Iranian Prince in Exile Reza Pahlavi Delivers

Two years after the Russia-Ukraine war began, people kept wondering why I continued to ask why no western media were boots on the ground in Ukraine delivering news of the conflict. I called it “world war reddit” for a reason. That question loomed even bigger given the relentless on-the-ground reporting over the U.S-Iran conflict. Why were/are international journalists almost immediately embedded in Iran to cover the details of the conflict, yet that same approach never took place in Ukraine. For Ukraine there was no daily reports on the fighting; no frontline reports with journalists in helmets and flak jackets;

Journalism is a dying field. It used to be who, what, where, when and how. I think now their professors teach the art of persuasion.

That whole war seems like an Eastern block scam to bilk the US into bankruptcy. Reagan did it to them. Let Western Europe deal with it.

Journalists have become (deservedly so) pariahs among regular people! They have taken the place of pimps and prostitutes in the level of respect in polite society!

The media sucks the world over. Why are they all lined up against the United States? Are they afraid that their carefully constructed false narratives, propaganda and outright lies will be exposed to the sunlight or are they just keeping the pot stirred so they can continue to perform their useless jobs?

Well yes, the Iranian prince is not in Iran fighting with his people. His people are not fighting. They've been protesting - big difference. And I say that as a supporter of the Iranian people. I doubt Trump would approve of him just flying over there and grabbing an AK-47 and start charging the barricades. In fact, Trump has made little mention of the crown prince, and what role, if any, he will or may have in Iran.

Israel and the US have helped Pahlavi as much as they are willing to help. They eliminated most of the Iranian leadership. Was that enough to overthrow the regime? No! The regime is still in power. The military stayed loyal. The people of Iran were sufficiently loyal enough that the popular uprising was crushed underfoot. The next steps would require boots on the ground to oust the regime and an occupational force to keep the regime out of power. That regime has had nearly 50 years to ingrain themselves in Iranian society. The next steps aren't going to happen. The left has made huge inroads around the world. They control the media for the most part. They control governments. The left supports Muslims and Communists. That's why the media isn't speaking out about the Iranian regime. As for why the left is supporting Ukraine, can only guess Putin and Russia are in their way. There are many sides in this power struggle. Not sure any of them are any good. The Ukrainian war has bled Russia dry. Even if Russia ousts Zelensky, Russia would need an occupational force inside Ukraine to maintain order. Ukrainians thoroughly hate Russian by now. Can see the forces supporting Zelensky supporting a guerilla war against Russia. Russia will have no short-term benefit in Russia. Maybe not even a long-term benefit if they never pacify Ukraine after they take over. The other aspect of these conflicts are the economic implications. Doubt the US has the money for an invasion or occupational force. We cannot do the next necessary step in Iran.

If the aggregate population were its own organism and the collective consciousness were the mind of that body, we could notice that it's been spiraling into dementia for decades. It's harder every day to tell which distorted narrative is more distorted than the rest. And "AI" is the demented offspring of the demented collective.

#1 is correct. Most are not journalists but are partisan hacks. They all base their reporting on their ideology instead of pure facts. Many are actually rooting against US success. They won't accept election results any more but now are hoping for control of congress so they can impeach Trump again for something, anything. If Trump were to pass gas in the elevator it would be grounds for them to begin impeachment proceedings. They have become vile anti-Americans except when Shamblin' Joe was POTUS. Then they ignored and covered up the fact that he didn't know where he was for the last four years. They actually feel that they should be the ones running the country and not our elected leaders. They are more dangerous to the US and our way of life than Iran was.

The 10 Commandments Are a Threat to Marxism 3 replies

The 10 Commandments are back in the news. A federal appeals court this week ruled that it’s fine for them to be printed on posters and tacked to the wall in Texas public school classrooms. The plaintiffs in the case are poised to appeal this decision to the Supreme Court of the United States, so the fate of this law remains uncertain. The majority opinion noted that “No child is made to recite the Commandments, believe them, or affirm their divine origin,” so the law’s requirements are essentially passive and pretty benign. But liberals continue to regurgitate the same arguments they have since the 1962 Engel v. Vitale decision outlawing voluntary,

We are about to witness an implosion in British politics with a real risk that we will reach entirely the wrong conclusion. Keir Starmer is already a lame duck Prime Minister but – like many who hold that office – he is stubborn and thus likely to stagger on until the untenability of his position is punched into him by his Parliamentary colleagues. Starmer’s political obituary will read that he misled Parliament (or at best was economical with the truth), that he ran a No. 10 operation that was out of control and alienated many of his own MPs, —

RedState reported earlier this month about a shakeup of sorts in the Democrat primary for the newly redrawn 1st Congressional District in Utah, where one of the top candidates found himself in the hot seat after his social media history was combed through, and where some pretty repugnant things were found that did not go over well with the state's Mormon community. Utah state Sen. Nate Blouin (D), 36, the Bernie-backed candidate in the race, frequently demeaned the large voting bloc in the district he wants to represent, used derogatory and vulgar terms when referring to women, and made light of victims of domestic violence, sexual harassment, and assault.

The Supreme Court had another 6-3 ruling in deciding that a veteran wounded by a suicide bomber in Afghanistan could sue a military contractor. In an unusual twist, however, the court’s three liberals—Justices Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan, and Ketanji Brown Jackson—joined Justice Clarence Thomas in the majority opinion on Wednesday. The case largely addressed whether government immunity from most lawsuits extends to private companies working for the government. The story behind the case involved former Army Specialist Winston Hencely, who suffered severe brain injuries in 2016 while attempting to stop an Afghan suicide bomber who blew himself up at Bagram Airfield. The bomber was employed by a military contractor.

After Virginia Democrats successfully convinced voters to approve a constitutionally questionable redistricting push to seize more U.S. congressional seats in the state, Florida is now in the spotlight. In the Sunshine State, Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis is spearheading an effort to redraw the state’s congressional districts before the midterm elections. Earlier this year, he called a special session of the state legislature to consider redrawing the maps. Now, Republicans see it as an opportunity to cancel out the likely gains that Democrats won in Virginia. Following that vote, allies of President Donald Trump have urged Florida to move forward with its plans before the midterm elections.

The passage gives the Democrat-controlled state legislature the ability to redraw the commonwealth's congressional map ahead of the 2026 midterms.Democrats like House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (NY-08) were celebrating the passage of the Virginia referendum. But he definitely sounded concerned about the next redistricting battleground - Florida. Jeffries told the Republicans they should "F around and find out," claiming a "DeSantis 'dummymander'" would backfire on Republicans.

Like it or not, we've gotten a little too used to all sorts of legal wrangling and interference in our politics. That's on the Democrats, of course. They can't beat President Trump in elections, so they have been relentless in trying to ruin him personally and thwart his agenda via various lawsuits, judges, and prosecutors. Nobody sane wants to live in a permanently litigious society, but sometimes we have to get down in the mud to fight the people who have been trying to drag us down there. Republicans are mixing it up legally, and the Democrats are none too thrilled. Let's start with some interesting news from yesterday.

Libya was torn in half and became infested with terrorists and warlords after Obama attacked the country in 2011 to change its regime.

In the immediate aftermath following the apparent assassination attempt against President Donald Trump at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner on Saturday evening, Iran’s Tasnim News Agency was quick to question whether the shooting was staged. Tasnim, which has close ties with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), suggested that the shooting at the Hilton Hotel in Washington, D.C., as the Correspondents Dinner was commencing, may have been a “big show” intended to bolster President Trump’s approval ratings. The news agency speculated that it could have been staged to improve President Trump’s position ahead of the upcoming mid-term elections or perhaps to “use it against Iran or another country”.
