As Los Angeles voters prepare to head to the polls next week, reality TV star and online influencer-turned-mayoral candidate Spencer Pratt has gained surprising momentum in the race for mayor. He's racked up endorsements from fellow reality stars as well as famous actors, musicians and media personalities. Despite a growing list of high-profile supporters, Pratt said in an interview on "Gutfeld!" on Thursday that celebrity endorsements are not a priority for his campaign. "I actually don't want celebrities to come out and endorse me," he said, adding the only endorsements he wants are from "the moms and the animal lovers in L.A."

Comments:

Several names I don't recognize, but Meghan McCain? Not a good look for Pratt. He'd best get some body armor if he wins.

He doesn'r want celeb end=orsements. He is a real peerson wirh real plans foe LA. As he said he wants the support of "moms and animal lovers". Remember that actor Ronald Reagan became oresident - his only leadership role was as president of the Sdreen Actors Guild. And he had just swithed from "lifelong liberal Democrat" to Republican. He appealed ro both as it turned out. Ideas, policies. It is about knowing what real people want and need.

The Democrats will cheat tooth and nail to make sure Pratt is not Los Angeles's next mayor. They are very good at it.

I knew who the top five are, barely heard of #6, and never heard of any of the rest of them. And I wouldn't change my vote based on a celebrity endorsement. Ever.

America’s political and cultural divisions are increasingly finding their way into the nation’s courtrooms. From bitter jury-room disputes to unusually public clashes among Supreme Court justices, the judiciary – long considered the most restrained and deliberate of America’s institutions – is beginning to reflect the same polarization reshaping much of American public life. Courts were once the federal branch of government least likely to generate headlines for hot tempers or personal attacks. Increasingly, they are starting to look like everything else. A Warning Sign From the Jury Box A recent Wall Street Journal report by Corinne Ramey offers a striking introduction to the problem.

The measure, S3785, would prohibit the use of certain ingredients based on their classification as potential carcinogens. Among them is potassium bromate, a dough-strengthening agent used in some commercial bread and pizza doughs, though not all pizzerias rely on it. The bill also takes aim at a range of additives and food dyes, and includes restrictions on what can be served in school lunches in an effort to improve children’s health.

Indeed, she claimed he had to do it because they were fearful Hunter would be targeted by Trump. That took some kind of gall, after the lawfare efforts against Trump for years. Jill also got a lot of backlash for saying she had never seen anything like Joe's confusion during the debate before or since, claiming she thought he was having a stroke or medical issue.
