In February, the National Association for Gun Rights announced a 30-year gun ban had been defeated. Now, it has been confirmed that those veterans who were stripped of their rights under this ban are regaining their Second Amendment rights back.
On March 30th, the National Association for Gun Rights received confirmation directly from the House Veterans Affairs Committee that ALL names of veterans who were banned from owning firearms for things as simple as requesting financial assistance have been removed from the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS).
