can heal. God thinks "so much" of the perpetrator as to demand society execute them, posthaste. People of "high net-worth" routinely refuse to cultivate "dead-end" activities, realizing their precious time is better spent making more money, or business deals. They also don't pursue "low self-esteem ambitions," which take them into a dark and lonely places, and the heartlessly destructive crime of "ra*e" is a subway ticket to one of the darkest places of all.

E. Jean Carroll is one sick puppy. Why in the world would a jury believe her and her crazy story about President Trump? Could the jurors that voted be as sick as her? Another TDS story.

I'm guessing the truth is probably on Trump's side. She's one of those women who makes nasty with a man and when scorned, decides to seek some sort of imagined revenge. The truth is, he couldn't even "drink her pretty."
